G: $70 before tip for a dip base and the design. They’re very gentle with the drill and not too damaging to your natural nails even though it’s dip. I also came in with a pretty hard inspo pic and they nailed it
Chrissy Eckman: i had an incredible pedicure experience here! the leg massage part went above & beyond, the pedicure chairs are nice, and i got to dry my nails while still sitting in the chair which was an extra treat. will be coming back!
Bonnie Santos: I’m not the type of person to ever leave reviews but my experience was that bad I don’t even know how this place has more than 4 stars. The worst experience ever. The pedicure was awful, she basically tickled my cuticles with the instrument, slapped some lotion on my legs and painted my toes. My dip manicure started to look awful after one week. I got charged an extra 10$ for cuticle removal which is ridiculous and my cuticles still weren’t clean and a week later look awful. The dip is bulky and over all looks awful. All of that for 100$.. the worst mani pedi I ever got and the most expensive. I don’t recommend this place at all if you actually care about how your nails look.

Have been a customer for more years than I can count, business changed hands and the staff person today stuck my hands in very hot water, slapped them around, forget to do my thumb, used a miniscule amount of hand lotion, and tried to tell my my nails were dry when they werent, so she could squeeze in another customer. Add to that, obnoxious laughing and complete oblivion to me the client. For the first time, as an adult consumer, I left no tip.Service:Manicure

Racceb Taddesse: I went in yesterday for a Gel mani and basic pedi service with my friend. I was assigned to the only male technician in the salon. I believe his name was Jack. He is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever encountered in any service setting. He completely botched my pedicure and didn’t include a massage and other elements. The manicure was no better as he snapped at me when I told him I didn’t like the color after trying it on one finger. He proceed to paint my entire hand. I noticed another review also mentioned that they had a terrible experience with him. I would strongly recommend that no one book an appointment with him or asked to be moved if he is assigned to them. Finally, I told him that I wouldn’t be paying full price because I didn’t receive the service I was promised. He was very rude and aggressive and insisted he will pull up camera footage to show he did a good job. They told me a few minutes later that they « didn’t have camera footage ». My guess is the other workers are well aware of his character and wanted to wave it. I ended up paying $63 instead of $72. I didn’t tip of course. I am never returning. I suggest people who read this also try to find another salon or at least avoid the male technician Jack at all costs.
Yvonne Parnther: I decided to try this place out on a whim for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was mediocre and the manicure was horrible. My technician seemed to have an attitude when I asked to her file the dip down more as it was extremely thick. Not to mention, the shape was terrible as well. Despite voicing that I was not happy with the results, they proceeded to still charge me $130! I came in with nothing on my hands and feet for them to remove. I got an ombre design which was barely done correctly nor well. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was my first time here and I will not be back. I don't even trust them to fix it! Lisa Stein: This is not Beauty Spa. It is under new Management. The Manager did my nails between answering the phones and scheduling. Although the end result was good - she was distracted and not attentive. My nails were done while I was seated on the pedicure chair as opposed to at a table and I had to soak my hands in a bowl rested on the seat next to me. Not a pleasant experience. It was rushed, and there were bubbles and raised areas right after I left. In less than a week, only 3 nails still had polish, the rest had all come off!

My nail technician spent 20 min of my appointment answering the phone and helping other walk in customers. As a result, my service was rushed, and not satisfactory. Secondly, this is not a very relaxing atmosphere. There is a lot of talking and laughing amongst the staff. I find that early morning appointments are the best. Lastly, read the fine print. They charge for everything. I wanted to remove the old dip manicure and apply a gel manicure. They charged an extra fee. They had to remove the dip anyway. I don’t get it!For the most part, all the technician do a good job (when they are attentive). Amy is the best. Unfortunately, she was out today. Caroline Riche: Everything was very chaotic. Manicure took an hour and half. Filing was done very quickly and roughly, damaged the surface of my nails and sliced my skin. My male friend was not offered nail polish (even though he wanted it) but was charged the full manicure price.

Carolyn Ross: Disgusting service. Had a 5.30 appointment, arrived at 5.20, they didn't start me until 6.15 and I left with these nails. They charged me full price for this 😆 literally, cut your own fingers off before you go here. GARBAGEEEEEEEEEEPS, while I was there, I watched them lose 3 customers because they were either horrified by how their nails turned out or because they sat there an hour without being helped.

Alexandria DiGiacomo: The women were very friendly but I booked an appointment for a gel fill with gel polish and they did an acrylic fill with gel polish instead. When I said it was the wrong type of fill, the women told me it was the same and since she’d already filed my polish and trimmed my nails I didn’t want to stop and go somewhere else. (The gel fill should be a premixed buildable gel that requires uv light to cure). The gel polish also didn’t fully cure; some of it rubbed off when I used my hands about 10 minutes after the appointment, the paint on my thumbs has been wrinkling, and the top layer has been peeling off since the lower polish layer wasn’t set. The polish has been chipping/peeling away since I got them done yesterday so I’ll likely just remove it and redo it myself this weekend. I was really hoping to come back here since it’s close to me, but Im disappointed to have paid for gel nails/polish and gotten neither. 😔 There we’re a few people who stopped in for pedicures while I was there so perhaps the regular mail polish pedicure is nicer?

