Richard Marx: Unhelpful staff and terrible service.
Sam Ennis: Went out to try to get passport photos at businesses that advertised "passport photos" on their website. FedEx store was open but being renovated and photos were unavailable. CVS said their camera was broken. Walgreens just said "no" and wouldn't elaborate further. At the fourth location, (this UPS store), they actually accepted money in exchange for a good and service. Five stars.
Winsome James: I have a mail at 955 Massfor about 8 years. The new owner Laurie and her associates are very disrespectful and rude. They will call your phone very desperately asking for payment. On Saturday Feburary 11,2023 I went to pick up my mail. I was approached in front of a line of customers asking me for payment. I was shock! I said to the kid(I will call you with the payment)The owner Larie then chased me out side and said pay now or cancel the box.I will never go back there. Very disappointed.

Cynthea Bogel: I have been using the store regularly for a year and even under pressure the staff overall has been helpful, patient, and kind to everyone in line including me. Francine(the manager) must be made of pure golden kindness because I have never seen her become impatient or flustered. I've seen people hauling fragile items out of a sack 1 minute before closing, people who have no clue about UPS vs USPS, and through all of it the staff there explains it to them. I wish I knew all the staff names in order to thank them here!

lakota sandoe: Lindsey, Omar, Francine and the crew there (Justin i think has moved on) are so great. They're always so patient and have helped me with so many things over the years. They are always busy and dealing with entitled, stressed customers (because UPS itself sucks imho) but they work hard to keep up, are always generous with their time and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Most recently they helped me with a big mailing on behalf of an estate move job and there were a lot of moving pieces and information kept changing so it was a bit chaotic but they never lost their cool and went the extra mile. I'm going to miss these guys at my neighborhood ups store! great customer service is hard to come by these days!

They have most services here but if you just need to ship a pre-labeled package, you’re better off going to a UPS access point. There are a lot of boxes all over the store.
Barbara Berger: I want to thank Francine for the excellent service she provided yesterday. She helped me send about 170 pages of important papers. She suggested that I email the material rather than Fax the material because it would be a lot faster and less expensive. She advised me to call the recipient to make sure that the emails had been received, she gave me the store's business card for me to call today if there was any problem, she asked for my email address so she could contact me today when she came in for her afternoon shift and she asked me if I was a member of AAA so that she could give me a discount. I am grateful for all of this help and extremely impressed by her professionalism.
Sanjay Gadi: Lori, the store owner, was an incredible help during both of my visits. She gave me clear information about box pricing and assisted me in choosing the correct type and size of boxes for my shipping needs. The actual process of shipping was quick and hassle free, and she handled my boxes with care. I appreciated her offering to reinforce my boxes with more packing materials. She also helped me cut down a box to a smaller size to improve stability and reduce the price. I was especially impressed at how patiently she helped all of us despite a very busy weekend with a line out the door. She even extended her store hours that weekend to help us out. Though the boxes are a bit more expensive than other locations I've seen, I would definitely recommend her store--she will provide you the help you need!
Chris Murphy: Apparently this UPS store is under new ownership. It's a shame. I came here for years prior to today, and always appreciated the convenience and the service. Sadly, my visit today was so disappointing that I do not plan on returning. More than anything else it was the rudeness that rubbed me the wrong way. For example, pointing out every little thing I did "wrong," when I was doing things exactly the same as I been on previous visits to the store. It felt very condescending.

D Cormier: Staples returned an unopened heavy duty Scotch mailing tape that sold for $3.95 for $0.46 -- that is 88% less than I paid for it. I no longer had the receipt but the register showed the selling price and the return price. The manager said their store no longer sold that particular style. I did not recall which Staples I bought it at. I just had too many rolls of mailing tape, and they were cluttering my shelf, so I wanted to returned one. I returned one other small thing which was unsatisfactory. It is only because I glanced at the return receipt that I caught this rediculous policy. As a large corporation, they should return all unopened things at the price they are sold at in any of their stores. I would not have had a problem getting a store credit, since I shop there regularly.

nia: Went to a staples with my friends cause I wanted to look for a monitor and some art supplies. Was there for about two minutes when a worker came out to us and kicked us out for no reason. We were just looking. Another group of people were there and nobody went up to them. I’m not trying to overthink anything but a group of POC walk in and get kicked out but the other group of people who were white didn’t. Very interesting and I would love to know the reason for it.

Alexander Le: Worst UPS Store in the Boston and Greater Boston Area. They don’t print out shipping labels for you. They request that you use the computer to log into your email client to print out your label manually vs just emailing them directly and pay a small fee. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere if you need to print your label.

Today I went in and waited 10 minutes with my ready to ship package that just needed a receipt while they priced out several boxes someone else had where they could have asked the same questions and finished my package without slowing down the other customer at all. They also apparently don’t do anything to try to enforce their loading zone parking spot because a giant truck was parked there the entire time.I was trying to save time going to a UPS store on my route but I guess it was a bad idea. I’ll never return to this store. Horrible service, bad organization, and inaccessible location.

