Club Passim: what do users think?
Amy Kushlan: Great little place! Went for Sunday brunch and got to enjoy music from a small folk group. Huge servings (I had French toast and hashbrowns, I had to take home leftovers!) and great service. There is art all over the walls to look at while you eat, the place has a great vibe. Highly recommended 👍
Sadie: A storied venue, best place in Boston to consistently see a singer-songwriters and small acts performing in an intimate environment
Joyce The Voice: Great show. Intimate venue.
Madeline Smith: Great food, music, and service! The Passim breakfast sandwich was especially good! Very affordable as well. Despite it being busy, our waitress, Sarah, gave excellent service. Definitely would come again!
Dominic SHAUGHNESSY: Very enjoyable good food and great music
jerry canterbury: No place like it , a veritable shrine of Boston folk! Intimate , full of history and charm right on Harvard Sq! Bucket list stuff if you are a true lover of music , it was like taking Muhammad to the Mtn for me personally!
Steve Kitay: 4.7. Such a great history and host to so much musical excellence. The only negative is the seating - it's the best they can do in that space, but a bit too tight for my taste. But not enough to keep me away.
Henry Copp: Great show, good vibes!
Mark Alcarez: Fantastic intimate club space with food. Visit this folk club legend that offers a wide variety of music and programs. Check out the annual Lamplighter events!
William Barbuto: A favorite place to see great talent.
Tim Russell: Went for dinner and a show. They were out of all draft beers. Got a salad and black bean burger. The salad was delicious, the burger was eh... BUT the reason you come to Passim is the music. We saw Brother Brothers and loved it. They even brought a special guest on stage. Can't wait to go back to hear more music.
Jonathan Pham: My favorite place to see shows
chris snyder: One of the best music clubs in the country.
Jon Elkin: Great food and music always!
David Sterenchock: Nice venue and I thoroughly enjoyed the concert I attended there.
Patrick Fitzgerald: Great place to see a show. Mary Fahl was exquisite! Included some songs off an album set to release in July!
Massachusetts01: Small venue. An intimate setting with good music. Great burgers.
Alexander: Fantastic and intimate venue where the profits go towards the music itself.
Melinda Lee: Spectacular evening with Jim Kweskin and his granddaughter, who had a beautiful voice and demeanor.
Ric Wheeler: The best place in Boston for live acoustic music. Good room to hear music.
Susan Burstein: What a great way to spend a winter evening. Yeah, for Vax requirement!

The Lilypad: what do users think?
Jozef Kluczkiewicz: Great small setting to catch a performance.
Wang Weizhi: Best sounding setup for live jazz in Boston area!
kungfuaxe1: Love playing here, hanging out here and listening here. A special place for creating music and community
Mirabella Platt: Went to this small venue for a Kiwi Jr. Concert, and it was awesome. 10/10 very intimate setting, they had water and restrooms I recommend for concerts. Very very small.
David Rand: The Lilypad is awesome! Such a cool venue, run by great people
Federico Francescato: Great stuff. Incredible music. My ears are still ringing.
usa Sudan: Good 👍morning
Matthew Bagnall: Great spot for eclectic live music, with a friendly face in Jesse running the show. It’s a family environment, ever changing and evolving, full of creativity and love for music. An experience unlike any other!
Whistle Rymes: This venue was an incredible experience! It sounded greater than a lot of other venues in the city. I love the whole atmosphere and artwork on the walls! I'm 2 hours away from this venue and the show I attended was SO worth my time. One of the most incredible nights of my life! The moshpit crowd was a blast too, I hope more of my favorite DIY bands play here soon. Staff were very into the music as well, this place is a true gem and definitely worth checking out if you're in Cambridge.
Ric Wheeler: Local venue for live music which brings in really unique and wonderful artists.Bonus is the funky art on the walls.
Steven Laliberte: Great place
Joseph Nowd: As a up and coming musician in the Boston/Cambridge area; this venue and ownership is everything a music lover and a musician could wish for.Professionally and courteously run. LOVE the acoustics and the atmosphere is phenomenal & authentic. ❤️🤙🏼
Alix Yarrow: It's crusty and small but it's just right. I had a pleasant time seeing Charlie Martin. They have a bar and bathrooms.Feedback regarding accessibility:It was unfortunate that they put all the chairs away for the show. Even at larger venues with far more pumped up artists, there are chairs placed to either side of the stage for folks with different abilities or health conditions that limit the ability to stand for the duration of a show. A friend in our group had to sit down on a bench due to back pain but couldn't see.
Julian: One of the best places to see music or comedy in the Boston area. The people who run the place clearly care more about music and entertainment than about making profits. The space is intimate and has good acoustic treatment. The crowd is mostly respectful and attentive. Beer is available.
Craig Minoff: Pretty funny comedy, got super hot by the end
Adam James: Drove 5 hours from Jersey JUST to see the sensational Emily Reo at the delightful Lilypad. My pregnant wife was even able to sit front row in a super comfy chaise. So even though Ms. Reo played a super short set, the entire experience at The Lilypad was worth the drive.
E. Stephen Curator: one of the few tiny, multigenre, performance venues left in the area.Support local culture!
Nicolai Cauchy: comfort (Spartan) and acoustics notwithstanding, it's a great small joint for live music - alas all too few of them remain...
Bill Davidson: Small space but great for an intimate musical show. They have drinks available. Sound mix was perfect. Admission varies by the performer. Other restaurants near by.
Brendan Murphy: This place is incredible. Who know a Wednesday night 5$ variety show could pack so much talent and energy? Home away from home to a veritable pack of talented musicians, comedians, and other talents who all practice together and support each other.I lived within walking distance of this place for months before I checked it out, learn from my mistakes. Don't wait. Go support talented artists :)
Nicolas Bussière: Amazing jazz venue with somehow uncomfortable chairs, but low cover charge. I will return to this place on my next visit for sure.

