Bay State Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Allen Perez: I write this review grateful for Nicolas’ and Itua's services and for their professionalism. They met my rehabilitation objectives with excellence in a cordial and respectful environment. They have earned from me five out of five stars. My experience at Bay State has been happy, starting with the incredibly friendly receptionists. In short, everyone there is highly competent and provides care with first-rate professional talent. The atmosphere is clean, spacious, and accompanied by pleasant music. I highly recommend Bay State!
Argo Caminis: Kayla Pinzur and team (Brooke and Megan) have been absolutely fantastic. Kayla is a highly skilled physical therapist and therapeutic clinician, not to mention simply lovely person. She gained my trust from the get-go with her thorough (and spot-on!) diagnosis and plan, which she explained clearly and in a way that has been consistently empowering. She has been a steady guide through the inevitable ups and downs of any PT, which has significantly improved my strength and body awareness so that I feel I’m back to activities I love and on the path forward with a much stronger foundation. Grateful to have such caring and enthusiastic clinicians as Kayla and her student assistants Brooke and Megan. Shout out also to the lovely front desk staff!!
Karen Corsano: My therapist Nestor was great, always optimistic, thorough, thoughtful and really inspiring! The rooms were always spotless and airy, and supplied with everything all the equipment. He proved that even a very old desk potato like myself could get and feel better with the right exercise! I really recommend it!
Sonia Rodriguez: It's a place full of professional people and respectful well recommended
Joe D'Amore: Everyone who works here, from the practitioners themselves to the people at the front desk, is really friendly and helpful. I had tried seeing other physical therapists but didn’t feel like they were actually invested in my recovery. My sessions with Jolene, by contrast, made me genuinely excited and motivated to go back, learn more about my injury, and get better at managing my pain. She’s very sweet and caring and it was fun to talk to her every week. I had been experiencing pain that prevented me from playing music for 5 years. It also made it difficult to work and sleep, and I had to spend a lot of time with a heating pad and a massage stick just to get comfortable at the end of the day. After just two months of therapy with Jolene, work is so much easier, and I’m playing piano again! The benefits aren’t just physical for me; my entirely quality of life has massively improved, and the general stress and anxiety I’ve experienced for years has significantly reduced. I can’t thank Jolene enough!
Erin Dorsey: Best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had! All of the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Nestor did such a great job helping me recover from my injury. Thank you everyone at the Central Sq location!
Laura Filmeyer: Very friendly & knowledgeable physical therapists! Would recommend to a friend or go back in the future.
Tanvish Jha: I worked with Nester and Itua. It was a pretty good experience. Everyone at bay state had pretty good insights and super helpful. I was given the proper attention during PT and plenty of home exercises for constant improvement. Would recommend 100%
Reginald Best Jr: This is the best Physical Therapy spot in the Boston/Cambridge area! I was recommended to come here after a prolonged hip injury, and they got me feeling great with the tools to maintain the tightness/restrictions.I specifically worked with Kayla, and she is phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable and tailors the PT for your needs. I come from an athlete background, and she knew how to push my exercises similar to how I would attack PT during my playing days. She is attentive and provides good advice to improve form on exercises/movements.This place has an amassing atmosphere from the front desk to the physical therapists. You won’t miss trying this place out!
Rebecca Brent: I chose BSPT mainly because it was a 10 minute walk from my apartment and I’m so happy I did! I have received PT at various other locations (I get injured frequently) and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Shout out to Nestor for getting me into better shape with my knees than I was before. He was adamant that I will be able to get back to all the activities I was in before the injury and that kind of mindset was refreshing. The atmosphere is super friendly and laid back which is nice as well. I always enjoyed coming here and I’m kind of sad I have to go. If you’re looking for someplace to go for PT then I suggest you go here. I have only been to the central square location so I can’t speak for any others. My husband recently injured his shoulder and I had him set up an appointment here. Also, if you are inured and your doctor recommends you go to PT then go to PT because it really does matter and makes a world of difference.
David Kaptzan: I came to Bay State PT with a shoulder injury and Nestor helped rehabilitate me back to full activity. The front desk staff were also really helpful with navigating insurance/payments. Thanks team!
