Moldova Restaurant: what do users think?
monica velezgrau: very good food. very regular if not bad customer serviceThe waitress did not know that x beer was not available then I asked for y beer neither. They forgot one of my appetizers however they charged for it. We had to tell the waitress to remove itVery frustrating

Marina Orlova: This place is not customer oriented. My fiance and I wanted a celebrate a big event at this restaurant. I submitted a form request on their website a week ago. Usually, how this kinda thing works in good places, a manager will get back to you the next day, however, it was two days and I did not receive any reply. So, I thought maybe they did not receive my request. That is why my fiance and I decided to go there in person. When we came in, there was only one rude person and I assume it was a manager. When we told him the purpose of our visit he sounded very rude "I did not have time to go through this yet because I am alone here when I will have time I give you a call and we will schedule an appointment. I work now and I am busy." Do you call it client oriented place? And guess what, it has been a week and we did not hear back. This guy literally kicked us out and ignored our request. Hire more people if you cannot go through one little request! Rude and bad customer service.
Joe Clarke: 32 dollars for the worst Kabab I've ever had. Expensive mean overall and food was really poor. Never going back.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Suad Valentina: The worst quality of the food and too expensive. a kebab that’s contain only two piece of meat and a pita which is the size of half hand to cost 32$… that’s robbing. At least if would have been a good food quality but the money you pay for it’s not worth. I wouldn’t advice someone having a nice meal here for these prices. And… it’s not even Moldova or Romanian traditional food.
Bo Hatfield: This was my first time dining in Moldova Restaurant in Newton Massachusetts. The food is very good.Parking: Street parking is free on Sundays.

Oleana: what do users think?
Ignacio Perez: Great venue with a very high standard of service and food, while still being very relaxed. Love the unique wine selection.
Mel: Oleana is one of my favorite restaurants in Boston. Every dish is bursting with flavor and very creative. The waitstaff is always super nice and helpful, and while it may seem expensive, I think it's quite reasonable for what you get (especially when compared to other places in the area). We ALWAYS order the topik, fatteh, and sultans delight, but everything I've ever had here has been delicious. I couldn't speak more highly of Oleana - definitely go here!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. At least 50% of the menu is vegetarian or can be made vegetarian.
Anthony Maiorana: Everything about our experience here felt amazing. Our reservation was at 8 and we got seated relatively quickly even though we were a bit early. We had a cozy little table in the bar area.We did two tasting menus plus cocktails and a couple of other dishes and the vegetarian creativity at this restaurant absolutely blew us away. We felt so lucky for getting to eat here. Definitely worth going and spending some time here
Tim Lapinskas: Recommended dishes Hot Meze, Sultan's Delight, Lamb Gyro, Turkish Style ProfiterolesMore
Larry Slate: Great flavors. Portion sizes small as advised.
shrinidhi navale: Nice for a one time experience. The cold dishes were good. The baked alaska was extremely sweet for my taste.Really pricey for tiny portions.Parking available on street and in a lot across the restaurant.
Arthur Athanas: Wonderful dining experienceParking: Tricky but doable. Pay attention to the trafficWheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be fine. Entrance was a ramp
Ahmed Kamal: Hands down my favorite restaurant in Boston. Gives that “finally, something new” taste after every other run-of-the-mill restaurant. Great taste and texture to every dish I’ve tried. Also a good variety of dishes without deviating much from the cuisine.I tried their peer restaurant, Sarma, and it was really underwhelming. If you have to pick one, make sure it’s Oleana.
Max P: Came here on a double date and we shared a whole bunch of plates family-style. I don’t think there was a single plate that we didn’t enjoy. Will definitely be back!
Aude-Marie Alem: My fav restaurant in Cambridge so far.And I did plenty!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Joe Lillis: Wonderful restaurant!
Lauren Summers: The Moussaka was rolled up in the eggplant instead of like a lasagna. So flavorful and hard to make. Also loved the Fatteh. Haven't tried that dish before. Cozy bar and ambiance. Great wines too!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Fatteh …More
Geno Castro: Easily one of the best restaurants in Boston. Great selection of mezas, and drink menu. Presentation of food is spectacular. 10/10 recommend.
Namratha Subhash: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Turkish Style Profiteroles, Fatteh, Sultan's Delight, Sundae-Turkish Coffee Ice CreamMore
Lamia Youseff: Good food and ambiance.. desert to die for. Make reservation ahead of time though... same day reservation are hard to come by.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Icy Kendrick: First time at a Turkish restaurant and it was great. Lamb was a little salty though. I got a negroni and it was fine but I think a red wine would have gone better with the meal. We'll try it again when we get back in the area.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Fatteh, Za'Atar Bread …More
William Lane: Incredible dining experience as always. Incredible food and service.Recommended dishes Topik, Baked Alaska, Whipped Feta, Sultan's Delight …More
Gail Stewart: I highly recommend Oleana. The food was exceptionally good due to interesting flavors and beautiful presentation. The service we received was terrific. The staff were friendly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Deviled Eggs, Sultan's Delight, Hot Meze, Lemon Chicken Za'Atar Turkish Cheese Pancake …More
Zhe Gong: Made reservation more than three weeks ahead of time and went there for birthday dinner on a Thursday night at 830pm. The restaurant is small (elbow-to-elbow dining) and extremely noisy. The dishes we ordered were not bad (three spinach falafels, two quail meat bites, a few braised beef bites, lamb and cabbage bites, whipped feta, and baklava), however definitely not worth the price (three falafels for $14???), nor the hype. The service was slow. Overall it was not an enjoyable experience and I left super disappointed. If you are rich (or have a super tiny stomach) and get impressed easily, maybe this place is not too bad a choice.

