Tim Frisch: We had our driveway resealed by this company in October 2021. They were responsive at the beginning. Scheduled quickly. However, the coat they put down was extremely thin. They also over-sprayed bricks and the garage door. Fast forward to feb- March 2022 and the coating is flaking off on roughly 1/2 the driveway. We reached out to the company who responded quickly saying to contact them in April and they would come back out. Several attempts were made in April, as requested with zero response. Seal coating shouldn’t last less than 5 months. Seek other companies.
Bill: Just had our 2 residential driveways seal-coated with this company. Top quality work. Thorough, clean and professional. Dealt with the owner directly. He picks up the phone and is on top of everything. Even a slight issue was handled promptly. His crew were excellent. Highly recommend them for this type of work.
Igor Rabkin: Not what I was expected... I would not recommend this company.

azra ejaz: Very rude people working there, I was told by the company that they would be coming on Monday no one ever showed up I tried calling and no one picked up so since I needed my driveway to be done urgently, I called up another company who took my driveway down immediately. Later today I receive a call from primo saying that they are scheduling me I told them no, they started going off on me saying I should have said something, very rude, swearing, super unprofessional. Would not recommend at all not to mention the quality of their work is terrible one of my neighbours got it done from them.

Patrick Scott: Consumer Alert - Primo PavingJust a heads up, Primo Paving was working on a neighbours driveway and had parked a large dump truck across the bottom of my driveway (no big deal) but then the driver hopped out, walked around the truck and began to urinate on my lawn, trying to use the truck as cover.My wife runs a daycare out of our home and children and parents come through quite frequently.I understand that these guys are on the road and may not have access to a washroom, but within a 2 minute drive he couldve been at a mcdonalds, tims, etc.Worst part is that when i called to speak to some form of management i was brushed off and told by the dispatch lady that “that is how truck drivers are, nothing she can do” before they hung up. They now wont return my calls or answer the phone.Not looking for composation. Just accountability.

Mike Baird: Had me and my neighbours driveway done in September 2020 right after it was done we called and said there were lines up and down the driveway and the driveway looked terrible they insured us that that’s normal it will settle it never did . then Spring came and that’s when the grass and the weeds starting to grow up through my freshly poured asphalt Called the sales guy in the office they said they would send someone for repairs in the fall I gave them a chance to fix it all they did was come here heat up the driveway ended up burning my fence burning my retaining wall. And then this year even more grass and weeds growing up through the driveway they said will send somebody in fall again the only way this gets fixed is if the driveway is ripped up and done again which they insured me that will not happen do not use Primo paving unless you like throwing away money

Rosemarie Weber: We had our driveway completed in October of 2020, it was done at the end of the day, when it started getting dark outside. A few days later it rained when we noticed many puddles especially around our garage. Called office many times, they always said yes your on the repair list, coming soon, we’ll they did show up to have a look but no repairs were done. One year later we get a call from them, we will be by later this week to complete repairs, did they show up, of course not. Now the garage has complete flooding, it’s solid ice now. Please don’t use them, not worth your time and money.
Bruce Wayne: This company... well, it is more of a guy on kijiji.... deposit of 300$ is collected, but never got the job done..... when you ask them for the refund back, you get all sort of the excuses...Did i get scammed? I believe so.. sue them for 300$, I guess laywer will cost more than. go smash their window? i guess that will drag me down to their level of morality...Avoid if you can...
Cass Sandford: Steve and his crew were a very good group of guys. They did their best to make sure that the driveway ended up exactly the way we wanted it and that we understood why they were doing what they were doing. The only thing that I wish was different was the lack of communication. Right after inquiring, Steve came to the house to quote, and within a few weeks the driveway was ripped up and could sit. However, no one reached out to notify us of a timeline or an ETA on when the job would be completed. I had to reach out which isn't the end of the world however, hoped that it wouldn't come to that. I did appreciate that when I reached out, Steve and his team were at our doorsteps the next day. Overall, would recommend.
Kraig Alexander: Have not heard back from Steve or Rose at Primo Paving after my driveway was dug up THREE MONTHS AGO!!! Absolutely ridiculous that it should take that long to put down asphalt and finish my driveway. My neighbor up the street who has paid half already, is in the same boat. I have made a call to them last week...Rose said they would be doing the driveway the following week...guess what... nothing done. Left several messages, no response.... absolutely ridiculous...next steps is to report them to the Consumer Protection Ontario and the Board of Trade....stay tuned

They dig in my driveway saying they will put asphalt after 4-weeks and it’s been2 1/2 months and no show, no response when called .I called 3 weeks ago, then after 1- week. No responseI had always told that they will update when they can come back to complete the job. It’s really a frustration as my drive way has just uneven rocks now and winter is close . Just called now and a lady pick up the phone confirming she is from primo paving but then she says she is in Costco and to call back.Not sure what to do.Would never recommend their services. Really unprofessional!

Steve Morocz: Just very recently had my driveway repaved by Primo Paving. From my original meeting with sales manager Tony Esposito, in order to obtain a quote, I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. I had already obtained several quotes from 3 other companies but none were as thoroughly explained like Primo was.All quotes were very similar but Primos had the most work involved so I felt more confident with their work and so hired them for the job.I was not disappointed. From the initial removal of the old asphalt to the grading with gravel (twice), to the final paving (they let the first grading settle for about a month before doing the final grading then the asphalt).The quality of work was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them.You don’t even pay a cent until the job is completed.

Primo did nothing about the matter when it was brought to their attention. Do not recommend this company to anyone!
Anonymous User: If I could give zero stars I would. Their packing machine died while they were doing my driveway and rather than come back they just kept on going. My neighbour had them do his driveway and he saw the machine break on mine. Several depression spots resulted from it not being packed enough and they ignored my calls and emails to address the problem. They also left oil/fuel on the sidewalk. Read their other reviews; mine is not the only bad one.
Shabbir Abbas: Not satisfied and not happy for paving my driveway. I told several times that I don’t like to have holes on my driveway. He promised no holes. 2 days later after rain found 6 shallow holes holding water puddles. Called and left message twice but no call back. Called 3rd time He said take pictures. Did not show up for few days. Rained again after 1/2 an hour he showed up to check. I showed him shallow water puddles. He said it is nothing. Argued 10 minutes. He said I have 2 year warranty. Did not fix the holes. Do not recommend.
Sikandar Singh: Driveway uneven I don’t recommend these people very rude and inexperienced people. Told the guy that came to get the money that my driveway is uneven and have trucks tire marks he said it’s fine and it’s gonna get normal after awhile.
