Auntie Anne's: what do users think?
Arwen L: Lovely place to grab a quick bite while waiting at South Station. I love the original Auntie Anne's pretzel! I wish there was a little less salt on it but I enjoy the buttery texture of the pretzel!
Sara S: Every time I go to South Station, I get the regular pretzel nuggets, and I love them so much. It's a staple for any Boston trip. They are perfect. Thank you.
Kaitlin Leary: Very cramped place to wait in line but otherwise fast service
Grace Fu: Good taste, but too much sugar in the nuggets!
Jessica Schneider: A simple pretzel is good. My prezel had enough salt. I just wish it was a bit less butter. The butter overwhelmed the taste. Great customer service! It's great place to stop by for quick bite.
Jack Kelley: Hours are incorrect. When I told the owner, he was rude to me. Not worth the hassle and disrespect.
Trip Reports: Good service and good shakes
Richard Rosenbaum: Typical Auntie Anne's pretzel outlet. You either like them of you don't. I like them. At this outlet service is friendly, fast and they generally don't run out of specific items. They have a good selection of drinks. What more to say?
Maritza X: Algo pasa pero ya no son tan delicioso con antes
Andrea Wu: We got catering from here for work, and we got original, garlic, and pepperoni. The pretzels were normal but a bit cold since they were catered, but they were still chewy and delicious. We also got some sauces (cheese, marinara, glaze) which weren't anything special, but they paired well with the flavors we got.
Ann S: It's Auntie Anne's. The cinnamon sugar pretzel bites are always great. Sometimes there's a bit of line, since this is in the South Station terminal.
Kyle Joyce: Was intentionally double charged so that someone else could get a free pretzel.
Robert F. Jobin Jr.: Great pretzels, don't bother with the weird stuff like hot dogs.
Matt Gross: A single pretzel feels like a full meal.
Ricky Paquiot: My Favorite Childhood Pretzel Place.
Gama Urbina: De diez muy bien
Demetrio Maltese: I had hot dog pretzel bites -- delicious!
James Reilly: The employees were a little strange but my cinnamon pretzel was warm and delicious. One of the best Auntie Anne's I've ever had!
Victoria Flynn: WILLING TO MAKE PRETZELS TO ORDER! I always order mine with salt and no butter, and they were happy to make one fresh for me while I waited. And for someone with a picky order, that's big! If you're familiar with Auntie Annies, this place is pretty standard. This little stand is close to, but not IN the food court area. They offer an array of drinks (not sure how competively they're priced) and all of the popular pretzel options. They cook pretzels fresh on-site (unlike some of the mall kiosks that don't), and with so many people in and out of the station, I'd guess that most of the pretzels turn over very quickly during busy hours. I've always had very good service there, and recent visits have proved it again. I'd *much* rather give my money to a vendor that hires happy people and trains their employees well!

Philly Pretzel Factory: what do users think?
August Blake: Decent pretzels and pretzel dogs, and very reasonable prices. They have a good honey mustard with a nice tang to it.
I. Moir: The lady of the pretzel palace was very welcoming & helpful, as the gent was twisting dough and taking calls. Hot & fresh treats. Definitely going back for more.
Rick Patoski: Just like the ones sold in my Catholic grade school 60 years ago !YUM !
Alex Oberle: AWESOME,VERY CLOSE TO HIGHWAYS AND MAJOR ROADS .HAS HANDICAPPED PARKING SPOTS AND WHEELCHAIR RAMP FOR THE DISABLED. BEST SOFT PRETZELS IN NEW ENGLAND, EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT PRETZELS AND TOSSING SALADS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DO IT THEMSELVES
Joe Garbarino: Best Pretzels around hands down And friendly service
Fabio D'Ambrosio: Pretzels are delicious . 5 pretzels for $6. Sauce 2 for $1. If you got the munchies or just hungry at work or while driving to a job, super convenient and price point is great. They also have party treys for a football game or event. Minidogs, salted rivets, mini cheesesteaks. (These I’ve never tried)The place is super clean and organized , I’d recommend to anyone who likes pretzs
M: The pretzels here are absolutely delicious! The dough is sooo good and the pretzels are big. I also tried the cinnamon twist pretzels which was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend! It's right off the rotary and there's parking.
