Alex Deac: FedEx is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service and deserves a negative star rating if possible. I have a time sensitive delivery that needed to be made and i paid to be delivered by 10 am next day. Right now it's "next day". The package is sitting in the Boston shipping center and they have not processed it for delivery yet. It was supposed to be delivered more than 4 hours ago. I called customer support to check what is the hold up. I couldn't talk to an actual person no matter what I tried. Just an automated machine saying the same nonsense every time. I highly recommend to not ship with this company if you have another option available to you. I have no confidence in them that they can deliver packages of high importance on time and hassle free.

Jack McGrath: I almost didn’t bother going based on the reviews. Like many others, I had a package that was supposed to be signed for that never showed up and was indefinitely in a “delayed” status. I showed up at 9:30 on a friday morning and there was no line, the guy was friendly and found my package quickly, overall I was in and out in under 5 minutes. 👍👍

Any/all positives end at the parking lot prior to entering the service center. The woman at the counter was both rude and unhelpful - as if shipping today isn’t stressful enough, customers don’t need to be patronized while trying to pay for a service.

Hanson Webb (Audio Clicks): As a loyal customer of DHL, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your company. I had scheduled a pickup for my shipment, trusting that DHL would be reliable and punctual as promised. Unfortunately, the driver failed to show up at the designated time, and now my packages will be delayed.This is not the first time I have encountered such an issue with DHL, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to continue relying on your services. I have other courier options available, but I chose DHL because I believed your company to be reliable and efficient. However, this latest incident has seriously shaken my confidence in your ability to deliver on your commitments.Please understand that my time is valuable, and now I am forced to reschedule the pickup, causing further inconvenience and potential delays to my shipment. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the underlying issues causing these service failures. In the meantime, I will have to reevaluate my choice of courier services for future shipments.

Alexander Brunet: DHL is honestly the worst company I've dealt with. Two days in a row they've "attempted" delivery. I had my door wide open with my house light on all day and never seen them pull onto my road. Never once attempted delivery. Two days in a row now and I still don't have my package. I'm guessing the driver wanted to cut their shift early so they just say they attempted delivery and that's it. What a joke. Calling them gets you no where. Good thing this isn't time sensitive I guess. Take your business elsewhere.

I was watching my delivery status like a hawk and sat next to a window and never heard or saw anything. Utterly ridiculous and I’ll never be using this service again.

Fakeyy: Signed up for signature release and for the package to be dropped off at my door. Driver left after 5 minutes and never left my package. Called me told me he was "too busy" to look for my apartment so he just went to the front office and I never came so he left. I will never be using DHL again and I hope noone else does as well.