Middle East Downstairs: what do users think?
Kristen Olson: Good vibes
John F: One of the last old school clubs in the area, still a great place for a show. Used to be a bowling alley way back in the day and they get a good variety of shows. If you've never been then make it a point to check it out.
Adam Carroll: Cool dive bar for smaller shows. The staff were great. I hope to see more shows here.
Rufina: Ну такое
Rachel Grusse: Last minute realized I wouldn’t be able to stand the full time and decided to bring my wheelchair - if I could give more than five stars I would. There was an elevator and they were extremely accommodating. The band was phenomenal, the whole venue was super cool. I had an excellent experience and would 100% come back. As another reviewer noted there is nearby parking garages that work well - I liked the green garage.
Bryan Haroldsen: Great place for a show, bit slow behind the bar
Asshole #1 “flick”: best experience of my life, great bands, great place, 11/10
Alexander Kirchberg: A great place. They have great staff, clean environment, good shows, and are safe while allowing people to express themselves. Having two bars downstairs cuts down on the lines. There is a garage around the corner so, even with bad Cambridge parking, you have options. This place in a winner for sure.

Paradise Rock Club: what do users think?
Christy Chamberlain: This venue was overbooked, too tiny for the amount of people allowed in, the staff was rude and physically pushing me around. Very little visibility of the band performing. No parking near this venue either!Very disappointed.
Ashlinn Withers: My boyfriend and I traveled to see a show here. The venue is smaller than we expected, but the sound was good. There are pillars everywhere that can block your view, but there is a balcony you can stand on. Two small bars which are sufficient for the amount of people you can fit in that venue. The staff seem well prepared for anything and are friendly. I suggest this venue for any intimate show you'd like to attend.
Alex C: We saw The Black Dahlia Murder along with a stacked bill of bands and we had a good time. There are a bunch of signs stating that stage-diving and moshing weren't allowed, but security was extremely cool, and there was tons of it. I liked that there was a balcony section that provided a good view (one side is closer to the stage than the other) and a reprieve from the moshers.
Jeff Wright: Paradise has excellent shows, professional and refreshingly relaxed security (they take it seriously, but there’s no overly aggressive nonsense), three bars inside the concert hall and one outside, comfortable seating upstairs, great lighting, and the world’s worst layout for sound. The stage is inexplicably oriented to face the short side of the rectangular room, resulting in many, many weird acoustically dead or insanely echoey spots. The two massive pillars also tend to obscure the stage depending on where you stand and make for a good shoulder-shattering surface if you’re at a rowdier show. The staff are consistently excellent and the acts they bring in make it worth the visit, but be prepared to try a variety of vantages to get decent sound.
Aaron Geisel: It's a good venue and I'd recommend it, but with some reservations. We saw The Summer Set in 2023 and they were great. The lights were very well done, but there's a few pillars that can get in the way of the stage. Check in ws quick. There were some jerks that kept trying to mosh and even though they have a sign saying you'll be kicked out, security didn't do anything, which was frustrating. I'm trying to have a good time, not get elbowed in the face. I would have had a better time had those guests followed the rules.
Zachary M (Dr Civilization): Some unfortunately placed columns and strong AC but otherwise great music venue!
Lindsay hynes: Nice layout. Medium sized venue. Clean, books hardcore shows often. Can't ask for much more. Sounds mint. I travel 45 min + so go there and it's surrounded by killer food.
Connor: small, intimate venue that still packs a punch
Dustin Allan: Always a great experience. Venue has amazing sound
Jessie Ritner-Skillings: It is much smaller than I expected, and there are a lot of obstructed views due to pillars. It's an intimate venue to see your favorite band, but you'd have to be sure to be up near the stage in the center, or you'll miss half the show. Security staff was friendly, and the bar tenders were great.
stephanie coffill: Absolutely love this venue! Every show I’ve been to has been amazing.
Crystal Lavallee: I took my daughter to her first concert tonight and this was the perfect venue to do it at! The bartender was so happy to serve us and the rest of the staff's vibe was great too.
Marisa Barden: My favorite concert venue. It's a cozy size - no matter where you are standing you feel close to the stage.
Nick Korbel: The layout is weird, but this is a great place to see a band. Intimate, amazing sound, good lighting.
Dave Van Iderstine: The grungiest tiny loud rock club you'll ever see blasting damn good shows at in Boston! Comes with secret parking spots too 🤐
Courtney Martin: First time going to the paradise rock club, it was a great experience. Jessie murph and Charlieonnafriday killed it!!!
Emily Roth: The oddest venue set up ever. The stage is on the long side of the room, limiting the space directly in front of it. It's a small venue, but has great shows. I'll keep coming back even if I can barely see the stage.
Jesse Robertson: Great bar area. They kind of have their heads up their butts when it comes to managing the outside line for concerts. We went to a VIP event that stated be there promptly at a specific time and when we got their early we had to wait an extra 45 minutes while they went down the line 5 times trying to figure out who was who. Regardless the venue is awesome and the bar/lounge area is great.
Jaret Baranek: So many great bands/memories.
Colby Weston: 1st time to this venue and I was pleasantly surprised. For Boston, pretty low beverage costs, standing room, no seating but plenty of room and it was not hot or stuffy inside. #nicomoon
Chris Joyce: This a fantastic venue to catch a show at. Under 1000 person capacity means that it is very intimate and you get to be right there with the artist. Sound quality and lighting were great, There is also plenty of parking and food options within walking distance.
