A 2022 having all sorts of problems, and not only didn’t mention performing the 15k mile service to her, but was told to call a corporate number to figure out the problem, and sent on her way. I’ve bought every car from here, this is my last. Went over to a different gmc dealership and the car is already being fixed completely under warranty. Unprofessional and unsustainable.

My appointment was a Friday. Wish it was communicated to me that it would take more than a day. Didn’t get my car back until Monday afternoon. I had to call to get updates.
