Andy Au: Parked here tonight. I wait a couple minutes for someone to tend to the window since there wasn't a way to collect a parking slip. The gate was up and there was no sign that said "Garage was closed." I parked, went about my business. Upon leaving (heading to retrieve my car) I saw a gentleman at the window with the gate down this time. I explained to him that I was parked and there wasn't a machine to retrieve a parking slip and that I can explain what time I arrived (with proof) and what time I'm leaving. I figured from a human being to another we can level and I can just pay the amount for the time I was there since it was an honest mistake. He said that because I couldn't produce a parking slip that he had to process me as "Lost parking slip" so it doesn't look like he's trying to steal money from who he works for. Mind you the gate was up, no one was at the front desk and there wasn't a big "Closed off for construction sign." (There was a little sign when we were leaving and it was off to the side of a window). He ended up charging me $30 and taking down my name and address information DESPITE me paying the fee. Why does someone need to collect your personal information even thought the ticket has been paid? Do yourself a favor and stay far away from place.

Adam: Thus is absolutely the best spot to park in the Cambridge and Boston area... if you know where it is... it's a cash only garage which is always very affordable. I park and take the central sq T anywhere in the area and after parking all-day and into the evening "9ish" and I payed $10-$12. Only and if you do end up having to stay 24 hours it's only $30. Per 24 hours! The staff is usually great as well.

Chris “BostonGreekGeek” Vaxevanis: One of the best garages for weekend parking in Cambridge. Convenient location close to everything I go to in Cambridge and good rates. I think the rates are good for evening parking as well. But I can't remember. Check website to be sure. Only issue is that it has a low ceiling so you have to be careful and drive slowly and stop when you go up in between levels so your car doesn't bounce and hit the top. Also no elevator on the side I usually exit. I believe it may have one on the other side but I never exit from there as it isn't convenient to where I am going.

So Ni: This place is a hoax: the local merchants listed on their website as offering "parking validation discounts" for this garage have no idea that they're supposed to do this (and don't). Bringing receipts from those merchants to this garage will also not help. Beware!: there are no discounts, you will pay the full and exaggerated price, no matter what.

I had a reservation through an application on my phone and wasn't sure how to use it when I got to the gate, so before entering I asked the attendant if I needed to take a ticket, and he said yes even after explaining that I had a ticket already on my phone which I showed him, including the barcode and everything. He said no, everything was fine, take a ticket and go on in. I probably would have tried to get more clarification, but there are people waiting to get into the garage.Now outside of my car, I to find out that this was not the correct location. I asked him again and he said no, this is not where you want to be. We don't take that application. He said that I had probably already stayed too long and would be charged. I never got angry, but this was completely irrational. If you want to maintain a customer base, then you don't charge them a few dollars for a mistake when they tried to clarify it before they even committed the mistake.The correct location was across the street on University which looks identical. After being in the other garage for less than 10 minutes, I was charged $7. The other garage charged me only $8 for 24 hours through the application I mentioned. Then, the attendant had the gall to tell me to just stay in his garage because at this point what does it matter? Well, it mattered that if I stayed out past 4 hours I would end up being charged over $30 , plus 8 for the other garage , and there's something called principle . Essentially, he didn't care that I had already purchased parking and instead wanted me to spend more money in his garage which was completely empty.I will never go to the Charles Square garage or the hotel or anything associated with this business again. This isn't about the money. I had a $5 bill in my hand to tip the attendant for the information, despite the fact that in the end it was wrong, and instead got charged $7 for being in a parking garage for a few minutes. They will now lose out on far more money in the future, as the venue I went to was fantastic, and I plan to go frequently. Hopefully others read this review will understand that the owners of this garage care only about one thing, and that's money.

Parking attendent if you are looking to exit might be making the rounds so u might need to wait and call them to return before u can pay and leave.Sometimes their credit card payment is down and cash is more convenient.Since it's $5 per day and not 24 hr period, if u enter Sat night and leave Sunday morning, u are paying $10 instead of $5. Still a great deal but take note so u are not surprised.

Monica Tuccella: I parked here and then took the green line to Fenway (I saved like +$60 by doing this). Definitely an alternative if you’re going to the Fenway Park or TD Garden. It’s really cheap by the way!

For tickets they take cards but not American Express, which again is VERY annoying.It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for."Still beats paying the exorbitant prices to park elsewhere I guess.

Am Samstag um 9 Uhr war der Parkplatz fast leer und wir konnten direkt im Erdgeschoss in die Bahn einsteigen. Lasst euch nicht von dem verlassen Eingang täuschen, man muss erst einige Etagen im Kreis hochfahren und dann fährt man ins Parkhaus auf der anderen Straßenseite. Für den ganzen Tag haben wir nur 3dollar gezahlt. In der Woche ist es ein bisschen teurer (ich glaube 6dollar). Von der alewife station sind es ca. 20min bis Boston Common. Perfekter Parkplatz wenn man nicht ins überfüllte Boston reinfahren möchte.