Andrea Winslow: The staff returned my calls right away. They were always pleasant and helpful. My physical therapist, Lauren Cruz, listened well to my complaints, developed a plan, and executed it with knowledge and professionalism. I improved rapidly. I would highly recommend this practice.
Melaku Mohammed: Front desk staff are extremely informative and welcoming. The physical therapist are extremely supportive.
oshae bridges: I injured my lower back in early January while squatting at the gym. Bay State PT was able to quickly identify the what happened and they crafted a specific plan to not only get me feeling better but also get me stronger. Thanks Nester and team! I’m going to miss the family energy and care you all showed me every time I came in! *****Highly Recommend
Erin Kelley: I went to Bay State for almost a year to recover from achilles tendon surgery. I had a great experience, and my PT Jolene worked with me to help me reach my goal of being able to run again pain free. I also worked with several other great PTs (shout out to Nestor , Ben, and many others!) the whole staff was friendly and helpful. I am so happy to running again and so grateful to Jolene and Bay State!
Matt Kaye: definitely the best PTs I've had, and also sometimes they wear cool outfits or play throwback tunes so that's fun too
Molly Lomenzo: Bay State Physical Therapy is hands-down the best practice I’ve ever been to. The therapists are thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and knowledgeable. With many therapists they are able to accommodate my schedule and I always feel well taken care of. Can’t recommend them enough — especially Jordan, Kayla, and Lauren!
Weiyu: I had a great PT experience at this Bay State physical therapy location. Nestor and the team has been super helpful and knowledgeable with regard to relieving my lower back pain. It was amazing to see the complete relief of the pain in less than two months. I would highly recommend this location and the team.
Last Days: They are awesome! Great service, they’re friendly, & make you feel welcomed. Kayla, Nester, and Megan have nursed me back to good health. 5 stars!
Paula: I have been seeing my wonderful physical therapist Kayla for about a month due to a head/neck injury. It was my first time going to physical therapy and her care and professionalism made me feel welcome and comfortable. I knew I was in good hands after my first visit. The exercises she had me do were challenging at first but they are helping me regain mobility and strength in my upper body. I also enjoyed working with other awesome PTs, Nestor and Jolene who are both very knowledgeable and supportive! I leave feeling encouraged and motivated every time I leave their office. Thank you!The facility is clean and everyone is very nice & great at what they do (special shoutout to PT assistants, Brook and Meagan and the lovely ladies at the front desk)! Highly recommend!
AG: I’m a doctor and had an excellent experience working with Ben (90% of time and Nick 10% of time) for Achilles rupture recovery after surgery for about 10 months and my girlfriend worked with Jolene for about 6 months for lumbar disc herniation recovery after surgery. Would definitely recommend my patients to see them.It was a slow but steady recovery for me but they kept chugging along with me. It was nice to see the growth of the facility from when I started to the time I finished. The majority of the PT students they had serving as PT assistants were good too. This is a long overdue post and I’m happy to see Ben and Nick expanded into Porter Square too.

ATI Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Robert Sherman: Austin has been great to work with. So far the treatment is helping
Sandy Middleton: I am a new patient at ATI Kendall Square. Ryan is my Physical Therapist. Ryan is an effective PT provider because of his knowledge, welcoming, and supportive manner. He is a careful and considerate listener. Ryan has given me some great advice for recovering my desired strength and well being. He is clear in his verbal instructions during my sessions. He also prints out and thoroughly explans the exercises.Ryan is professional, courteous, and efficient. He represents ATI. I have recommended Ryan at ATI to several family members and friends.Best regards,Sandy Middleton
Hans Jenssen: I have Achilles tendinitis and I am being treated by Ryan Bogrette . He is very kind , attentive and professional, and so is the Office staff.
Jodi Vaters: I was very pleased with the care and treatment that I received from the therapist at at this establishment. I have an injury from a car accident and and I'm on the road to recovery. I have learned some great stretching techniques and feel very comfortable in the atmosphere!!