There is also a pleasant community atmosphere at times due to regular customers, location and friendly employees. Today they went above and beyond to accommodate my LONG overdue mani/pedi with my 2.5 month old in tow. I was mulititasking "me time" while on baby duty, he of course woke up as we walked in. The staff was attentive, moved things around to fit the stroller, and even noted when he was starting to get fussy and sped up. These small gestures plus the positive reaction to the baby made me feel welcome and not a burden, letting me relax. it is hard to put into words but went a long way. Sejal Patel: I've tried a few nail salons in the area this one is by far the best in terms of service and quality! When I arrived, I was met with a lot warmth and friendliness. I let them know I had to leave early so they were very efficient in getting my manipedi done but did not compromise on quality! I was even told I could come back the next day if I got a smudge. My nails have been perfect without a scratch or smudge a week later - which has never happened before! H. Flores-Hebert: A+ nail salon for gel nail color manicures! Minh was very friendly and she was kind enough to fit me in for a gel manicure between two other appointments she had. I was a walk-in and had not scheduled an appointment. She was attentive to detail, made my cuticles soft and nice, and applied the gel color in 3 layers. Great hours too as the salon opens 10am to 7pm Monday-Saturday.
Melissa Lee Nilles: Minh is the sweetest, most caring manicurist I’ve ever met. She always greets me with a smile, remembers details about my life, and has a wonderful eye for her work. This salon also offers waxing services. My brows have never looked better. This place is a hidden gem in Cambridge. Very affordable prices compared to others nearby.

Beth Lisogorsky: This place is such a gem. We went there on Friday afternoon and they accommodated us and were so welcoming. Very friendly to my daughter who had a negative first manicure experience a few weeks back from another nail salon. Her manicurist here was kind, asked if she wanted sparkly on her nails as well as flowers. My daughter came out feeling great and looking like she had professional nail art done. The cost is amazing value too. I wish we had those competitive prices in Waltham.Side note: outside the building which is conveniently situated across from the Porter Square T Station there is some scaffolding work going on which can make this place hard to find. Angela: Have gone a few times and they’ve consistently done a very bad job of filing down my nails when removing gel to the point my nails hurt and the nails are pink. I’ve asked them to not use the machine to file it down and chemically remove but they’ve refused both times. Would really not recommend if you care about preserving your nails

I broke my big toe nail today, about 1 week after getting my most recent pedicure, and came in hoping to salvage the situation. Even though my nail was irreparably broken, they made the best of it. They are always ready for the appointment when scheduled in advance, which is not always the case elsewhere.

Noshin Nahar: So, I went there today at 10:25am for a removal of artificial nails, an it wasn't until 11:00 a lady came to sit me down an get to me, mind you the place was pretty empty an only 2 people were getting their pedicure so it was relatively empty. A lady with glasses came to me an began to cut my nails on my right hand an once the length was gone I assumed she was going to get an electric drill to drill off the layers of my nails; however, she pulls out a box of nail tips an proceeded to YANK my fake nails, after a couple pulls I told her it hurt an that these nails were gel so they needed to be soaked off... she completely ignored me an RIPPED my entire pinky nail off along with the fake nail and I had to scream at that point because my nails were burning an in pain. She ripped off so much nail that I have been trying for MONTHS to grow out in a matter of a couple seconds. I'm disgusted with their service! If I knew she was going to rip off my fake nails I would have never bothered going into a salon to begin with and would've done so myself?! Please never go here! They have the worst service ever!! The lady did not even apologize or feel bad for what she did. It's sad that I had to tell an employee of a nail salon how to properly remove nails!! I walked right out of that disgusting, gross place, never going there ever again. (Would give zero if it was possible)

Beatriz Marques: I went in to get my gel acrylic nails removed. They were close to my house so I made an appointment to go there. When I first got there, the lady told she would get me water to get the nails softened, which she never did, and then came back to literally use an utensil to RIP the acrylics off of my nails, which was very uncomfortable and painful. She had to cut the tips with a nail clipper to make it easier, so at the end my nails were all uneven. She did a quick file but I literally had pieces of my nail hanging off and all uneven, as you can see in the pictures. On the right hand you can still see some color on my nail from the acrylics. I kindly pointed it out to her and she said she couldn’t take it off, it would come off in a few days. So I went through a painful method to get them off, my nails were all uneven at the end, there was still come color from the acrylics left on my nails, and there was a piece of my thumb nail hanging off of it.Service:Acrylic nails

I made an appointment online, they were very busy and I was very patient with the wait. But when it came to my dip manicure, it was VERY rushed. Mollie Forman: I decided to treat myself to a gel manicure and went in for a walk-in appointment. They did slot me in immediately, which I appreciated (and which added a star to my rating), but the service itself was disappointing. My manicurist was so aggressive with the cuticle cutters that I came away with swollen nail beds, and the shellacking machine felt like it was burning my hands. I'm worried about an infection.The customer service was also lacking. My manicurist was answering the phone and tending to other customers while she worked on my nails. I felt like she wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. She didn't take any steps to make my nails healthier; it was less a manicure and more a nail painting. For some reason she had me wash my hands at a sink in the middle of the service?I usually have my nails done at a salon in another city, which charges only a few dollars more but takes much greater care with its clients. I won't be coming back here.

I went in asking for a light white pink dip manicure (even showed her the color) and the lady acted like she knew exactly which dip polish to choose. She didn’t even really give me manicure like most salons do, just took my old nail polish off and added the new one. By the end of like 4 coats, it literally just looked like a shiny version of my natural nails. The lady responded “oh it’s more natural pink, maybe next time...” She could obviously tell I was not happy with the end result but still charged full price for the dip...I will not be going back...
Anya Novicheva: I got a shellac mani and pedi. The manicure chipped in less than a week, and so did the pedicure. It was overpriced to have my nails done for 6 days, even though they told me it would last “at least 2 weeks.” My friend also got her nails done, a pedicure, and it chipped in 5 days on half her nails. I don’t recommend.Update: I have gotten shellac done at other places and it lasts over 2 weeks. My nail beds are not oily. I know a good manicure when I.m get one.
