Seddik Sdk: The worst administration ever, how do you prevent residents from parking on both sides of street?One side of (Oxford st, and Forest st 02138) for street cleaning Monday 17 may, and the other side of (forest st) has “no parking sign for 24 hour” 16-18 may for UNKNOWN reasons.Good administration find solutions before applying procedures.Add to that the worst management on how to shovel the snow (after the snow storm 2022, they didn’t shovel the road completely and they just did shovel a path for one car on a two ways road with Parking lines on both side of the road.

wren newman: Mayor Sumbul Siddiqui is a pleasant enough woman, but I don't think she has enough experience to be running the city of Cambridge Massachusetts as its mayor. She doesn't care. If I lived in Cambridge I'd want somebody with some real hands on experience with things like the homeless population and drug additiction. I have never seen her in Central Square talking to the homeless there.She doesn't care about them.

Rick James: Absolutely worthless employees who can't make an appointment & don't know when this charade of closures is over.I wasted several hours going there & have gotten nowhere. They told me I can't make an appointment with out submitting an email, Rediculous!!!!

E Marshall: City Hall employees are great, but entrance is very hard to find. Due to COVID, only open entrance is on the back on the lower level. You have to walk down the driveway and ignore the signs on the path that say "no entrance".

Gioia Chaouch: I paid a parking ticket in March and had confirmation from them- then I get a notice that it was somehow unpaid. They inflated the cost 30% with no explanation (from $30 to $40) and then tacked on a service fee. Even if the difference is a late fee, they have to account for that in the bill. They’re impossible to get in touch with and the website belongs in 2006.

Mikhail: Incredible and historic building. So many beautiful rooms and everything looks amazing in photos. Indoor ceremonies are lovely dark and moody and the outside is bright and lovely in the summer and fall for weddings and elopements.