Vahe Yacoubian: Got some tasty pretzels from here. Nothing more, nothing less. Its definitely worth the try. I think they might be a bit on the salty side, but thats what you are getting into when you eat pretzels. Pretzels were well buttered and not overdone, such that they remained soft. Highly recommend.
Terry Singh: First soft pretzels good service very clean place the mango slushie is excellent I had the sauce and spicy sausage pretzel very good
M Tramontozzi: We ordered trays of pretzels for a graduation party. The pretzels were warm and delicious. A big hit for all the guests. The service was excellent and called beforehand to confirm. Thank you for making the party special.
Karen R T: Finally the REAL Philly pretzel is here. Wish there were one south of Boston.
Az V: Great customer service experience
adidas 3's: Love this place!!! Good pretzels and prices!!!
karen wall: Pretzels are awesome.
Naqi Sheikh: Awesome pretzels here. I am from Philadelphia area and reminds me of home
Tracey Seekins: Amazingly fresh pretzels with such a big variety of dips! Their mango smoothie drink is my fav too!! Def a delicious and different snack!!
Bill Staffieri: Excellent spot for a traditional Philadelphia soft pretzel. Also, the mini Cheesesteaks are fantastic! Bob and Jane do an excellent job as the store looks awesome with great product and customer service. Will definitely be back! Nice variety of products!
Joseph P.: When comparing this place to somewhere nearby such as Pretzel Time in Square One Mall (the closest pretzel competitor that comes to mind) it is a night and day difference in both price and quality. My ONLY reasoning for giving 4 stars instead of a full 5 is because there have been A LOT of times where I’ve tried to go during the posted business hours and they’re unexpectedly closed. It happened so often that I was beginning to think this place wasn’t real but instead some sort of mirage. I wish I could say that’s an exaggeration, but it really isn’t. It’s happened so many times. I only mention this to bring attention to just how badly and frequently I want Philly Pretzel — yes, it’s that good. The pretzels are so fresh with the perfect amount of salt. The prices are so cheap for the quantity and quality of what you get. There’s really no reason to go anywhere else in the area for your pretzels — GO HERE! (If they’re open...)
Michele (Shelly): Hands down the best Pretzel place call ahead if you are like myself and do not like salt. Their dips are to die for. I recommend the butter creme sweet!!! Isn’t that the point. Great customer service the woman who owns it, she is very kind and patient
hippie hiker: Just reminds me of home
Paula Julian: I ordered through Uber Eats & the delivery was speedy! First time customer & I’m happy to say that I’ll be a customer for life! The Philly cheesesteak pretzels are beyond amazing & the hit dog pretzel was delicious! I added a cinnamon pretzel & got the chocolate & pastry dips. A little bit of heaven!! 👍

Auntie Anne's: what do users think?
Zaida Bavaro: 4 out 5 reviews because 4 out of 5 times you will get a pretzel that isn't fresh enough. When they are fresh they are amazonian and when they are it is better not to but.
LBM: Yummy!!
Hidde: Bad service. Didn't have anything we wanted. Not going to eat here anymore when I'm in Boston.
Jason Christenson: Glacier service - extremely slow. They need an additional worker or some sense of speed or something! Under stocked, too. Half the menu items were out of stock. Food is as expected, though ( what they did have in stock). Pretty mediocre experience...
Kelli Bennett: I have never known such beautiful happy people. What a cheery store.Stop by its Pumpkin season.Fresh faces full of smiles.Good morning 🌞
Stephen Chase: Smells like heaven!!