Joseph Nechleba: ATI Kendall is great. Everyone’s friendly, and my PT Austin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my recovery process.
Nisal Ovitigala: All the staff at ATI are so patient, friendly, and make me feel welcome every time I'm there. Special shoutout to Crystal for being diligent and ensuring that I have the safest but best recovery I could've gotten.
Jonathan Stavely: ATI is excellent, ever since I have gone there since 2018 all of its phyical therapists that have worked with me have been superb in their support!!
Lynne Dewey: Update review June 2021: I finished my PT after several months with Schuyler Archambault and I am amazed by how much better I feel. We worked hard together. I couldn't have done it without her- she is knowledgeable, caring and energetic. Exercises at home matter as well, but having her smarts and support made all the difference! I am more than appreciative.Review from early 2021: Excellent staff. Great location. I'm thrilled I chose this company. Everyone is organized, pleasant, and responsive. I've been going to ATI for a short time and am seeing immediate results. Highly recommend!
Shira Hoffman: Absolutely horrid. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. Not only did they change physical therapists on me 3-4 times, they alternatively over and underworked me so my body was always either overstressed or not making any progress towards recovery. I did my exercises every day only to find out basically no one was paying attention and they were not scaling them up properly toward a recorvery timeline. They did no massage, no electro stim and mostly ignored me when I told them something hurt. They also gave me constantly conflicting information on the correct postures to use for each exercise. I couldn't even pay in office at the time of treatment cause they were convinced I had no copay (not sure I would have been able to even if I they believed me), which I did, and they later billed me for in huge chunks months after the fact. Calling me over and over without even invoicing me electronically or in paper. Not to mention I have repeatedly requested my medical records from them to be sent to my new Physiatrist over a 30 day period and they can't seem to get it done. I've now been injured for over 18 months with no help from these fools. Go literally anywhere else.**The one star can now go to the office manager who got on top of this after I sent a strongly worded email. But you're corporate is awful and the public deserves to know that. Nice way to try to save face reply to me so politely publically. After trying to illegally charge me for records (look it up you can only charge a copy fee in MA), lie and say you can't gaurantee a time frame or directly contact your records department (really????) and end with me having to threaten legal action if my records weren't forwarded in a timely manner. What exactly is emailing your social media account going to do about my awful experience with you? Planning to refund my money for my still unresolved problem? People need to know how awful dealing with your company is.
Katrina C. Rogachevsky: I disastrously tore my ACL, MCL, and both menisci in a skiing accident in March 2020, 2 weeks before lockdown due to COVID-19 began. I worked with several physical therapists at this office over more than a year - from before my surgery until well after - and all throughout the pandemic. Everyone was incredibly helpful, informative, and accommodating. This was my first major injury and I was really worried about the potential long-term impacts. Everyone I worked with was able to give me a lot of helpful information about what was happening with my knee and what we were doing to help it repair and build back strength and flexibility. They were also conscientious and thorough with cleaning and other safety measures during the pandemic, and I felt very safe continuing to visit in person. While it was certainly not a quick or easy process, I'm incredibly grateful to the staff at ATI Kendall Square as I'm back to running, jumping, and hopefully next winter - skiing! Many many thanks to Erica, Max, Schuyler, Joe, and Crystal. I cannot recommend the team at Kendall Square highly enough.
Cristina Herren: I've been going through rehab for multiple different issues, and going to PT here has been the best part of the recovery process! I've been seen by 3 different physical therapists, all of whom have been wonderful. My case has been fairly difficult, but Erica has worked with me creatively to find ways to keep making progress. Also, I ended up here because I asked my surgeon for his best PT referral, since I was unhappy at my previous location, and he sent me here!
