Mitch T: I am more than 100% completely satisfied with Finish Line! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Plus they had a wide selection and variety of different clothing and sneakers. shane smith: Girl working in there should be fired, she just stands there staring around the place instead of actually helping customers. If that was me I know is lose my job, so why is she still there? I see companies like to waste money on people who don't actually work. Store never has variety of sizes or sneakers. You're better off going elsewhere
Ashley Fullard: Cute sneakers? Sure. Employee competency? Look elsewhere.The in-store associate that “helped” me wasted a half hour of my time as I attempted to return an item I ordered online using AfterPay. When I initially spoke with him he took my reference slip and attempted to return the item like I assume he normally would. When this did not work he spoke with his manager who instructed him to call a support number to process my return. He attempted to call this support number several times and then told me he could not reach them. I asked him if he was calling AFTERPAY to assist in processing the return to which he said yes. As he was unable to process the return in-store due to being unable to get in contact with AFTERPAY support, the associate then gave me three different numbers to call to assist in my return. Unfortunately the associate failed to mention that the AFTERPAY “support” he called was actually an internal FinishLine support team that specifically assist in AfterPay orders. Once I figured this out I called him out on not being clear about this and furthermore asked him why he would give me numbers knowing that they would not be able to assist me as none of the agents I spoke to sit on the internal team.This is extremely frustrating because it is a waste my time, the time of the people I spoke to and ultimately his time because had he been clear I would have left after my first interaction with him. This is a clear demonstration in what results when someone has poor communication skills and has to interact with the general public. Finish Line, you all need to do better.

My name does not remotely sound Spanish, and the thief opted to not use debit. Check the ID if it's not signed please. Pretty sure that's the correct legal process. Use your head and know the rules.

I needed to try on two sizes the lady puts the shoes behind the counter helps a pale face gentlemen buying $10 flip flops first and then brings a single shoe to me. She then stands guard over the shoes boxes. These are the most self hating, paranoid tan people. Just close the store if you’re that poor and vulnerable and get a decent website. Sheesh.

Similar to others who have reviewed over on Yelp - the owner and sales person was very abrasive and only interested in making a quick sale rather than providing a positive customer experience.Phoned in after receiving shoes in the wrong size as a gift purchased online from a company I know she carries. Instead of shipping them back I was hoping to exchange in-person. Her immediate response without hesitation, "How do I make money on this?!? Tell me."Instead of continuing going back-and-forth with her about why she should take my exchange, I just chalked it up to a frustrated small business owner who is getting beat out by online retail, and left it there.The truth is, in-person retail IS valuable, and the way to win out over online selection and price is through customer service - as well as providing the immediate satisfaction of going home with an item rather than waiting for shipping, and knowing if something fits before purchasing.If she DID take my exchange I'd find that to be a valuable service and likely return when I needed a replacement or another pair of shoes. Or recommended her to others. Even if she went as far as to explain that it's tough for her as a small business owner to compete and that this exchange wouldn't make her any money - I'd feel obliged to purchase a pair of socks or other item when making the exchange. I would still if she'd take my exchange! I get it. I'd rather she get my $7.95+ I'll have to pay for shipping than UPS. But the immediate response, with such a tone, has really put me off.

Rachel Johnson: I’ve been going to this specific store for my sneakers for about 10 years and they are always great at finding shoes that let me keep going despite having long-term (20 years now) planter fasciitis. Got another great pair yesterday. The staff is absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them highly enough. You also don’t have to be a runner—I am not—but if you want the best sneakers with the most comfort for whatever reason, this is definitely the place to go.

Sheel Patel: Marathon Sports is the place to go for anything related to running/walking/healthy feet! As someone who just started running, I was a bit daunted to go at first, but Steve helped me from the moment I stepped in and was incredibly kind. I explained what I was looking for (beginner running shoes), and Steve gave me expert advice after watching me walk and analyzing my feet/pressure points on a very comprehensive machine. He kindly broke down what kind of support I should be looking for in a shoe, and brought out 3 solid shoe options with an additional insole option as well. He answered my questions and showed me other shoes I was curious about, and gave me advice on other running gear as well. It never seemed like he was in a rush and helped me for at least 30 minutes until I walked out with a fairly priced pair of Asics. I look forward to going back and urge anyone who is looking for a pair of athletic shoes, for running or not, to work with the expert Marathon Sports staff.

The sales representative spent 20 minutes with me personally helping me find the perfect shoe. When I also mentioned I was looking for a better sports bra, she spent time explaining what different brands offered and how they were sized. I left with both new shoes and a new bra, both of which had small discounts, and came in under the budget I set for myself. And that evening, had the most successful run wearing my new gear! I will absolutely return again.

Caroline McBreen: i was in a pinch and didn’t have my character shoes the day of my competition and i didn’t think i was going to be able to perform with my team but i found teddy’s shoes, the only place that sells character shoes and is open on sundays and it was a LIFESAVER. i can’t express how much i appreciated their help and wonderful customer service when i was feeling extremely stressed and running out of options. the man that helped me, Steve, was very kind and their ordering online for pickup or delivery system made it even easier and more helpful, and i made it to compete without any other issues. i definitely recommend shopping here and supporting their business!

Alison Singer: I went to Teddy’s to buy new salsa shoes. Steve greeted me right away and was very attentive and gracious through the whole experience. He helped me pick out the right type, brought out many options in my size, and set me up with padding to minimize the typical stretching/slipping that happens with dance shoes. There were many options to choose from, and I was able to find the perfect pair. Steve was kindly willing to negotiate on price. As far as retail service goes, you couldn’t ask for anything better. I’d highly recommend you shop at Teddy’s shoes.

Larry S: Observed the Manager pf this store discuss his weekend in vulgar detail and then when he finally attended to a person waiting to be served, he accused the customer of trying to return damaged goods. It turned into a scene and that's why I'm writing this review - completely mismanaged and unprofessional staff. Uncomfortable for everyone around.Do NOT shop here. Staff care very little for the customers and it was extremely clear the job is only a paycheck to them. Shocking.
