In the middle of every storm I hear the guys out there working hard - and it is great to know both buildings are taken care of. In the middle of the summer Sammy also did some painting work for me - same great service, done faster than any other painter could offer and I called a bunch. After that great experience, I’m adding snow removal for my mom too - you can’t go wrong with Sammy!

After snow is all gone they start mowing the yard all around and inside yard. The do a GREAT JOB!!!!!. This past spring we had them do a special job in front of our home and it came out suberb!!!!
Chrissy Le: We contracted Diaz Services for snow removal. Charged us flat rate monthly payments from Nov - Apr regardless of 0 inches of snow or 50 inches of snow.Every snow his team was a no show. You try calling him and his phone is off, voice mail is full, and does not respond. If you are lucky to answer - he will give you 100 excuses. He has a bad team assigned to you, a few trucks broke down, they are backed up. Then when the team does show up - they do the absolute bare minimum. They will also use your salt even though your contract says unlimited visits and unlimited salting.This is not an honest business. Especially when we are trying to have them help at our elderly family members homes. The high reviews on Google are questionable if they are real reviews.

Ruth Carretta: For the past several winters, we have happily relied upon Farina Exterior Maintenance to provide snow removal services at our small house. Rafael and his team can always be depended upon to arrive shortly after any storm. They do a thorough job cleaning, and are respectful of our neighbors’ space, especially important given the small lots on our block. Should the forecast be for extremely high snow accumulation, they will come mid-storm to get things started. To the envy of our neighbors, we are usually one of the very first homes to be dug out on our block even after a frigid Nor’ easter! Too, the administrative side of the business is equally well-organized. From initial quotes to invoicing, all are sent promptly and accurately. The on-line billing system makes it simple to reference current and historical quotes and invoices, plus the system is promptly updated to reflect payments, etc. Rafael has obviously tried to make this part of Farina’s service equally customer-friendly! Even more importantly, working with Rafael, whether in-person, via e:mail or via text, is a real pleasure. He is a good listener, is clear in his communications, and very open to feedback. To sum, we have so appreciated working with Rafael and team that we renewed our contract again for this coming winter!!

They had been on time for almost all snow storms that I can remember - the only exception being one that had an on-an-off snow falls during that 1-2 day span, where they came a little later but still got it done. The one thing they can improve on is probably the response time of the emails/phone calls, when you sometimes just wanted to check when the snow crew would show up and you would like to know sooner than later. Please keep up the good work!

We've had some tough experiences in the past with other snow removal companies, and Plowguys has been a total breath of fresh air since we started using them a few seasons ago. They are thorough workers, clear about their schedule and when to expect removal to happen, and on the rare occurrence that something is missed, incredibly responsive (even reachable over text!) and always come back as quickly as possible to rectify the situation.
