Mudflat Gallery: what do users think?
Niloofar Ojani: I discovered this store while engaging in psychogeography around the neighborhood. The interior is very well designed; there are many options for ceramics and a couple of other for dolls, oven mitts, jewelry, etc. The prices are above average (some items are more reasonable that others.) I had the chance of conversing with the owners, and learning a thing or two about the city. I felt very welcome there. Even if you're not planning on shopping, check this place out :)
Joseph Chow: They sell artwork and gifts in stores. No coupon required to purchase anything. Staff was excellent and honest.
Bill Gillen: Great place for gifts! Stop by when you're in porter square!
Cleo Cleo: Very good
Erica DeLano: Great items, a bit outside my price range for a low key gift.
Firstglenn Lastbutler: Alright
sean guerin: great to have in the neighborhood
J T: Nice shop with handmade goods. I really liked the ceramics. Check out the bowl I bought, made by Leah Guerin,
Bryan McCullough: Mostly garbage, overpriced inventory with no turnover, made by hobbyists.
Danforth N: Great place for beautiful and unique local gifts

Made by Me: what do users think?
Jessica P: This place is so much fun and the owners are so nice. They also have fun themed events and a plethora of options to paint. Really good date night choice.
Teagan Anderson: I’ve been coming here for over a decade, painting items several times a year. The new ownership has marked a huge difference in quality. My item was delivered to me damaged and they suggest I “fill in the damaged areas”. Doing that would leave me with a giant blob and not the item I took the time to draw. I’ve never had this issue with pieces before and I do the exact same technic on all my pieces. I also painted 2 pieces during this visit, exactly the same way/style, and the second piece wasn’t damaged. They offered no refund, or discount, and said it was painted error.Beyond paying for an item that is trash, the business does not maintain open hours as posted on their door or online. I’ve driven over 2 times to pick up my pieces during their posted business hours, but they were not open.Update: the response below says I was offered to repaint for free. I was not offered a new piece to paint, I was told I could paint over my existing piece. Huge difference.
Lee Silverman: The staff was great and very patient with our group of eight, the kids had fun and the adults had a chance to do something fun and messy.
i s h a n i: I love cooking
Drew Webster: I came here with my nieces (9 and 14) and they had a fantastic time painting pottery together. The studio is clean and well-organized, the staff is friendly, and there's a nice selection of pottery to paint. Great weekend activity - highly recommended!
Libby K: I brought my two kids by yesterday afternoon and we just loved it. The salesperson was so kind and patient with us, and we all produced some beautiful art! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Great spot for some impromptu self care, both for me and the kids!
Chloe N: Complimented my weird art!I painted clowns on a bowl and the sales clerk was such a sweetheart. She said that I was able to make clowns cute. Had such a blast with my friend here. Definitely a great place to go by yourself or with a loved one.
Brian Schick: A wonderful way to spend an afternoon! Friendly atmosphere, supportive staff helps you along the way regardless of your experience level. It was my first time doing ceramics painting since elementary school, and brought back wonderful memories ☺️. Many paint colors, brushes and sponges to choose from for your heart’s delight.
Samuel Stock: Excellent experience and affordable. Very friendly staff and COVID friendly atmosphere. Call or use their Facebook page to make a 90 minute reservation.
Mario Russo: Just a fun place to relax and take home some colorful ceramics. Lots of options to choose from. Colorful, cheery place with friendly staff. No covid concerns for me: well spaced, tall ceilings, and staff get all paints you choose for you.
Valerie Rose Hirschberg: This place is an okay paint your own pottery studio. I’ve gone twice and I’ve noticed two main things I dislike:1) they charge you $4 per half hour per person of paint time. This is just weird and makes the cost go way up. I go pottery painting often, and have never seen a charge like this elsewhere.2) they are just okay at glazing. One of my bowls had a pool of clear glaze on the bottom, and another plate I made had clearly been knocked into another item as it had black paint marks on it. Just kind of disappointed in the glazing quality, I hope they can do better in the future.
Maura W: Love this place! I've come here to paint three times now and the staff is always very helpful. There's a great selection of items to choose from and you can stay for as long as you like (they charge for the item and then $4 for every half hour you paint, but I've found they round down). Makes an amazing gift for a friend or a fun date night, but remember someone needs to come back to pick up the pottery after it's glazed!
Christina Curley: I took my little sister here and had a great day! We went on a week day and it was just us. Very cozy place. We’ll be back!!
Joe: Great!
Alabama Rutherford: Pretty cute store. I had the chance to bring my nephews and do some painting. They were absolutely amazed and they really loved it . Great place to check out.
Alane Schmelkin: Lovely place for all ages
Jay Kim: 처음으로 가봤는데 생각보다 좋았어요
Christopher Chang: Nice place to paint some pottery. Takes a few days for them to put in the oven and glaze it. They charge hourly for how long you stay there and for the piece of pottery you choose. The price was reasonable.
Jim Haney: Great place. Lovely people. Fun activity. Very good support for making your project the best it can be.
Alicia Nakashian: Helpful and friendly staff & a great atmosphere
elvira elvira: My kids had a really good time here!

Tyson Graham Pottery: what do users think?
Hannah Spicher: Tyson Graham's pieces are like usable works of art. (He has a background in painting, and it shows.) All of his shipping has arrived in good condition and on time. He's new to Boston, and I'm looking forward to visiting his studio once the pandemic clears. In the meantime, you can just buy online. Beautiful stuff!
Mike Endsley: Darby and Tyson are great people.good to see down home people happy and successful.
Mark Ballew: I've followed Tyson Graham Pottery on Facebook for quite a while, wanting to visit. Today was finally my chance. It was everything I had hoped and expected it to be. The pottery Mr Graham designs and produces are works of visual and practical art. I chose three pieces as gifts for my oldest son and his wife for their birthdays. Now I need to return to choose something for my collection. Not only are his works beautiful, they are reasonable in price. An added value is to have the opportunity to visit with Mr Graham and learn of his experience, devotion, and love of his profession.
William Anderson: Owner is very informative of his product and very personable.
