The orthotist asked questions about what I wanted to get out of the device and what my priorities were and they were great about making follow-up appointments to fine-tune even more than a year later.

Jacob Haendel: I went in today to see a orthotist for bilateral dynamic saebo splints. It was really successful and easy. Rich was very helpful and knowledgeable. One thing the office does not have public Wi-Fi but if you go down the road to the dollar tree store you can connect.

Thanks for keeping me upright and active as the seasons roll by.

John Tabone: Orthotics fit great, but I paid the price I paid because I was told I can order another pair at any time. I could've got them cheaper elsewhere. I called about two years later to find out they only hold patients' molds for 3 months.

Rich Contente: Heartless and Unprofessional. Went to see Tyler to replace current orthotics. I was suffering from a lot of foot pain and I couldn't adjust to new orthotics. After trying a softer pair that they offer, Tyler said he could make a pair like the ones I had.What he made was uneven, had sharp points in the plastic frame, and was so thick in the forefoot I couldn't fit in my shoes. After an adjustment to the forefoot, I was able to wear them, but I quickly felt heel pain.You can see from the photo below how uneven they are. I have PF in my left foot - look how low the left heel is. It needs to be raised - it's Orthotics 101.I brought them back, yet again, to ask Tyler to raise the heel and smooth things out. But Tyler said that was it. Basically, take it or leave it. He refused to work more on it. I was forced to take a 1/2 refund, meaning I paid $175 for nothing. I should have argued for a full refund, since it was Tyler that gave up, not me, but I was so sickened by the whole thing I just left.It's clear that Rogerson didn't really care about me, and helping me get rid of this foot pain. Despite the fact that every time I had to go back there I was friendly, polite, upbeat and thankful for their efforts, they just decided I wasn't worth it.They saw me as someone costing them time and money, not someone who really needs help. Really a lousy approach for a health care company. Shame on you, Rogersons!

Vicaveli nice: The people were decent but the orthotics were garbage I wore them once and my feet hurt so much that I threw them in the garbage now I'm looking to purchase a pair out of pocket for$400. Never again!

Alexander Kouris: Had foot pain for several years, needed surgery on both and was suggested orthotics from here. The orthotics made here are different from normal factory made ones. I took me a bit of time to get used to them but my foot pain has actually gone away for the most part. I needed a minor adjustment on the orthotics and they were happy to do them on another visit right on the spot. I’m so happy with my trip here, and will keep coming here in the future.

Sharon Geary: Formally known as Boston Brace International and now changed their name to Boston O & P. This company is a joke, no wonder they changed their name. Poor customer service. Have had my son measured over and over and the brace was wrong over and over. The staff was horrible in each location we went to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY LOCATIONS ARE BOSTON, WALTHAM, WEYMOUTH, LAWRENCE AND PEABODY.

Prudy Nicholson: When my husband was measured for the foot Orthotics we were told by them my insurance would cover them 100% only to receive a bill 3 months later. Wish they were upfront and more honest from the beginning. What does this say about their business?

Mark Granger: Pretty disorganized office - my orthotics took over 2 months, because the technician twice forgot to submit order. When they did arrive, the orthotics weren'st so great. The new technician was a nice guy and tried to adjust them so they weren't completely unusable. I appreciated that.Did end up going to another ortho company only months later. Had to pay for 2nd pair myself, but was worth it.I wouldn't recommend Orthotic and Prosthetic Center (at least the Boston Tremont St office). Tom Colburn (director) talks a good game, but too many problems and the end result just isn't so great.

Register: I cannot say enough about the positive experience we have had at the Orthotics and Prosthetic Center.My 10 year old son has cerebral palsy and we have been working with Mike Bonnar on trialing and getting a device to improve my son’s gait. Not only does Mike make and take the time to thoroughly listen to the physician, myself and my son, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, accessible and compassionate. Mike has gone above and beyond to support my son in the use of the device and continues to support us in every way he can.I do want to add that we have been working with “brace shops” since my son was 1 years old and I have never had such a positive experience!!
