Mark Pournaras: Saw a scooter posted online. Great price! Very deceptive though because when I called to see if it was available I was told it was. I told the sales guy that I'd be driving from almost an hour away and to not waste my time. That is when he informed me they've had this machine for "years" and it doesn't run and is parts only. Glad he told me beforehand because had I driven all the way to find that out I would be ripped. I think this should clearly be disclosed on the listing so their phone doesn't go nuts with inquiries over something that is falsely advertised. The sales guy told me he alone takes almost 10 calls a day about this machine yet it still sits and the phone continues to ring for nothing. Fix the post so no one is wasting time!

Francis Lagace: Excellent staff and service except when a tough Seadoo warranty issue arises. My Seadoo developed defective body finish and I was denied repair service. Also, ibr system is defective and after three repair attempts they gave up. Found to codes which were not addressed nor cleared. And wiring harness was found to be a problem but Bob's refused to replace it. I had paid my $50 deductible under warranty and Bob's wanted an additional $50. I refused to pay the additional $50 and Bob's "banished" me from his dealership.
