Lisa D: Fun little convenience store. Great variety of fancy drinks. Local bread. Wine and beer. Other neat snacks and things.
Elizabeth Shereen: Corner convenience store that's dog friendly with a wide variety of items and good service.They have deli sandwiches, fresh fruit, juice, chips, batteries, laundry soap, and more. it's clean and well organized. The cashier Xavier was super friendly and helpful!

Bertrand Laurence: I love this place. the Thistle & Shamrock really brighten the neighborhood during that dreadful 2020 year of COVID- and on-going. They stayed courageously open while providing a very interesting array of products, some not so easy to find, like green coffee and a great selection of dairy and alternative dairy, and chocolates. A very dog-friendly place & the staff always plays interesting music too. Well done !

Mike Morales: I just walked in at 9:03pm because google says the place is open until ten. There was no “closed” sign on the door. It wasn’t locked. Lights were on and people where inside. As soon as I walked in I got a curt “we’re closed” from the guy at the register.All I wanted was a candy bar for my son. I’ve shopped here before and I come by here twice a week. I’m not waking in there again. I didn’t do anything to deserve to be treated that way.Employees need to be trained better customer service. I don’t care if they’ve been good to other people because he was rude to me. I’ve been behind a register at a store before and I know there are much better ways to interact with customers who are able to walk into the store after hours (which I didn’t even know I was doing). Easily a 1-star experience.
Andrea Lee: We LOVE them. Wonderful people, great selection of items (esp local beer and wines!) and their produce box is such an amazing deal that I’m SHOCKED more people don’t know about it/ do it. And they’re dog friendly :) Small businesses like them do so much to make a community better - SUPPORT THEM!!!

It makes for a wonderfully eclectic collection of basic and new foods. The best curated wine and beer section around.

Liza Paden: This lovely little store is a delight at this time of Covid. Hand sanitizer and gloves t the door, constant cleaning and door open for air flow. We got some great local chips and salsa, as well as the staplesn of sugar, eggs and butter. And it is a vegan and vegetarian haven for produce and staples.

Joe R: Really lovely people, these days I happen to be taking advantage of the fact that they are taking calls for grocery orders and then bring your order to your car when you arrive (you can call from the curb). That said it's also possible to shop inside too, with proper spacing between customers in mind..Also they happen to have had the best organic strawberries and cucumbers that I have had in the longest time.And they're super-nice. Yay!!!

Katherine Horn: I ate from the hot food bar. The food was like what you get in cafeteria. Nothing special. It's also a little pricey for the quality. It's convenient to Sanders Theater, so that's a plus.

UL Digital: My bread that I got was already eaten by mice or rats. And i know Cambridge has mice issues, but the fact that everything is over priced is ridiculous. Only reason that place stays afloat is because of students. The employees are amazing!!! But management is full of creepy sleaze bags! I would give them one star but the employees are so good that I’ll give two.
Tina Lieu: Small, somewhat gourmet grocery store with all the essentials plus hot food bar, salad bar, sushi to go and wine and beer in the back.
Michael Fournier: It has just about everything you’ll need. Maybe not the biggest selection, but just enough that you’ll be able to cook or bake. The staff is friendly. The produce is fresh and a lot better than Star Market (though a smaller selection). The meat/fish are very high quality. Their wine and beer selection are pretty diverse. Prices are high, but it’s convenient in a high rent area.