Benjamin Yocum: I was disappointed to wait for 10-15 mins for a single pretzel, only to be forgotten as soon as I stepped away. Then I was asked to wait another 10-15 mins while they got their heads in order and make the pretzel I asked for, which I could not in order to make my flight. Will not return on any other trips to Boston.
E Gallagher: Love it
Ron Gagne: Smells heavenly

Pretzel Twister: what do users think?
sumeya m: WHY DID U GUYS CLOSE IM SO SADD. this place was so good wow
D Hj: So sad I found them closed on Sunday. Super tasty soft pretzel bites!!!!
Karen Weng: Family owned business with good pretzels.Edit: looks like they closed as of 1/20/2023. This sucks.
Sheri: This is THE best pretzel place, and I don’t know if they’re under construction or if they’re moving, but I went to the mall last night AND THEY WERE GONE 😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I AM SO SAD
Karrie Freedman: Pretzels are great. Smoothies are way too sugary and the staff rarely says hi and always in a rush.
Yaminette Diaz Linhart: These are the butteriest and softest pretzels I have ever had. My kids are obsessed with these pretzels and are an absolute MUST when we go to the Burlington mall.
Darshan Kalathia: I ordered small pretzel bites and then decided to order chocolate dipping. The store was out of dipping so I decided to cancel my purchase of the pretzel, the associate reacted rudely and unprofessional.
Khuong Nguyen: Pretzel twister also has bubble tea!
Michael Kit: Small family owned business. Super hard working as you see the same folks open to close. They make everything fresh and the pretzels are super soft! When there's a line they work super fast to make sure customers aren't waiting long. Kids always want to stop by here anytime we are at Burlington mall. I've had the taro bubble teas, honeydew bubble teas. Boba tastes like it's made often
S. Saini: The staff is extremely rude at the Burlington mall site in MA. I paid for the large juice cup. I paid for the combo A and requested addition of extra ingredient. I paid extra for it which is fair. In the process of adding extra ingredient, there was more juice than the typical amount.1. My juice got spilled while he was pouring. After he was done pouring, a very small amount was left maybe 30 cc.He was about to throw it and I asked if he wasabout to throw it if I can get it since I paid for it and he very rudely refused. When I told him that you rather throw it than give it to me, he said yes.Thats when I said that its really wasteful. Thats when he gave it to me.Extremely rude and wasteful.
Hillary: Delicious pretzels
Angela Roberto Santos: I can’t even imagine a more perfect pretzel. Every time I have one my eyes roll back into my head and I think, it’s so damn good! Perfect soft texture, a light coat of butter, and lightly salted. Perfection.
Michelle: They were good
Edward M: Love coming here!Their pretzels are fresh and made every hour so sweet and warm.Better than any pretzel place in the area
Jeff Nohlan: No thought
Quang Vinh Ngo: I just bought a cup of original pretzel and a boba milktea. When I was about to pay, the cashier place the cup near my hand and the cup of pretzel spilled. Almost all of the dough was gone, and as he picked up the dough, he gave us attitude. After awhile when the milktea was finished, we ask if he could replace us a new cup. He blamed that it was OUR fault. There was no replacement allow and there was only 3 dough left in our cup. I can't believe that a store like that have such a poor service. Almost all the other stores I went to, the service was so nice and would nicely exchange new products for us. There wasnt even a receipt for us, they didn't say sorry or thank you. Overall, it was terrible!
Caleb Ng: The pretzel bites are about 2-3 actual bite sizes. Dough is good consistency. My friend and I had cinnamon sugar on our pretzel bites and there was a higher cinnamon to sugar ratio that was absorbed very well into the pretzel. Solid place.

LaVerde’s Market: what do users think?
Abdelrahman ElTohamy: Rude staff. Almost inaudible. They don’t offer Halal food. Per the guy working the grill, “we don’t do that here”
M B: Rude cashier that couldn't care less about his customers.
