Last step before starting to test the population is getting approval from the state of MA. The process normally takes up to 30 days (DPHs own estimate) and now 3 months has passed without any update.

Ddd ddd: We are about to face a severe healthcare crisis, largely due to complete unpreparedness of MA DPH. No test kits were made available, providers have not been wearing PPE at hospitals, while treating waves of these untested patients. Now many doctors and nurses are quarantined, while we are about to crash. Nothing was learned in the months since the crisis started. Other US states have already developed their test kits and rapid testing facilities, to address these shortages and establish control.Someone has to take responsibility, this is a complete disaster and thousands of people could lose their lives.Update as of 8/11/20: I have to admit that our state did a complete turnaround and took matters into their own hands. I am very impressed with governor Baker's leadership and the trust he put in our medical community. I hope MA stays on top of this crisis and continues being an example to the rest of the country.

The Doctor at South Shore Hospital reported it and I reported it. When I tried to get information from the DPH I was told I have no right to know if Harbor View would be facing any consequences. Even though I am her legal guardian. Even after appearing on the news about the DPS' lack of releasing any information. My Mother's orbital bone was broken in 7 places. She never left her bed. She did not fall. Harbor View even admitted this.
