Joshua Gillum: These guys won't even honor their own agreements.I'm an individual who does my own house work. I came here for siding, and they said they aren't supposed to deal to individuals, but they would make an exception. We had an agreement that I could return any unused siding beyond the 30 day return period, because they recommended TWICE the material I was going to buy. Of course, I used only half as I had calculated, and tried to send it back to them, only to be told they wouldn't honor a return outside of 30 days, and they didn't care about our previous agreement. On top of that, they were incredibly rude about it. There are plenty of options, go somewhere that doesn't make things harder than they need to be.

Lucas Calixto: As a homeowner working with a contractor and ABC, I could not have had a better experience. Everyone, I mean EVERYONE at ABC Medford were extremely helpful on addressing my newbie questions and carried a great positive. For future home projects I know exactly where I will be heading for supplies and I recommend you to do the same.It's hard to find a busy environment where building materials are being sold and the employees aren't hardos. This place is A+!

Chris: Found 2 racks of gun nails and 3- 2 1/2" screws in the parking lot next to my truck tire as I was getting out of my truck. Would have been a negative 2 if any one object punctured my tire and gave me a flat. On slows days like today when you have ppl just standing around there's no excuse for those to be found right outside the office door. I could see maybe something in the parking lot just not right by the office or bay doors. But nope. If I saw them within 3 seconds of getting out of the truck, then the worker that was standing outside by office door when I pulled up could not have missed seeing them at all. If I didn't see someone from the warehouse just standing there I wouldn't have such an issue because it is a supply house. But not when a normal person should have reasonably seen what I did if they cared about what was on the ground.
S and S: My husbands whose a builder can’t say enough about Steve and Ryan at Beacon Sales. Frank drove in from Natick at 530 AM this morning to pick up an order, 6AM sharp Steve and Ryan helped him load up, , he was back in Natick at 7am. Thank you both, my husband doesn’t give out compliments very often, he can’t stop talking about what excellent service he received. We will spread the word!! Thank you Both!!

Hank Cooper: I just came to the store and arrived at 3:53pm. They saw me coming and still switched the sign to closed. If you advertise that you close at 4:00pm honor your own posted hours. You won't be getting my business or my company's.