Johannes Kalliauer: pro:+long opening hours+offers stuff (e.g. for office) that you sometimes need urgently and you can't find elsewhere at MIT+no useless politeness, they do their job :-Dcon:-French fries are very squishy
Darren Bennett: Even though the grill is on, they will give you a processed egg patty and microwave the whole sandwich to a rubbery hockey puck. For that you can pay nearly $5. Not going back.
Guillaume Giudicelli: They let pastries rot all week. Had flies with my muffin the other day, just had the most disgusting chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat) in my life, hence the review.
Michelle Gianni: I don't know why the bad reviews, I go here just about everyday for lunch and the food is always good and the people are very friendly.
zl123 duke: I've ordered a sandwich and waited for twenty minutes. Then the staff asked me what have I ordered. He said there was no steak and I should order from him. What? I told him I ordered from the other guy and he said the other guy is a helping hand. Really? I saw the other guy speaking to you directly about my order, so you didn't hear it? What a waste of time. I'll never come here again. Totally rude and disgusting service.
Andy Wang: The staff is not helpful at all and are very rude. They better hire some robots, which will be much better than the current staff.
Rod Bayliss: There's only a handful of reasons I ever go to Verdes:1) I need breakfast and I'm late to class. Verdes has pretty good hot grab and go breakfast sandwiches and burritos. I recommend the sausage croissant at ~$5 . Make sure to get a sandwich card so you're rewarded for your repeated purchases2) I want juice. Verdes has a pretty great juice selection. While overpriced, you can't beat the convenience and variety.
Isaac Martinez (personal): The staff is nice during the day but I typically go to LaVerde's at night when the meanest human being I've met since moving to Massachusetts works. She makes me either want to cry or makes me so furious I want to drop everything I'm holding and just stomp off without the stuff I want to buy. If anything else was open at 2:00 AM and as close as LaVerde's I would definitely be going there instead ... But no such place exists, and so the trap that is LaVerde's continues to sap away at my life force, making my 2:00 AM caffeine runs 10x harder than they have to be.
Kliment Serafimov: overprices and fake prices
Nehal Farooq: Overpriced and stale items!
Oles Shtanko: terribly slow service
Stephen Scott: Awful staff. I did not know cashiers could be actively rude until I started going here. Nevermind skipping a simple 'hello' or any form of verbal interaction, they are actively rude. Not just one, they are absolutely terrible every single time. I really hope MIT reassigns this lease, I have never met such an awful bunch of individuals as the staff at this little store. Regrettably, there are no alternatives on campus, otherwise this hole would last three months at best.
Alison Kan: Usually overpriced, but staff seems nice.
Destiny Athotmail: i came in here to find some kjatana cleaning supplies but they ahd a drawer full of money in the back. the money was useful but i just need to clean my sword so i docked a star for that
Gabrielle Person: Convenient, but you pay for it
Andrew Xia: Definitely overpriced, the 24 hour convenience is nice
Mael Le Scouezec: Not for the students for the money
John O'Sullivan: Overpriced as hell, but open 24 hours and within walking distance. For better or for worse, Verdes is life.
Steven Anthony Rivera: mad expensive but basically a monopoly on snacks for the mit community.

Friendly Corner Convenience: what do users think?
Lea Verou: Friendly but extremely overpriced. Paid $10 for 15 dishwasher tablets! Another time I had to pay $0.50 more on a $2 item to pay with a credit card. Service is indeed friendly.
