We corresponded back and forth about tren times while I explained about my MVA and injuries sustained, then I was asked my name a second time. They asked to connect me to a live person I agreed got an automated call which directed me to a voicemail. They shouldn't offer to speak to a live person if you're getting a voicemail. Also that was five minutes ago and I still haven't received a call back. I'll contact another office.

I received a letter from the TN Department of Homeland Safety & Security for a disposition required for my arrest that happened in Boston, MA.
