I came in Wednesday to check and grab my jacket and their response was "I'm sorry the Chief came in last minute and needed work done so we had to get that done and couldn't finish your order." This place is unprofessional and does not care about customers service or your needs. I returned my jacket and will not return to this bias establishment.
