Kate W: Grimy public pool. The showers are very difficult to use. Water in showers is either boiling lava hot or cold.Would not recommend children’s swim lessons, taught by untrained/uninterested high school students. There’s very little instruction. In a recent level 2 class, for example, my kid got to swim twice. The rest of the time he was holding onto the side of the pool, shivering. He now dislikes swim lessons (he loved them when we went to another location). They also end the lessons early, so your “half hour” lesson ends up being 20 mins at most.

Rob Hnasko: A child almost drown the day we were here for a birthday party. Paramedics and police came rushing through our party room to perform CPR. The lifeguards are not very attentive to say the least.

Not very deep, but that's good for kids.No separate areas for lap swimming or diving.Not many tables or benches, so bring some folding chairs or extra towels to sit on.The entrance is a little weird - you have to go through the bathroom.There's a good number of lifeguards, but they aren't all the most attentive.

Laura S: Not a fan of the new bathrooms and lack of changing areas.They have new mens and womens bathrooms.Both are directly across from each other and so open you can see in each.No privacy whatsoever.Two bathroom stalls and two showers in each.The only changing area is in the same area as the two showers which are in direct view of the hall way and mens bathroom.Why would they do this?They did add a couple family bathrooms that are completely closed but I’m sorry that isn’t good enough.If you come here I suggest you come already changed in your swimsuit because they have no more privacy.

Eric Romaine: My family and I waited in line for an hour because it was too crowded and nobody was answering the phone, there was nobody at the desk, and the door was locked. Then I caught the door and talked to a kid at the front desk that said they weren't letting people in for another 2 hours, and he didn't even let anybody know. We decided to get out of line to leave, and while we were getting on our bikes, they let everyone in after all! After being in the pool for only 30 minutes, they told us to leave so more people could come in. I gave this 2 stars because the pool is nice but the service is terrible. They need to hire more competent people!

I have always had the same guy and can't remember his name right now but he is AMAZING!!!!!
