Martin Zieff: The team is amazing from the GM Mikail, Joe my salesperson, Jason the sales manager and Steve the head of service. I'm now going on my 4th car from them and every transaction has been a pleasure. They go way out of their way to make you feel part of their family. In fact I in bonehead manner drained a battery in a remote place and Joe took it upon himself to drive an hour each way to get me out of a pickle. I would have been up the creek without him. A satisfied customer would be an understatement. They aren't a car dealership but much more.

Josh Parks: We purchased a 2020 Porsche 911 from Chambers in December 2022 in "Certified Pre-Owned" condition. It was and has been an unfortunate experience from inception. If you are seriously considering buying a vehicle from this dealer, I'd take the time to read our experience.I was searching for a 992 911 that was under 120K and there were only a handful on the market in that price range, nationwide. The car had to have a few different options to be considered and ultimately Chambers had a car that checked all the boxes for me and there was not anything else comparable. Nearing the end of November, I was able to come to terms on the car and on a trade-in allowance. Unfortunately, we could not initiate the wire transfer until December 2nd. Because the car wasn't going to be purchased by month's end, the deal we had settled on was pulled off the table. I tried to put a deposit on the car and was denied. They wanted to have the car on the market the last 3 days of November. At this point I would have been done with this dealer but it was the car I wanted and I didn't want to let anger and pride ruin the experience. So on December 1st I was allowed to place a deposit on the car, however they would not honor the original deal which had them paying for shipping. I lost $2000 on that and again was debating on telling the sales manager to take a hike. However I didn't and proceeded with buying the car.When the driver was there to pickup the car, the door handle was cracked. He pointed it out to the dealership and they said they would order one, have it painted and reimburse me for service. Because they did not disclose the damage, I had nothing in writing that said they were going to take care of this issue. Come to find out this was just one of many issues the car has and was sold in Certified Pre-Owned Condition.Once the car was received the paint was swirled so badly, I had to have it paint corrected immediately. The front bumper had damage and the lower bumper splitter had been punctured in several areas.The state of Massachusetts does not issue "Temp Tags" for car purchases. In the state of Kentucky (where I live) you are not allowed to run a license tag from a previous vehicle. So I had no plate on the car and had been pulled over twice as result. This became an issue because Herb Chambers would not release the title for the Porsche to us, They wouldn't send us the Porsche title until they received the trades title. At this point we had payed for the Porsche and the deal was over. They had possession of the trade and we had nothing to do with what happened after. After repeated requests for the title so we could get a license tag, I call Porsche of North America. We also had not received the replacement for the cracked door handle. I told Porsche customer service about the title issue and also over the concern they would not honor fixing the door handle. Within one day I received a call from Herb Chambers telling me the title was going into the mail and the door handle would be shipped. They did indeed send both. I still had concerns about being reimbursed for the replacement handle labor and decided not to complete the Porsche Customer Survey in fear I would not be reimbursed if I gave Porsche negative feedback.During this time we found several other issues that were present during sell. Windshield adhesive squeezing out around the edges, hole in passenger seat stitching, cracked gear selector trim and the passenger side door handle did not operate properly. My car is currently sitting at my local dealer awaiting a replacement windshield, seat cover and other damage parts. I was told by my dealer the car should never been sold CPO in this condition.I'm currently working with Porsche NA to recoup the losses I've taken replacing damaged parts.I thought buying a luxury vehicle such as Porsche would be a top-tier experience. Nope. This was the worst car buying experience I've ever been through an major disappointment.I suggest finding another dealer to buy from.

Angelika: I have an older Porsche Boxster (2005) which I bring in annually to Porsche Westwood for service, including an inspection sticker. I asked for an estimate prior to having work done for an 80,000 mile service. I received an email and text with the service estimate, along with a video done by the Technician assessing my vehicle (nice touch!). I received a notification that my vehicle was ready for pick up the day after dropping it off. When I arrived, my bill showed $1800 in service fees at $230/hour - quite steep! The rate, I was told, "was set by Porsche, we can't do anything about that" - OK, well I have choices for service....I paid, then left the dealer, and noticed at a red light that my inspection sticker still said 2023....so I drove back to the dealer. They said sorry and it was not in their control - the neighboring dealer (owned by the same company) does the inspections and they had sent it over. After 45 minutes of waiting, I inquired as to the status, and whether they would reimburse me for my time, since their time seemed quite valuable. Apparently "it's not that easy" to provide a customer value for their time. When I mentioned that no one seemed to want to take responsibility for the hourly rate or the lack of inspection sticker (where is the quality control? It would take less than a minute to check the sticker), I was told by the service advisor that he was sorry and takes responsibility (frankly he was not at all sorry and was shuffling papers and not even looking at me). He offered a free detail the next time I come in (which at this point is incredibly unlikely). This dealer had my car for 2 days, and I still needed to spend over an hour waiting for a service which was not performed and one I was charged for...and no evidence of remorse at the time (does this dealer really think I want to come back?). I did however, get a gift bag with a small water bottle and a granola bar. I guess that it what an hour of my time is worth.

Matt Shahi: Horrible experience. We entered the showroom with my wife to see a specific vehicle. As soon as my wife sat in the car and I opened the trunk to see how spacious it is, a manager suddenly approached us in a very harsh matter as if we did something wrong. He didn't even give us a chance and said this car is sold in a very unpleasant tone and shut the door right away. That was a total turn off. Thank God they are not the only one in the area.

I called an hour ahead and spoke to the manager about a car, he said the car would be ready to view.When I got there, the car was down the street, and I had to wait for it to be retrieved. When it arrived it was filthy inside and out. Wasn’t washed, covered in road salt, and there was Dunkin Donuts trash in the door pocket. There was barely a half gallon of gas in the tank, the car read 18 miles to empty, and 13 miles when I pulled out onto Rt 228. The saleswoman recommended a 3/4 mile loop around an industrial park for a test drive where there was a 25 mph speed limit.It was complete waste of time, I expected better from a Porsche dealer. I was ready to trade in my 2013 Mini GP then and there, but they couldn’t have been less interested.

Their customer service ended the moment I signed on the dotted line.I made it clear from the start that I would be transferring a vanity plate to the new vehicle. After giving them a week to figure out how to complete the transfer, they still botched it. I paid hundreds of dollars in doc fees to sit on the phone with the RMV and my insurance agent for hours over multiple days. The lack of post-sale care was appalling. I’m still awaiting reimbursement for state inspection that I paid for as part of the transaction, but had to do myself.
