Steven Bouchard: This location is fancy they even have a real ceiling. Must be nice to be in the rich neighborhood.

J Ko: One of the worst places to deliver. Don't come here unless you have plans to ruin your whole day. I delivered the plants. The new floor manager, Muhammad, a very arrogant, angry, anti-business man who said he wouldn't accept, his excuse was that there was no room for them.After talking to some of the staff who wanted to help me, but when they found out that I had already asked him, they left saying that he decides. So there was a possibility to unload them, but he refused to do it..Finally, I called the main office in Atlanta, who convinced him to take the delivery.

Julia Manghis: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Currently doing a kitchen remodel through them and it's been a nightmare - avoid at all costs. At every point something is wrong and between HD, the "project management" company they use and contract it out to...it's a mess and everyone is pointing fingers. Best part when I asked to speak with a district manager, the order specialist told me to go "find the number myself" since he didn't want to escalate it any further. Worst customer experience ever.

Darwinsom: We were doing a renovation and ordered butcherblock for a countertop. They gave us a specific time to pick it up the next day. It wasn't any of the ones we wanted but it was all they had in stock at the location and we were constrained by time.Nope, they "couldn't reach it." We ask "when then?" Time given. This time, we call. Nope, not yet, it's behind too many things. Wait shopping. Go home. Come back.This totally messed us up as we were selling the property and ended up installing it, but no time left to do other things.No apologies, just "business as usual" I repeat they were supposed to have it in stock [inventory] but why give a time The Following Day if you can't actually sell it?!One star for a bad experience? That bad experience cost us money. And my renovators had to be paid for going back and forth.There are only a few people who can actually help. Older guys and they're great. But when you finally find the one of two max you that you need they're swarmed with customers.It's hard to find wood that isn't cracked. In general they are stocked though unless it's a sale & I get that.Check out: cashier allowed a customer to "oops I forgot something. Then the shopper was gone for 5 minutes. There wasn't much & nothing heavy that had already been checked through. I wasn't the only one in line there were two more behind me. I got uncharacteristically angry. I got glared at.Returns are efficient. FYI if you're a casual shopper, check the contractor area. Things are cheaper but the same. The garden center has good sales. Be ready to haul your own Christmas tree and mulch. Oddly, they will help you to your car. There's room to pull up.It's very frustrating in there. Go for the circular items.Oh and they block the disabled aids.

dEDa Deda: I go to home depot because they offer 10% off for veterans. Now they require that you download an app to get the discount. I let them know I don't have a phone capable and they say you can't get the discount. Before all that was required was showing a military/veteran ID card.The staff have very little to know knowledge about trades, building, construction, etc. I often end up explaining to them how things work. Also had to explain to two different cashiers how to do a transaction (I'm a former employer from over 10 years ago) because they didn't know how to use their own computer.

Jessica Aguilar: Update:Girard from HD called me back after my original phone call with him and said he pleaded my case to management and they said we could bring our tree back because it’s before Christmas. Now THAT’S customer service. Thank you Girard!Girard gets a 5 star rating but the HD Christmas tree policy gets a 1 star.Disappointed. The Christmas tree we purchased from the Watertown Home Depot was already dead the week before Christmas and they refused to give us an exchange or a refund. Nice huh? Definitely won’t be getting our tree there next year. Merry Christmas!
Anjannabet Toro Cajigas: Terrible customer service. Needed help at self check and I stood there waiting for 10 minutes while the machine kept beeping about needing help. I also made an online order at around 1pm yesterday, and I’m still waiting on it to be prepared