Lovely Applewhyte: I work close by and my boss gives me a company card to purchase snacks for our break room. I have been going to Friendly Corner for years for this purpose and have had mixed experiences, but mostly good ones for the first several years. Lately, however, most of my experiences have been negative.A few weeks ago, I wanted to purchase some sour cream and noticed at the register that it was expired so I switched it out. This prompted me to check all expiry dates on products from then on and I have since found MANY expired products. Right now there is a stack of refrigerated dips that are all expired by a month or more for example. I've also seen moldy pastries on the shelf several times. If that's not enough of a health hazard for you, well maybe this next part will be. Recently I purchased several bags of pork rinds. When I got back to the office, I noticed that all of them had holes towards the bottoms of the bags. It looked like they had been chewed through in multiple places. I immediately returned to the store and was told that they have rats because of the pizza restaurant next door. They exchanged the bags for fresh ones that I confirmed were perfectly sealed but I left wondering, if they know they have rats, why haven't they done anything about it? I can now, weeks later confirm that they still have not done anything about this because today I went to purchase some pork rinds and all 5 bags of the spicy ones on the shelf have chew holes in them.Perhaps the worst part about this place is that they do not honor prices on their already overpriced items. Weeks ago I was going to purchase a box of tea. The person at the register proceeded to pull the price tag off the box and ring it in at a higher price. When I asked about this, I was told that the price was wrong and they would not honor it. But, that's not even as bad as the fact that I have noticed that often, they will scan a product, it will ring up as one price and they will void it and ring it up at a higher price. Today, I purchased a container of cream cheese that when scanned rang up as $4.49. The cashier voided it, then rang it up as a random grocery item for $4.99. I also purchased a Jack Links beef stick which had an original sticker price of $2.99, then a newer label on top with a price of $1.99 and was charged $2.79. (Please see my photos below for reference.) The prices at this store are already super high as it is, so tacking on even more at the register is just awful. I recommend always requesting a receipt so that you can check if you've been swindled. Most of the workers will not give you a receipt unless you ask for it.I kept giving them chances since they are very convenient for me and hoped they would improve, but if anything they are getting worse. They may be friendly here, but they certainly are not honest or responsible business people. I will never be returning to this store and will instead take our business down the street to 7-11 and/or VIP Convenience.Caveat emptor!
sahil patel: Hey everyone,I know this store normally wasn’t a place that welcomed customers. However, this store just underwent a temporary management change. The rude woman employee that every seemed to hate left today. New permanent management change will not occur until April 1st. Come to this store. I promise you will not be disappointed.
H G-C: Been twice and each time the snacks have been stale/rancid. and the cashiers are always rushing you out while looking around.
Derek TM: Friendly corner is a good run in run out store and the prices are a little more for a convenience store. Also I bought two things of chips and we didn't eat any and it it looks like someone ate them if you look below.
Dillon Compton: Totally fine neighborhood convenience store. Nice to have when I don't want to walk into Davis or to Pemberton up the street.
Dan Ryan: Decent place with decent prices and good selection. Need to spend at least $10 to use debit/credit which was a blow. Staff seemed suspicious of me as I walked around looking for a snack. There are signs on the door with expected etiquette that doesn't make it seem like a friendly place, ironic given the name. I'm sure place is fine but didn't care for my experience.
Ernest Middleton: Hey I am in that store almost every day always good service #5 star.
Bostons own Jerry: Me and my son came in the store and immediately Tony started making friends with me and my son. I felt at home with my family. Great service, Great new management and so many more choices than before. We all have to support this store in the community. Great for people.
T P: good service and good people working in store now is under new management they are good and more choices in store use to be not good but now good 3 months a go was not happy but now I'm so happy
Alexander Noviello: New owners are fantastic. This used to be a zero star place until just recently
PjAY “PjAY” GUNNERS: Very cheap owners...barley talks english ..if u walk around store , trying to decide what to get , the owner thinks you're trying to steal his stuff...Very rude and unprofessional cheap indian guy..non of the local people like this owner, If u ask him a bag even if u buy something, this guy dont want to give u plastic bag....i was there week ago , i bought a can juice which is cold , and i had to walk couple a blocks down , i asked him a bag , he replied me " u only buy one juice , so no bag "....wow thats the kindda service u get from this cheap people
Ezekiel Wheeler: aptly described. the usual convenience store fare, however they tend to have an unusually upbeat staff.