Nick T: There are only great things to say from my experience at ATI. I’ve been a patient of the Kendal Square clinic at different times throughout my rehab process and the people are definitely the reason I come back. I’ve worked with multiple Therapists here who all take very detailed digital notes during sessions, compiling a lot of specific info and feedback to reference and look back on for later sessions and beyond. The attention to detail is second to none. Most recently I’ve been working with Erica, who is so clearly invested in her patients well being. She is the best combination of clinical knowledge, attention to detail, different skills and methods of treatment, and ability to adapt to what each patient needs while still pushing them forward. I walk away from each session feeling better than when I walked in and the road to rehabilitation seems far less daunting with Erica and the ATI team at your back. If there was anything better I could think of saying about this place or recommending it higher to anyone I would. It’s truly a feeling of being on a path to wellness when you’re doing your program, especially when compared to other pt experiences I’ve had over the years at different clinics, even in other parts of the world. Thank you Erica, Kelly, Skyler and Max whom I’ve all worked with in the past. Please do yourself a favor and go see them for any pt needs you might have.
Carrie Leneweaver: I started coming to ATI when my broken ankle had started to heal, but I still had very limited range of motion and capabilities. Erica and her team got me back on my feet (literally) in no time. They knew just when to push and challenge me, and when to take things slow which I really appreciated. The sessions were actually pretty enjoyable and something that I looked forward to each week. Highly recommend!
peter williams: Today was my last PT session with Erica. It was a long recovery and I couldn't have done without this amazing team at ATI. Erica is amazing, simply said!!! If you are looking for a PT group that cares about you and your progress, this is the place. The knowledge, the communication and empathy is outstanding. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Nerali Patel: I've been to ATI PT three times now and cannot believe that I put up with such mediocre treatment and horrific billing more than once. For a 30 minute treatment by a novice PT, I was billed over $400. The same happened to me last year but I overlooked the issue and made the mistake of trusting ATI PT once again.Do yourself a favor and do not seek the services of big chains. If you need personalized, long term care, seek local small businesses where you're guaranteed full transparency and care.I ended up going to Woods Associates in Belmont - and after 9 sessions with an experienced PT, with a focus on specialized manual therapy and straightforward billing, I am almost as good as new again!
Meredith: Why bother having a "contact us to set up a screening" form on the website if you're never going to respond to inquiries? I'm taking my busines elsewhere.
Ben Pastor: The treatment at this location was good, but it has been over a year since I went in for my first visit and the billing department at ATI still hasn't figured out my bills. They incorrectly submitted the claims to my insurance company so they processed as out of network. I keep getting ridiculous bills in the mail that are inaccurate, and every time I call the billing department they say they just need more time to figure everything out. I have no idea how it is this difficult to figure out, especially after a year. I called my insurance company, because the way ATI processed the claims also started messing with my deductible, and the insurance company says they have been waiting for ATI to submit the proper claims for awhile. This has become such a headache and causing way more stress then necessary. Although the treatment was good, I personally will never go back to an ATI treatment facility again.
Paula Soares: I had an excellent experience at ATI-Kendall while getting treatment for a recurring shoulder condition. Every staff member I met was kind and caring. Laura is an amazing physical therapist who who has expert knowledge and innovative ideas for problem solving! I can't recommend ATI-Kendall enough!
Eric Coffin-Gould: Of maybe half a dozen physical therapy practices I've tried in my life, ATI is probably my favorite. Laura and team have been A+ to me from day 1, exceptional care and fun to be around to boot. Going there is always a highlight of the week.
Juliet Tripaldi: Before I came to ATI, I thought that I would always have pain on my right hip due to chronically weak muscles. After working with Laura for less than three months, my hip was stronger, had greater range of motion and to my shock, no more pain! I couldn't recommend Laura and the other amazing professionals at ATI any stronger. They're the best!
