Jessica: I had a good experience. But I think this target should have more options as well as more variety of stuff and things. But it is a pretty good store
Robin Beaulieu: Came out of the iconic Porter Sq. Red line 'T' stop & headed for the Target located to its right-across the street. Three of the sales associates i interacted w/ were very helpful in giving assistance to my questions. Over all the store is well maintained & have a fair selection of merchandise (but no bird seed, which is what I went in to look for, & the ladies rest room has no way of drying ones hands). Otherwise I would return to shop here again.
Chloe Craig: I gave up on grocery shopping here because I consistently was throwing away moldy/spoiled food, often months before the expiration date. I've seen moldy food sitting on the shelves before and at least half their frozen section has clearly thawed and refrozen. It's ultimately cheaper to go to the Star market because I don't have to throw away 20% of every grocery trip.
Jaye Aster Broder: Better target than Central Square. Staff is pretty helpful. There is a larger grocery sections and household tools sections than other small Targets. It’s located next to the Porter Square T stop.

VSW Podcast: Not my favorite target.... Is small and has a very poor toy selection... with that being said they have good customer service as an employee hunted down a figure in the backroom inventory that wasn't on shelves. yes us toy collectors frequent all the targets!!!

John O'Toole: Zero phone support. The recorded message tells you not to ask for product availability. It only provides location and hours (which is available online, so that's useless.) I got through to a specific department, I heard them pick up the phone and hang it up. With a 20-30 minute walk, I need to be able to make sure the product I need is in store before I spend the time to go there.

Even though I didn’t find everything I was looking for, I gained enough positivity from her to overcome the rough day !

L B: I ordered online and and received an email saying my order is ready for pick up. When I got I had a hard time finding parking, I had to circle couple times. When I got inside I spoke to a rep about my order, he asked me to wait while he goes find it. He found it but for some reason he had to go in the computer to check something idk what the problem was. Anyway O had to wait about 10 minutes for them to figure out something about my order. Usually they just scan my app and that’s it. Finally they got it figured out, never apologized.. terrible experience. I will never go back there.

George Schwartz: This is the “firewood” I received - most of it isn’t dry enough to burn this year and it came with free mulch (dirt, dust, chips, splinters, rocks, etc.). Gross. I’ve never seen such a mess of rotten, chunky, and damp wood sold as “seasoned and ready for use”This looks like it was left in an uncovered pile for two years to get rained on and rot. For nearly $500 per cord, I expected better.The two stars I’m leaving are for the lovely people I spoke with on the phone and in the driveway, great folks working there. The product, on the other hand, left much to be desired.
Jon Gorey: This isn't firewood -- a better name would be "Trunks n' Chunks." Or maybe "Termite Bait." Almost a quarter of the cord is unusable for our wood stove: just giant slabs that are 22-25 inches long. Also many half-split (i.e. still frustratingly stuck together) and/or misshapen hunks that are short in length but too thick to wrestle into the stove (and no fun to stack, either). And it was seriously the filthiest firewood delivery I've ever received -- many rotting logs, and six yard waste bags full of dirt and bits left over for me to rake up; I'm nervous to have it anywhere near the house. Delivery was surprisingly prompt, but they had said it would be free and ended up charging me. They were super nice on the phone, though, the only reason this isn't a one-star review.

S S landscape supply will not find them responsible if anything happens with your delivery, and worse, they will laugh at your face and tell you to deal with the driver. Do you self a favor going somewhere else.

Tori Ng: We got the most unpleasant customer service from this company. We came in to check which stone is best for our fire pit seating area. When we got there one of the front desk girls greeted us and showed us to the samples. She wasn’t helpful at all. Then she left suddenly and went back to her counter. She did help us to order in rushing manner (nobody was behind us). We gave her the radius of the circle area which is 11 ft. She used the calculator and told us we need less than 2 yards. We did come up with estimate square footage but no idea how to concede to cubic yard. We even confirmed with her and she was determined she used circle formula to come up with the #. we trust her expertise. So we got 2 cubic yard and she suggested. Total $125 including $45 delivery fee. We did the calculation again and it turned out she used 11 ft as diameter instead of radius. We came back and got a nasty treatment from her. We’re all supporting local business but we’re not deserved to get this kind of treatment while spending our hard earned money. The whole time of this incident her attitude wasn’t pleasant. We didn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses and username on receipt is ALY. It’s too bad it happened to us. People suck sometimes.

Will not be returning because of this horrible experience I’ll just make the drive to TLC in Quincy instead.

Blue Horse Performance Mark Roback: I have been using their services for a decade or so and I go back regardless of price for my landscape supplies because of the service I received. there is no other place at 3 AM or 4 AM that you can pull into and you’ll be greeted with a smile and treated like a citizen every single time. You get what you pay for in this case I’m happy to pay for the service that I receive. I would never consider going anywhere else!

Bailey Waldorf: This Target is always a challenge, but it's generally a good store. It's limited in staff and space. It doesn't carry many of the items larger Target stores have in stock. I've often come in for something specific (like ice cream or kombucha) that this location does carry, but find the shelf is empty. It helps to use you Target app to see if they carry an item you're looking for and if it's currently in stock.

britney connors: I am 67 years old and this store made me wish I was in my grave already. I came into this store in search of a gift for my mother because she is on her death bed but her birthday is coming up soon. When I was looking in the makeup section on the second floor, I noticed an employee staring at me for a while. I went into a different isle and this employee followed me. You won’t believe what she said to me!! She told me I need to wear more makeup to cover my wrinkles!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!! I CANNOT believe Target allows people like this to work for them. I HOPE YOU HANDLE THIS!!!

Cashier Ken threw my item at me at checkout, when asked if this was how he gave all his customers their items back after ringing them in he said “no its just been a long day.” Offered no apology or anything after. All in all, one stop shop for essentials but they may not have it and you will almost definitely not get decent customer/guest service.

Min: It’s always nice. The workers are all nice. Sometimes there are some stuffs that are out of stock but I had a great experience today. I left my laptop at the cashier and the guy kept it for me. It freaked me out leaving my almost everything. But, thanks to the worker I got my laptop back.
RoadTrip NewEngland: Good selection for an in-city Target, they have some grocery and then a little bit of everything you might need. Very handy if you live in Central Square or are a few stops away on the Red Line. Pretty much dead center between Harvard and MIT. There’s not a ton of parking in Central Square though if you are thinking about driving.
Ashley Landreneau: A mediocre CVS. Doesn’t deserve to be called Target. Always out of stock. Truly makes me want to unalive myself.
Angie Polakowski: This target is a city target with two floors with stairs, so be aware of this when coming. The food items are on the main floor and electronics, home, etc all downstairs. The annoying part is there is no easy way to use a cart in the store because of the two floor situation. The workers were all nice and I do appreciate the security personnel by the door. However this target was SUPER under stocked on so many things and part of their cooler section wasn’t even being used. I pretty much got the last one of every item I bought. It’s okay but obviously much better big box stores exist.

Tyler Motes: I’m not a fan of the remodel. The layout made less room and now has less products in an arrangement that makes no sense. The staff act like you’re in their way if you happen to be going down an isle they’re coming up on. With the exception of a few employees who actually are really amazing this store has gone way downhill over the last 2yrs.
Cornell Bentley: Every time I walk into this store, they treat me like I am a theft but I have never stolen anything from the store or even plan too ... considering not shopping with this company anymore, I've already cut CVS off due to there lack of empathy towards their employees. Over 20 staff members have caught Covid & I think one died but nobody cares
