Lily Gingell: Was sadly disappointed with the staffs reaction to questions about the price I was charged that did not match sale items. Was told the sale was over when it was still advertised in store and online.
Linda Poplawski: I needed to do a return. The ladies in the store were pleasant and helpful, and completed my return in no time at all. Which left me more time to shop, lol.
J B: Sadly there were tons of dressage saddle pads, which was misleading about the focus of the shop. I have always understood Dover to cater to dressage and h/j, but not this shop. The staff were sniffy when I asked about help with being sized for tall boots. There were 3 staff members with time on their hands. They were extra sniffy when I asked about dress boots, for dressage. Message received. I went to a different shop, dressage boots acquired, plus some happy to help me service.
Angela Easter: Always seem to have great variety of products in stock. They used to have a great clearance section. Not so much anymore. Kind of a bummer.

Corrie McCroskey: Pretty awful experience here. The staff was not attentive or friendly, like other Dover’s I have been to. Instead they were snooty and also pretty unlowledgable about products and even how to use the cash register. Told me that it was basically my fault when a product of theirs had clearly broken of its own accord, when I tried to return/ exchange it. Don’t waste your time and go to SmartPak instead.
Tim Wagner: Friendly and helpful. Not going to lie... I don't like horses or anything about them. My 6 year old girl on the other hand loves them. So I know nothing at all and went here looking for things her trainer said I should get. They made sure that she got what she needed and that it all fit properly. They even gave me recommendations on where I could find something they didnt carry.