Peter Watchorn: I'm a professional keyboard player (harpsichordist) with an international career. On March 9th I fell on black ice and broke my left elbow (first broken bone in 61 years). It was a potentially disastrous injury for someone in my profession. Surgery followed on March 14th and the cast came off March 25th (the surgeon was surprised at the speed of the healing - I kept my fingers moving as much as possible following the initial injury, perhaps this helped). My principal therapist at ATI was Kelly Williamson, one of the hard-working staff of ATI in Kendall Square. I found Kelly to be knowledgeable, thorough, well-prepared and responsive to my precise rate of recovery. She always recorded my progress and provided really helpful advice concerning exercises and protocols between sessions. In some of my sessions she was assisted by Danny Foen, a recent addition to the staff, a recent graduate of Boston University's prestigious School of Health Sciences I met Danny on his second day and, like Kelly, who has been with ATI for some years, he was attentive, thorough and responsive to my progress. I also observed and met other members of the staff, interacting with some of them: ATI is a friendly place and the staff in general provide an interactive and encouraging environment for all the patients there. I was really pleased with the service, professionalism and human dimension, which, I think, is a really important aspect of recovery. I highly recommend this office, and my personal thanks go out to Kelly & Danny. I teach at a prominent undergraduate college in Boston and would be proud to have these young people among my students, for their knowledge, diligence and care. Thanks, ATI!

Step Ahead Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Toby Leith: My work with Kaylee was amazing. She observed, she listened, she put together a treatment plan that all but eliminated my chronic back pain. She transformed my life!
Nancy Villa: I worked with Karen for about a year and she was wonderful. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Karen helped me learn stretches for my knee and I was able to start walking long distances and running again. Highly recommend working with her!
Anna Kirby: I went to Step Ahead for knee pain following a hiking trip. I'd never been to PT before and didn't know what to expect, but Step Ahead (and Karen, who I worked with there) was fantastic. Karen made me feel super comfortable, gave me lots of different things to try, and really listened when I talked about what was working and wasn't. She was also flexible with scheduling so that we could work around my work and school schedules. I'd definitely recommend Step Ahead to others!
David Adamian: I am a fencer. I came to Karen several years ago with debilitating tightness in my weapon hand. Through a variety of treatments during my visits and exercises that Karen assigned me to do at home, I was back to fencing right handed in a few weeks. The problem has not recurred since.More recently I came to Karen with a knot in my lower back that was keeping me from fencing. Again through treatments during my visits and stretching exercises at home, I was back to fencing without pain in a few short weeks.
Rose Hanson: Karen Deane is an amazing PT! I've worked with her in the Cambridge office for years on various symptoms stemming from a chronic autoimmune disease. Her combination of exercises, massage, and manual therapy techniques has helped me rebound from countless injuries. She pays special attention to what the body tells her, listening and adjusting treatment accordingly instead of using cookie-cutter regimens. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a PT willing to customize a rehab program for their unique needs.
Carol Brown: Karen Dean has helped me recover from knee replacement surgery and on-going muscle pain. She has assisted me with a establishing a home exercise program that has helped with better mobility and pain relief. I would highly recommend Karen Dean and Step Ahead Physical Therapy.
Julia Deegler: Karen is the best there is! She is extremely knowledgeable and really takes her time to understand everything with your body that could potentially be a contributing factor to your injury/ailment, not just in the one area. I have recommended her multiple times to both family and friends and always go back if something new arises. Highly recommend!!
kate roper: I found Karen to be very professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and helpful. Together we’ve made really good progress on problems that I’ve had with my shoulder and arm. She’s very supportive and not shaming about my home program. I would highly recommend her.
Liz Aeschlimann: I've worked with Karen twice. Both times, she's helped me significantly reduce pain and gain strength. She's also taught me how to keep my knees and back in a good place, and exercises and stretches I can do when I notice pain beginning. Karen has also been great about keeping our PT routines interesting for me, and finding exercises that I enjoy as much as possible. Highly recommend!
Cory Tromblee: Karen at Step Ahead is a great physical therapist who I've recommended to friends and family. She's a true expert and professional who can help you isolate a problem and come up with the right program to fix it. She's helped me with various issues over the years and the results are always great.
Jeannine Foley: I'm hypermobile, so I pull muscles very easily. I went to Karen for PT after straining a peroneal muscle while running. She specializes in hypermobile treatment and she came up with a treatment plan that worked very well for me. She used heat, ultrasound, massage, and prescribed various exercises and stretches. Slowly but surely, the huge knot in my calf disappeared and I was able to start running again. I also enjoyed our conversations during my treatment.