Abeer Abu-Rubieh: Our organization was blown away by the professionalism A1 Datashred showcased. I spoke to both Elizabeth and Patrice throughout several months prior to the date of shredding. Their patience and explanation of the shredding process was amazing and beyond accurate! Arturo called about an hour prior to our shredding to let us know he was on his way :) He was so nice and did an amazing job handling the amount of paperwork that needed to be shredded. It took about 20 minutes for the whole service to be done! (Like Patrice estimated!) I can't recommend a better shredding company to deal with than A1 Datashred.

Steven (StevenInNh): Called a number I found online which was a service that contacts several of the nearest vendors with my information to contact me with their pricing and availability. We had 26 boxes of documents that needed to be shredded and as a small business the price along with customer service were very important. Patrice emailed and called me with the exact information including basic pricing. (nobody else did this, they contacted me but no pricing) I don't have time to go back and fourth with someone so her method was the most impressive and efficient use of time for me. I was going to wait and see if anyone else had similar or better pricing but because A1 Datashred gave me exactly what I wanted at a fair price I went with them. I opted for the pick up service, which was on time and he was super friendly and professional coming into our business. He did an amazing job and was in and out within 20 or less minuets. I highly recommend A1 Datashred for any small to large jobs, you will be so glad you did. Thank you to everyone there!

Jennifer Hale: I’ve used this store for multiple print jobs for work. They have continued to be efficient, kind, and great for all of the projects I’ve needed. The team recently went above and beyond, delivering the completed project to my hotel directly as I was flying in and needed a last minute order. Very appreciative for the team at this store, the wonderful service and high quality products they produce!
S A: AVOID using UPS or dropping anything at the UPS store including this one if you have a choice, specially for Amazon's returns. Be aware of the following:(1) Incompetent staff placing labels improperly without pressing it down so it loosely attaches to the box. Unlike what is instructed by UPS, label is placed in places other than the upper part and often folded over the edges of the box making scanning at different locations in delivery a nightmare. This creates a risk of label coming off during rough and tumble of shipping and getting damaged leading to delays and straying of the packages.You will go INSANE trying to reach a human at the UPS customer service. Even though the UPS store is not connected to UPS itself, it has the same name and still serves as UPS's drop off and pickup location. You still have to settle headaches with impossible to reach UPS' dreadful/ non existent customer service.(2) Screwing up multiple returns. On several occasions a drop-off was completed and I got a receipt for multiple drop offs, but for weeks the package wouldn't show any scan from the location. This created endless headache with Amazon who claims the package hasn't been returned. Either items are stolen or they are too lousy to place labels correctly. Be careful how you package your items and double check that they scan the label one at a time and place it on the right package in front of you. I was told once they will place a label on it when I leave. NO. Insist that they give you a receipt and do the proper procedure or risk your item being lost.(3) Rude and disrespectful staff who are above being told about their lousy ways.(4) UPS has fallen to the rock bottom in quality and reliability of service over the years but specially from the Covid era onwards. Their online customer service is designed to frustrate the caller into using their website and nothing works smoothly over there either. Almost every package in our area runs into an issue or a problem of some sort that you have to sort out over many phone calls. No amount of complaining fixes the issue!

Sophia Kim: The hours here are so misleading. This location closes early. I’ve already driven to this location twice, it has been closed despite coming during store hours. They’ve already closed down completely and left meaning they most likely close at least an hour before. I have followed the hours sited online AND posted on their windows. If the employees want to leave early, at least be honest and update the hours so customers are not left outside waiting

Luiz Fernandes: I’ve been going to this place for past 2 years on a weekly basis, as my job is to ship out packages to companies, everytime i go here every worker is nice and passionate about their jobs but there is just this “one” women that for the past 2 years never changed her name is Carol she works with the printing part of UPS and she is never happy to help anyone, but today i was just fed up, she just threw around my boxes right after i told her there was fragile things in it, then i call her out on it and she says “i’m just doing my job” she is very disrespectful she did not hand me my receipt in my hand in fact she threw it on the counter and it flew off to the floor. I love this UPS store and every other worker except her i’m just fed up. i was also reading other reviews and it looks like other people had problems with specifically her too. Get this fixed thank you.

Crazy to find the passport UPS found it, and left messages on our phone and kept it safe till I got home. Jennifer Marie: This is a great store! Sad that Chris is gone, he was Always so Amazing, kind and Helpful beyond measure! He would juggle multiple customers on 2 registers while answering the phone as well. He always had a pleasant attitude every single time I came in! Today is the first time the store closed early. I was at the door at 6:28 running late but the store has no lights and the gate was already down. Chris Always Stayed later than closing. I hope this wont be the norm. It's unfortunate he will be missed. I came back to edit this post it is funny after posting this and pulling away I see the new guy behind the counter drinking coffee with the lights off!

E W: Truly one of the worst places on the planet - not sure how it gets these reviews. I have frequently left line because the woman in charge is yelling at someone on the phone or obviously stressed beyond capacity. Made the mistake of trying to stop by for a passport photo and was treated as though I was a moron for stopping by today while everyone else’s packages got taken care of. It’s not my fault that you’re understaffed (especially if you’re the store owner) - this is a service your company offers. I hate that this is the local store. I do everything through the FedEx at Walgreens down the street if I can help it.
