YL: I have to say the service that Scott provided was impeccable!!!! I was looking for a land surveyor to stakeout the back of my property so I could put a fence between my neighbor. Two out of the three quotes that I got were pricy and longer lead time, fortunately Scott's price was within my budget and he got the job perfectly done!!!!!

Dan Carroll: I found Scott's company Cerrato Survey on a google search and after doing research on reviews and his website, I sent a text to the number. Within minutes, I received a response and within days Scott was at my home performing step-1 of his work. I say step-1, as it was pouring rain and his equipment would not get good readings with the heavy rain. Scott returned for day 2 and completed the work in a timely manner. All property lines were clearly and professionally identifiable. We were extremely satisfied with the timeliness, accuracy and cost of the entire project.