Peter Yao: Karen provided wonderful treatment for my shoulder and elbow. I appreciated that she gave me a variety of exercises that I could do at home with the equipment I already have, that the treatment is working, and that she explained the mechanics of my pain. I like that I worked with her directly as opposed to interns (my experience at other PT offices), and that the Cambridge office was relaxing (compared to other PT offices).
Christin Rills: Cannot recommend enough. Before finding Step Ahead all my PT experiences were very impersonal. After suffering a back injury last year Karen was spectacular. Highly recommend!
Drew Joseph: I've been a patient at Step Ahead twice, and there's a reason I returned when I had a new injury and needed some more PT. Karen is great: She listens closely to your concerns and works to help you meet your goals. She's been an incredible help with both my injuries, and if I ever needed PT again, she would be the first person I reached out to.
Lili Allen: I've had a terrific experience at Step Ahead. Karen is a very thoughtful, attentive physical therapist who knows the science, listens carefully to my description of my body experience, asks probing questions, takes detailed notes so she can track my progress, and helps me figure out how to retrain both my body and my mind (signals to the muscles) so that I heal. I recommend her without reservation.
Bonnie Cohen: Karen has helped me with various physical injuries over many years, and is simply amazing. Incredible breadth and depth of knowledge, excellent listener and communicator, gifted with hands-on therapy, and just extremely talented at what she does. Scheduling is is easy, plenty of individual attention and time, simply an excellent experience in every way.
Douglas Melton: Karen Deane is an exceptional phys therapist. Knowledgeable, effective and professional in every sense. She reads relevant studies if the case is challenging, proposes new solutions, is attentive to progress and, in my challenging case, advanced the recovery at every step. She is open to new approaches and focuses her attention on the patient's needs. An unqualified positive recommendation.
Kasey Jackson: Karen at Step Ahead has been a fantastic PT. She really takes the time to listen and tailors her treatment to my injury and my goals for recovery. I highly recommend her as a PT!
Bonnie Miller: This is a very professional and competent PT practice. Each therapist works with only one client at a time and takes 55 minutes per session to thoroughly address needed areas. No jumping back and forth between people or sessions that are too brief to be effective, as is often the case at other practices. Karen is a wonderful therapist. Highly recommended.
Chelsea Comfort: My treatment plan at Step Ahead Physical Therapy Cambridge has been very effective for my sacroiliac joint area issues and it is such a pleasure to attend appointments! I really appreciate Karen Deane's knowledge and expertise.

Cried happy tears while leaving my last appointment today - very grateful!
Deborah Fawcett: Laura is the best! A superb therapist, endlessly encouraging--and she laughs at my jokes! I will be forever in her debt for her excellent work in guiding me to recovery.

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy: what do users think?
Pamela Poncedeleon: I have had a great experience at Joint Ventures Physical Therapy.
Robert A. KAGAN: I have been treated at Joint Ventures Kendall on and off for years, and I have always been helped by the three PTs I have seen over time and very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. That is especially true of Jessica Simbro who I am currently seeing.
Beth Colt: Joint Ventures is a wonderful place! I highly recommend the staff there including the welcoming receptionist and excellent PT's. If you need help recovering from an injury, I highly recommend this venue.
Gail Norcross: My podiatrist recommended Joint Ventures, which was out of network, for my persistent plantar fasciitis. I was skeptical and discouraged until I began seeing Jessica. Now I am optimist and encouraged that I can be healed.
Tormxz: My 15 year old daughter was dismissed as a patient a months ago because she had arrive late. Eventhough we had reschedule it, so that it wouldn't be counted as missed appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude. On the phone with her , she says " let's see if there is a time that you can actually make it on time " and when I responded that, it was out of our control because of traffic. I received an email less than 5 minutes later after rescheduling, letting me know that we were disrespectful to the therapist time and the other patients! My daughter suffers from depression and sport is one way to help to support her mental health. I don't think this company staff have ever had any cultural proficientcy training.
