John Kellum: Go here regularly service is on point food and sandwiches are terrific. Plenty of local and craft beer on tap. Not a really big place and parking is on street only . Once you're in you won't be disappointed. All star pizza is directly across the street same quality of food and service.

bianca bello: I got a 1/2 grilled cheese and tomato soup, ($14?!) and it was 4 slices of unmelted cheese on burnt white bread accompanied by thin ketchup water with some basil on top. I had high hopes but, won’t be coming back if they can’t even make a grilled cheese :/

Don Fitz: I give my lunch 1 star - 0 for the sandwich and 1 for trying something native to upstate New York. Tried the Beef on Weck today at lunch.The menu online: Beef on WeckHouse roasted beef, extra hot horseradish, real au jus on a kimmelweck bun (warm and thin, sliced to order). Served with coleslaw and dill pickle spear.My sandwich was terrible.Cons. The bun was stale. So stale that when I picked it up, most of the salt and caraway seeds fell off. There was no horseradish. There was no au jus, no coleslaw, no pickle per the menu. The beef was so over cooked and dry that after 3 bites I threw $14 worth of sandwich in the trash.Pros - They offer Beef on Weck. It was still warm.If your menu says what is in/on a sandwich, why not make that sandwich?

shoffing: Ordered delivery twice, a bit underwhelmed both times. Burgers were fine, Mac and cheese was OK too. Shoestring fries were delivered soggy in a paper bag. Cubano sandwich had too much meat. Tomato and mozzarella sandwich had thin bread that was just plain wet, soaked through by the aioli. For $15/sandwich you can find better elsewhere.

Gabriella: Incredibly disappointing. Reading the reviews and looking at the website ahead of time got me thinking that it would have at least satisfactory doughnuts. This was not the case. Please go somewhere else. It is depressing.

Cynthia Laroche: My 1st and 2 second experiences getting my lunch there was great! A friend brought me the 1st time, because I was happy about the food i got the first time, I went the 2nd and I got the chicken bacon salad. 3rd time I came back my wrap was a total mess it was filled with a spicy sauce. I think that the main reason to that was the fact that each day they have a new chef and the ingredients might be the same but the taste is different because it is not consistent and I was not happy with my wrap and since then I feel hesitant to go back and get anything else even though I would like to get that salad again!!

The flavor of the chickpea + cauliflower salad was very good...but the small portion size for the high price, and the untoasted bread and overall soggy sloppiness of the "sandwich" was a disappointment.*Update*: Decided to try again. California Club this time. Super unfriendly individual behind the register, and again far too much money for the size/quality of this sadwich. And again soaked in mayo/aoili. Soggy and sad. Do not recommend. Lowering my previous rating a star.
