Luckily, Mina was available by phone to walk us through the options and offered to work on the project earlier than her normal business hours on Monday to help us with the print job. Mushen Kieta: To make a long story short, the owner decided to give me a call to tell me he wouldn't do business with me again because after I paid $3,000 for a job, in which they delivered damaged tees to me, about half the order, I asked for them to be replaced or fixed. I had to bring the tees back, wait for them to get the chemicals out of them, reprint new shirts, and then pick them up again just to have more of the "fixed shirts" be damaged again.His reasoning was ridiculous and the whole experience highlighted his lack of accountability as a business owner. You make a mistake, and your solution is to tell a patron not to come back. I literally planned to buy machine to print my own shirts in the future because this experience was so nauseating. There are plenty of printing businesses that care about getting orders in the door, rushing through them, and moving on to the next. This is one that doesn't deserve any more of my business.

Karl Tegha: Brought a tall order to the QRST team. Over 50 jerseys and they were 100% polyester - not an easy material to print on. After a few iterations, we got it right. They were able to complete the order well ahead of schedule in time for our first game and they look sharp! It's not cheap but that's because you are not getting cheap work. Their prints are high quality and we will be using them again. Forever grateful and would highly recommend them for any job big or small.

A few days ahead of the fair, a representative of Group Gear mentioned that the items were due to arrive several days after the deadline. The person I spoke with was completely unaware of our deadline and couldn't even commit to confirm with their supplier later in the week if the items could be expedited. I'm very disappointed by Group Gear and do not recommend them. If you need items delivered on-time, do NOT depend on them.