陈金石: I have just finished a 3-month PT with Aashna due to prolonged lower back pain from work/sport injury. She is very informative and caring. During the entire session, I gradually transitioned from messaging to stretching to exercising. She not only alleviate my pain but also help me build a stronger core so that I won't be prone to similar injuries in the future. The entire JVPT team at Kendall is very professional and easygoing. They have automatic checking-in and portal for at-home exercise. Highly recommend.
Nekeya Dancy: Brittany is always on time, skilled, personable and professional!
Matthew Peters: Kyle is the best
La Toya Peek: Great staff and service ! The care I'm receiving has helped tremendously in getting back to feeling like myself!
Dana Bullister: One-on-one physical therapy support. Great quality!
Austin Lentsch: Aside from the catchy jeu de mots which helped get me in the door (the game IS the name, iykyk), JVPT has created a pleasant and supportive trajectory for my PT. After two years of insidious knee pain from an old injury and one past failed attempt at PT, Lauren has helped me start to get back on track. Also, their team provides the most streamlined insurance processing backend that I have enjoyed to date, absolutely no headaches from my end were necessary.I give the highest [re]commendations to the team here!
Patricia M: Allison Shawcross cured my benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) in two sessions. I felt a lot more confident in Allison's care than with medical doctors, including an ENT. Highly recommend Allison if you suffer from BPPV.
Jenna: I've had a few sessions with Sarah and it's been a wonderful experience so far. The staff clearly prioritize your comfort, both physical and mental, and that makes such a huge difference in the healing journey. I don't often come across professionals outside of the psychiatry field who understand the toll PTSD can take on the body, but Sarah is such a gem.
Bob Mayerson: Great place for Physical Therapy in all respects. Jessica is fantastic and has helped me immensely.
Kristi Hoagland: I had a great experience over the last 2 months going to Joint Ventures. Kyle W is a fantastic PT. He listens to your concerns and creates the best plan to fit your needs. He helped me a lot with my neck/back pain! The whole Joint Ventures front desk team was great too and made scheduling really easy.
Peter Nessen: JESSICA SIMBRO was the professional therapist that made this experience so outstanding.
Cadence Payne: The PTs and facilities are amazing! My physical therapist is incredibly thoughtful and informative. I've learned a ton about my body, and I now have an excellent set of tools for preventing injury in the future. Can't recommend them enough!
lydia carbone: I have had PT at various places and points in my life and this is the best experience I have had. The private rooms and undivided attention of the therapist, made for an individualized experience specific to my needs. Jess explained the reason for each exercise she was having me do and how it was contributing to my healing, as well as really listening to me and what my goals are. I will definitely return to Joint Ventures if I have PT needs in the future.
Axel Seemann: Have been a patient with two different problems now (hip troubles and an elbow fracture) and both times the care was (or is) excellent - compassionate and competent therapists who devote the allocated time exclusively to you (which is not always the case). I felt I was in excellent hands with both Carl and Jack.
Karina Singh: I went with lot of muscle stiffness on my right side of my body, Abbe worked on me, and she did such an awesome job, that now I'm totally pain free.. she's very patient in listening to my problems and super understanding and very helpful and honest person, I highly recommend joint Ventures with Abbe..10 stars for her...
Zach Taylor: Terrific experience with Abbe. Hoping to play sports for as long as I can, I care a lot about rehabbing injuries and putting myself in the best position to keep playing. Abbe and JV have helped me do that. Great facility. Abbe is very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Jon Spence: Excellent service. Have used for multiple injuries over the years….
Emily Whittington: Love working with Emily Cassata and Patricia Marenco! They are tough but make working out so fun and make sure to really listen to how you and your body are doing to get to the root of the problem. Highly recommend!
sana khan: I saw Emily for physical therapy and she is the best! I used to see another pt but she left so I almost stopped physical therapy until I met Emily. She is a genuine nice person and works with what you need. I needed therapy for postpartum back pain and she helped me so much. She understands how busy I am and encourages me to take time out for my recovery. She knows what she is doing and makes the best care plan that works with the patient. She is a very sympathetic caring person. I changed location just so I could stay with her because she is amazing! Also she is just fun to be around.
Martin Beckerle: Awesome people! Awesome place! Try the Melba sauce!