Dmitry A. Bond: We came down from Maine to spend a day in Boston. We are blessed we found this Russian restaurant. I visited dozens of Russian restaurants in the USA but this one is one of the best. The food, the service and the atmosphere deserve 10 out of 10 stars! Very affordable prices! Highly recommended! Next time in Boston will definitely come again!Parking: Easy to Park
Greg Hartunian: Ordered chicken, lamb, and losh kebabs for 30 people. Meat was cooked perfectly. All of the sides were delicious as well. Very accomodating for a large order and I lots of questions and requests. Have also dined in as well and had a great experience. Love the losh kebabs.

Linda W: During a recent visit to Boston, I was missing the Armenian food I grew up eating, so we headed to Watertown for dinner. It was great! Our waiter Victor was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic about the food. We ordered a Georgian flatbread (Khachapuri) to share as an appetizer and each choose a kebab entree. Delicious! My husband especially enjoyed his soojookh kebab, which is more spicy. And my husband and son tried some beer from the menu, which includes options from around the world. (FYI- the restaurant has a parking lot behind it off of Watertown Street, and some street parking on Galen Street)
Stephan Totterman: By far, one of the best Armenian places I have been to. I cannot recommend the Ajarian khachapuri enough!Recommended dishes Ajarian Khachapuri …More
Kshitij Bodhankar: Best kebabs in town. Local friends recommended this place. The owner is super sweet and warm, so is the staff. Do try their beverages and assorted kebabs.Food - 5/5Service - 5/5Price - 5/5Staff - 5/5
Alex Mikheev: Great takeout kebab dinner
Alina Shatrova: The living music was amazing. The food is awesome! Thank you!Recommended dishes Eggplant Caviar, Khinkali …More
Mark Diethelm: I had never had Armenian food before coming here. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu, the food is delicious. We did feel ignored by the waitress however. It wasn't busy and they still never came back for another drink order or water refill or to even see how we are doing. We had to flag them down when we were done to get a box for leftovers and the bill. The food is amazing, perhaps just a bad night service wise. Regardless, I'll still go back, especially for the Khachapuri!
