Peter Lakov: Refused a return for a jacket and a sweater ($600 total) because the labels were not attached to the items. Of course they won't be, as I bought them for presents, and I didn't want the price tags to show - even though they could check and find them in their system. I've shopped many times there in the past, but this experience leaves me wondering if I should continue. If you're going to shop there, proceed with caution, and read very (VERY) carefully their small print - don't expect the common courtesy of typical stores.

Crab Cakes: Customer service needs improvement in some departments, like order pickup. Placing a call sometimes leads to no answer and they forget to take the security tags off merchandise you bought, sounding the alarm as you walk out the door. Don’t just hand it over, visually inspect it first, thanks.

I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Michelle Tom: The customer experience at any store really rests on the backbone of its employees. The lingerie department at this store is great, especially Diana. I’ve been to quite a few Nordstrom stores and she is an absolute standout as an employee. She knows so much about the products in her department and found me the perfect bra during winter holiday. Before getting her help, I didn’t even know I was wearing the wrong size for many years. She was extremely patient, professional, honest and knowledgeable and spent over an hour educating me on what to look for in the right bra, and you can’t expect this service from just any Nordstrom store. She went above and beyond, caring more about helping me than making a sale. I just had to take the time to give her a shoutout— she represents the very best of Nordstrom and I don’t know where I’d be without having learned the knowledge I did from her. Will definitely ask for her help again if I shop in lingerie at Nordstrom Natick.

However, when I sampled the perfume I was disappointed in its scent. These two ladies made recommendations on different perfumes until I came across one that I really liked. I went ahead with the purchase and thankfully my girlfriend loved the perfume as well. If you are interested in buying your loved one a nice perfume I highly recommend you ask for Athena and Alexis. They will do an excellent job in assisting you.

Asked a clerk how much this was and it's regular price $275. I thought this was the discounted store? Same dress in different size was at competition store for $120.

I called the store to confirm that this is not true as I would be getting there an hour and half before closing and in fact it is true. From the store operator to the customer service manager, I was immediately impressed. The apparel manager Kim Pabon was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me with purchasing a designer dress, they didn't have in the store. Even with multiple customers asking for help at the same time she was kind and patient with everyone. If you are looking for that special dress for an occasion, or just want to freshen up your wardrobe, she is the person to help you look and feel your best. Bravo to Braintree Nordstrom!

1CUP Plays: Store had someone following me and my friend around. Made us very uncomfortable, we went up and down the escalator and the person was right behind us. Would not shop here. Customers are scared to shop. Having someone stare at you while you shop is truly terrifying. I don’t know if it was a worker or another customer, but someone should do something. Not okay to have this happen in a big retail chain.

kevin labonville Scituatema: I have been to this store’s men’s department twice in the last few months with a considerable amount of money to spend there.Unfortunately, this store has deteriorated substantially over the last several years.From the brass “Nordstrom” plaque outside the main entrance door that is tarnished and obviously not maintained, to the fitting rooms full of discarded clothing from previous customers, not picked up, it is painfully obvious that Nordstrom has sank to the level of Kohls.Unless you are a person under the age of 30, rest assured that the staff of this men’s department will disregard you blatantly (today, two sales people looked me in the face and ignored me without so much as a hello or even an acknowledgment that I even existed.)The department is a mess and I observed clothing on the floor while sales staff were busy visiting with each other. How sad.As you walk into the store, take a little time to observe that the landscaping lighting around the store is falling apart and not maintained. Plan on Nordstrom in Braintree to be gone soon.Sadly It’s customer experience, which always made me happy to spend a “little bit more” is already gone.RIP

Would not recommend this location. The Burlington and Natick locations (actually all locations) are significantly better..

Nancy H: As many other people have noted this is the absolute worst Nordstrom probably in the United States. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. The manager must be new "Daniel" he is similar to these employees and has no customer service skills and is very condescending. I went to this store last week and to exchange an item and and employee was "overworked" and threatened to "go back to jail for the 6th time" for beating up someone referring to the customer. She then proceeded to argue with her manager on the floor about "beating this person up". This company has gone significantly downhill especially this location. I would not recommend if you're looking for a high quality experience, definitely would stick with the other locations or Neiman Marcus / saks etc-

ESSENCE RUSSELL- WHITE: This store is very nice. I came in to buy some shoes for a gift for Christmas. The store is very expensive but has some giod deals sometimes. They do have high end and quality clothing, so I get the prices. I haven't been in the store for some time so I forgot where the men's department was. A young gentleman offered to help. He was dressed in jeans and didn't look like he worked there, but he showed me where the men's department was. He asked what i was looking for, checked for the item, and the size, had me look at them to make sure they were the correct item I wanted, and cashed me out. A+ customer service for him. I was in and out just the way I like. Especially at this time of the year. Great experience.

I ask her to try on a small and she tells me that size won’t fit me. I continue to try on the jacket and it does fit! Moral of the story don’t comment on your customers body size if you want to make a $1000 sale. Will not be coming back to this location ever.

They did not even try to help. I would have accepted it as a decent treatment of customer if they had at least listened to me and call their manager to see if there was any way to help - even if the outcome would have been the same. They literally showed no interest and no sympathy. I will never step foot in that store - even though it is only 2 miles from my house. Very disappointed in Nordstrom Rack. Such a waste of time and money.
