From the time my daughter and I arrived on a Thursday to initially look at the Discovery we ultimately ended up buying on Saturday with my husband present, the staff was always professional, courteous, beyond helpful and made the entire process easy, enjoyable and made it so the next time I’m looking for a vehicle despite the 1.5 hour drive, I’d look there first for a vehicle just to do business with the employees again.

Chemi Kadete (Chemi Che): I bought a Certified Nissan Rogue. Rebecca was my salesperson, and frankly if it wasn't for her I would never have bought a car there. I had spoken with someone there in January about another vehicle, he was almost discouraging. I was shopping around at other dealers and then Rebecca called me literally out of the blue in February. She was nice and listened to me. I stayed in touch with Rebecca and finally this week got the car that suited my needs.Rebecca was great, even coming in on her day off so that I could take the car for a test drive. She did a lot of leg work in the office and even took the plates off my trade and put them on the new car herself and taking it for inspection. She had a lot of patience showing me how things on the car worked. Much appreciated as a lot of it was new to me.Carl, the Finance Manager was also a sweet guy! Soft spoken, explaining everything to me and answering my numerous questions with patience.The only thing I wasn't happy about was the low number on my trade, but Rebecca went into detail explaining the breakdown.Overall, if you want a car from Colonial Nissan Medford, I highly recommend asking for Rebecca!

Pike Cycles: If you own an NV2500 or 3500 high top do not bring it here. They have one lift that these vans fit on and despite always scheduling in advance and reminding them that they need that lift to service my vehicle they always have a disassembled vehicle on it when I arrive. This has happened countless times now and I’m done trying to work with them.

jiri cerny: Would be nice if they know how to do tire rotation properly. If you guys have two new tires, new tires always goes on rear no matter if it's 4WD or 2WD. Tire roation is recommended every 10k miles if you have set of 4 to keep them wear evenly not if you have only two new and 2 older. You can check that at Bridgestone or Michelin weppage easy to google for those that telling me opposite at Nissan. Every Tire technician who does have certification is properly trained Know that 😉

I called desperately to schedule a service for following Monday. The service representative Jesus immediately suggested to com RIGHT AWAY and confirm that he WILL WAIT FOR ME beyond his service hours so I can drop the car and get a loaner. He waited for me to move my stuff and provide me with amazing and quick service. All done in 1.5 hours. I am a customer for life. I dented the inside of the car door from closing my seatbelt on it and someone in service told me to bring it in and they could help until I had time to call a body shop to fix it. I was so thankful because without this fix there was an alarm going off saying car door was open and all the lights in the car were on making it impossible to drive at night.Also their staff in general are great. Trina Lewis: I drove in hoping to be seen quickly even without an appointment. It was my first time at Bosch for service of my 2019 Nissan Altima S. Very helpful, understanding, thorough and accommodating. No issues, great sources of communication throughout the service. I drove in around 8:30am, and was out of there by 10:30am. I was there for an oil change, replacement part, and overall checkup since it was time. Thank you for having coffee available, and expedited service. Appreciate you guys and I’ll be back soon.

I thought this was a high quality for an employee to have and very honorable., as I did not remember our salesperson’s name.Fadi was most helpful. Introduced us to Chris. Both spent a lot of time with us, making sure we understood our position. Again, polite and informative.We did not make any decisions today as I said, we were only looking to see what our options were.We certainly will return to this team in September.

Hayley Nelson: I had a great experience BUYING the car from Jason. He was very accommodating and genuine. I was very happy with my purchase. The final step in the process was switching the tires from my old car to the new one. I booked a service appt for 9am and was placed with the Service Advisor Eric, who treated me like I was a bother being there and told me he’d never heard of someone coming in for the service I was getting done. He was not pleasant, condescending, and rude. He told me it was going to take precisely 3.2 hours to get the service done, because it was such an odd request, but it turns out it took 7 hours for this to get done, mind you, the appt was scheduled at 9am. I don’t have a problem with how long it took, but he had made such a fuss about the specific time it would take to get done. In the future, when booking service appts, I will be specifically requesting any other service advisor besides him. I doubt Nissan would appreciate his attitude toward customers. Thank you.

Jim Hartman: Horrible experience. Took a 2012 Susuzki Equator (which was manufactured by Nissan) for a repair. Had an appointment at 8:30AM. Dropped car the night before. At 4:30 the next day no call on status. Called and got voicemail. Left a message. Received a call back that the car was now in with a technician. I assume they weren't even going to look at the car if I hadn't called. They then said they can't repair it as they don't have the parts. Meanwhile it's all Nissan parts. That's fine, they can't repair it so why keep the car for a full day? Say that at 8:30? Why have an appointment time if you have no intention of looking at it in a timely fashion? We went to Nissan for the "best care" since it's a dealership and we were willing to pay top dollar for the work. Same thing happened the last time we used them. Took 2 days for them to finally fix the car (abs module) which is odd since they "don't have parts" for this vehicle. Very disappointed and would never use again or even consider buying a car from there. Very frustrating experience. Buyer beware.
Undesignated Drivers: 5 stars and absolutely well deserved! Our service advisor Thalya was super sweet. Very professional, very attentive and very communicative. Benjamin: Be careful when leasing here. The dealer wanted to charge $2,500 to facilitate the transfer of a lease buyout on a Rouge when the term had ended. Took our business to another Nissan and paid under $300 for the same service. Oh and the general manager was a rude (assuming he was the general manager, he only announced himself as the boss of the finance manager). However, the service centre is top notch!!
