Sasha P: Great bike shop! Really fast, professional, and kind!I use my motorbike to get to work so I was anxious to get it back quickly from a shop. I called ahead and asked the repairman how long it would take to get 2 tires changed and he gave me a window that wasn't too bad, a couple of days. He was upfront and told me if the bike needed heavier repairs, I'd need to wait because the shop had a ton of bikes they were currently working on. The bike was returned to me before the original window- so fast! I called the next day about another issue I noticed with the bike and Zach was patient and kind as he explained I could still use the bike and should bring it in for the non-essential repair once the summer rush had died down. He advised me when to drop the bike off again and they will DEF be seeing me. Lovely guys who work there, and excellent service to my bike! 10/10 would recommend!

I've never used their powder coating services, but Zach has repaired my mopeds several times, all with great results, so that's what this review is for. He'll work with you to diagnose issues, talk about concerns, and check-in with how you want things. Turnaround time is pretty great too. This is a spot you need to know about if you ride a moped around Boston.

Mitchell Owens: Luis and his team did an amazing job repairing 3 wheels, all with curb rash, one being pretty severly damaged (see photos for before/after). It was reasonably priced and even though they quoted 3 hours, they had it done in less than 2! Hopefully I won't need more wheel repair anytime soon, but if I do i'll be back at NWR for sure.

When I originally came in for the evaluation, I was told that they could make my rim look 70% better than it did with the damage which I was willing to accept. When I came back after they we’re finished, I couldn’t even tell where they original damage was and what work they did… the rim looked that good. The gentleman had to point out for me where he did the work, afterwards he told me to bring him the new tire and that he would put it on the rim correctly and put it back in my car at no additional cost.Work - 10/10Pricing - 10/10Communication - 10/10Would HIGHLY recommend if you ever damage a rim, worth the money and I can’t even tell the difference.

I spoke with Bill who’s the owner & he gave me the run down from the beginning of the process till the end & the difference from those too. He answer any questions I had with out a problem. I would call once and awhile to see how there coming along & he’ll let me know without hesitating. Some other companies would of gotten annoyed but not National powder coating they under the customers excitement and curiosity on how things are coming along. Their very professional and respectful. I highly recommend National powder coating & will be going to them again in the future!
