The true sign of a good company is what happens when something goes wrong. The team on site were accidentally supplied with the wrong color 'drip edge'. Michael Hall: I had RB farina come out for a gutter install. The work looked great at first. Until the first rain storm, none of my gutters were sealed rain getting behind the gutters right after install. Had multiple people come out they keep re scheduling the repair and blowing me off. One installer told me they may have done a quick install because it was raining that day, then the project manager told me the person that did the job was no longer with us. Kenny Manning: Had stormworks replace a flat rubber roof at the end of March. Noticed bubbling in the middle of the roof and along the outside seams in June so contacted the sales rep/project manager who responded that he’d talk to the production team. Several weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so contact them again and he says it’s a curing issue and it will go away. It was a hot summer this year, it didn’t go away. Contact them again, took another couple weeks to respond and they finally come to look at it at the end of July, 7 weeks after I first contacted them. Installer says that this shouldn’t have happened, something is obviously wrong, that it was a new product for them and and that they’d contact the manufacturer. Fast forward to September, haven’t heard from them and the original rep isn’t responding so I contact the main office and the owner calls me back tells me it’s a faulty adhesive and that a claim was put in and they’re just waiting on it to come through and there are several customers this happened to. This after it took almost 2 months just to come look at it. It’s now December and still crickets. Do not recommend.

The nature of the organization makes it very difficult to work with many contractors because we're technically a commercial property, but have no employees and generally nobody on site most of the time.Sean and the Storm Works team were easy to work with and always responsive. Instead of giving me an estimate for what they thought I should have, like other companies, they worked with me to help me figure out what I needed. The men worked hard and had my roof stripped, re-done, and cleaned up all within a day. And, I just have to say, the clean up was AMAZING! After the workmen did the initial pass the foreman walked around with a trash bag picking up anything he found. Then he appeared with a spray bottle and sponge and cleaned my back railing. pauline demetri: Having to have my flat roof replaced was something that was totally unexpected. My neighbor recommended FRS because she had some work done by them recently and was very pleased. I am so glad that she did. They were so helpful. I was having some bathroom work done at the time and it was imperative that the roof be replaced before the contractor could continue with his work. It turned out that the job was much more complicated than they had anticipated because of shoddy work done by previous roofers. Still, FRS came in and facilitated everything so that the work was done within days and the contractor was able to finish in a timely manner as well. They made everything so easy from me, from the financing to the permitting, to making the right choices for the roof itself. The company representative, Felipe, made me feel special as he walked me through the entire process. Rob Shaffer: We just (last week) had our roof replaced by FRS Roofing. We had called three companies to get quotes, and while they weren't the very cheapest, their price was close enough to the others. We were extremely happy with everything they did.First, their salesman came and spent over a half hour inspecting our roof, and showed us close-up pictures of where the worn-out shingles were. Then he explained in great detail their entire process and showed us samples of the materials that would be used. They had recently completed a roof nearby on our block, and I was impressed watching the crew work. The contract was very detailed and described in writing everything the salesman described.Since we had a leak, they came first to completely cover the roof that had the leak with a tarp to protect against any further leaking until they could schedule the complete job. They kept in touch regularly while they applied for the building permit, and got the job scheduled early in the time window they promised. Fortunately the weather was good, and they came on the scheduled day as promised with a big crew and promised to finish the job in one day. They did a great job. The cleanup was immaculate. They knew we have a dog and were super careful not to leave and debris or nails in the yard. I inspected very carefully and found nothing.Service:Roof installation

John Scola: From beginning to end, working with FRS was a great experience. Rick came onsite for an initial assessment and was the most thorough of the 3 assessments I had performed from different roofing companies. Rick took the time to get up on the roof and go into the attic during the assessment. He showed us a video of what he observed on the roof and took the time to speak with us about the whole roofing, ventilation, and insulation system we should have in place. We took some time after the initial assessment before deciding to work with FRS and Rick was consistently responsive to our follow up questions.Once we decided to work with FRS for our roof replacement, chimney repointing, and gutter guard installation, I primarily coordinated with Helton. It took a little while to get the permit for the work due to delays from the city around the December holidays, but Helton kept me informed along the way. We also had to push the job out a few times because of wet weather in January, but I appreciated that the right decision was made to postpone the work until a dry day. Once the work started, they did the full roof replacement in one day. I provided some feedback to Helton about the crew needing to do additional clean up in certain areas around the house and on the vinyl siding. Helton had the crew address it the next day, along with finishing the the chimney and gutter work.
