It is now Friday and I’m sure they plan on pushing this until their scheduled Tuesday cleanings, which is unacceptable. It’s very frustrating to have porter potties overdue in cleaning service getting filthier each day and waiting around for an unreliable company to show up. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you prefer clean porter potties and honest communication.

Savaughn Dickerson: Flush Services for the win! Everyone is so nice and has the best customer service. My initial contact was with Scott Jenkins. He is a pleasure to talk to and is super accommodating. He also let me know in great detail which options were best for my personal event and let me choose from there. I asked Scott lots of questions, and he was more than happy to answer every single one of them. He even reassured me that cancellation would be no problem, and that I would not be charged a fee (as most companies still charge you, and some dont even let you cancel). Well that came in handy when we made a last minute decision to cancel for the 4th of July. Unfortunately, the message was not relayed to Scott in time, and the delivery was at my house at 7:30 this morning. Jimmy, who was delivering was even a pleasure, and was not at all upset that he just drove all the way to my house for a cancelled order. I emailed Scott immediately, and he has taken care of everything for me. And more importantly, Scott has reassured me I will not be charged for the delivery fee. Even though I had to cancel, my experience with Flush Services has been above and beyond excellent, and I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future!

I reached out to three local companies for quotes and the Throne Depot was the first and only company to follow up with a phone call. The sales agent, Miranda, was very professional and personable. The unit was delivered precisely as promised and serviced like clockwork each week. Upon completion of my renovation I contacted Miranda and once again she and the company were very responsive. Unit removed the very next day. If I ever find myself in need of a portable toilet in the future I wouldn't even bother to contact anyone else. Highly recommend the Throne Depot.

I have close to 60 employees and there was no way we could be without restrooms come Monday. I called The Throne Depot and delivery happened in less than THREE HOURS on a SUNDAY.
