Ralph Copeland: We've called the Cambridge police twice now because of a roomate who's been terrorizing us for months now. The first time was because he broke into my roomates room and stole his telephone...which he admitted to the police. They told us a confession wasn't enough to arrest him. They said they would at least put it in the report....but it was conveniently left out. The second time we called was because he broke into my other roomates room and trashed it. They said they couldn't arrest him because he didn't break anything. The perpetrator in questions room was a complete fire hazard...everything broken and trash and cigars covering his floor. They told us he could break anything and cause as much noise as he wanted because he lived there.they clearly just didn't want to do any work.. i now know why no one has any faith in the police anymore

Marcie Bilodeau: Aggressive, scary, and useless. When my apt was broken into (maintenance man came into my bedroom at night, without knocking and without any apt or building issue) they brushed it off. Another time they threatened to break my car window when I asked for directions (I asked through right window, they came over to left and hit it a bunch of times with a stick, screamed at me) and if you call for an issue, they are aggressive and do nothing. You can’t stay calm or kind enough. Honestly, I’m afraid of these guys.

What we were told from the morgue on August 12th 2022!And I know somebody knows something here and I have reaching out to a detective there at this precinct and have no responses to my calls!No one contacted any of his family since June 17th, 2022. And We found out ourselves by calling the morgue do that he did not call my Mom on her birthdays this year and he always calls her.The morgue claims they contacted the next of kin and that is a lie. They not ever contacted any of us. None of his children.For me to come here from VA to be told to my face that they tried to contact us why all the lies.Who is Christina? Who is this detective and what does she know? Why haven’t she contacted any of us even as of this day?

Nellie Guttromson: Was so upset last night. Went with my sister to Boston Logan to go pick up a friend. Her flight kept getting delayed. We ended up waiting in cell lot for a very long time. We got a text from our friend that we might have to drive from Logan to Bradley CT. So we drove to the nearest gas station to fill up as it was going to be about 1.5 hrs drive. MY sister was filling the gas tank and I was on my phone trying to find an address to put into the gps. She got in and I told her I was having a hard time to find it. So we pulled forward into a parking spot so the next person could fill up. Right Infront of us was a sign that said “for customers only, for 5 min”. We were now both trying to find the address, we weren’t even there for 20 seconds.Cop pulled up behind us. He saw that she filled up and moved forward. He proceeded to put his spot light on us and told us to MOVE. She rolled down her window and was trying to explain very calmly that she is trying to search and enter a address. He again yelled at her to move. She said Yes sir, she just need to find the destination. He then told her he doesn’t care, she need to move. We were not breaking any laws. He did not see me sitting in the passenger side. Again he yelled at us. She told him she doesn’t know how to get to her destination she is just trying to figure it out. He yelled at her to stop yelling at him. She said she understood, and he kept telling her over and over to stop yelling even at though she was speaking very calmly. He then asked her if there is a passenger in the car. She said yes my sister. He then told her that I needed to enter the gps. She told him that she could not enter it into her cars gps while the car is moving( the gps doesn’t allow it while in motion)He then left. I wonder if I wasn’t there if he would have kept trying to provoke her, cause that is clearly what he was trying and to intimidate her. He was a total a$$. We have always been very respectful of the law and police( my dads a retired police officer of 27 year), but this was unnecessary. I got your car number officer and we will be report you.😡

scott harshbarger: My wife and I were meeting our grandson in transit from his NH Camp stay at Terminal A today to escort him to his Delta flight home to CA. want to extend our thanks to Trooper Joe Grant for providing us (and many other folks we saw him assisting in the check-in and baggage drop/special services areas) with invaluable, personal assistance in enabling us to check our Grandson in, and obtain My wife's escort paper work, in time for the flight, in the face of the interminable lines and delays at Delta Airlines in Terminal A this afternoon. While there primarily on detail for security and safety purposes, It was clear that he was providing all this assistance to many people willingly and with good humor. Well done, Trooper Grant.

Commonwealth Electronics: The Logan Airport police are the worst in the state by far. I was parked on the curb with the engine running waiting for my wife in Terminal A directly under a sign which said PASSENGER PICKUP. A young, visibly angry officer approached, and began stomping around, screaming at me and fellow drivers to move. When I didn't move fast enough he threatened me with a ticket. It was totally uncalled for and unnecessary.

Adam Lee Natal: Pulled over for no reason. Officer cut me off, made me have to stop abruptly, i wave my hand up in the air to say "what the heck" and he pulls a U turn to pull me over. Asks for my registration and license without giving me a reason. Then makes me wait for a long period for nothing.

joe bova conti: On Thursday 8/31/17 my wife and I were traveling to Vermont via Boston Logan. We received our rental car from Hertz. The car smelled horrible and the charging ports didn't work. We then picked a different car. About an hour into our drive, we stopped for lunch. It was then my wife realized she left her purse with money, ID, credit cards and personal items in the first rental car. We tried Hertz who were less than helpful. I called the State Police and spoke to Sgt. Duffy. I told him our story. He said he would get right on it. He dispatched a car to the Hertz facility. I was the called by the responding officer, Sgt. Tackett. He got more information from me. Fifteen minutes later, he had the purse! He retrieved it from the first rental car. He called me immediately; confirmed all the contents and brought the purse to the barracks. He offered to hold it till we returned on Sunday if need be. We returned to Logan and Sgt. Duffy was there with the purse. This was above and beyond what anyone would do. The Massachusetts State Police are professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much. JBC

Ken bourassa: Yelling ,screaming and power trips. Bullies with badges . They definitely do not serve and protect,They give the state police a terrible image. A simple traffic stop and this officers bad attitude makes for unnecessary tension. Building trust between the Police and the citizens they serve is very in portent. It only take one officer to tear down the good work of many. Nice job Troop F !!! You make it harder on the good State Police that do care about people.

Richard Kates: I like and respect the police; at front of Jet Blue at 8:20 am on Friday, 23- we were being dropped off- the officer yelled in a brutal kind of yell- to the driver to get the car off the crosswalk.It's not the message. He was correct!But as a social services person- I'm worried-Hope it was just a"bad day" and he wasnt as angry as it appeared. For him I'm worried!I live in Fl.........
