Tiffany & Co.: what do users think?
Alyson Robinson: When me and my boyfriend walked in, we were immediately judged by the whole staff at the front door. When they asked what i was looking for i told them since I knew exactly what I was coming for. One guy helped us get the item for us.Im sad to see how some ppl got bubbles to drink when they got in the shop as I didn't. They obviously thought I wouldn't buy anything. I did.And when I came home, I opened the box to see my necklace all scratched up in the back and a bit in front too. I had to write to customer service the same day to ask for an exchange as I don't live near this place. Fortunately, I sent it back and I'm waiting for the next steps from tiffany's. But it was definitely not a great experience which is disappointing because we hear all those great stories around people buying luxury brand and being treated like goddesses. I can affirm it was not our case. Just because we were younger and did not looked like we were out of a vogue magazine.Beware of that place. You guys need to up your game and stop being so judgy towards people coming in. Not professional at all. Also, instead of talking to eachother, your staff could wipe of finger smudges on your jewelry in your counters. $$$$ jewelry in demo with fingerprints all over them is not cute.
Evelyn De La Rosa: Great customer service, they serviced outlr Tiffany jewelry and let us shop around comfortably.
Liv Chaponis: I have been to the store multiple times in Copley however, the last time I went it was not a great experience which saddens me to say because I love the brand. I felt very unwelcome and judged and no one would help me except one man. I left the store happy with the product but with the environment I probably wouldn’t go back for a while.
Giovanna Ezpeleta: I went there on a Saturday evening they were not that busy, the guy at the entrance welcomed us and was nice after that, none of all the sales people that were just gathering together even tried to make eye contact or ask me if I was looking for something in particular. By the time I walked in I knew what I wanted and I was ready to buy it, instead I left and bought it online. You should never judge the financial capacities from someone by their looks.
Tran Bac: Nhất
Tommy Justice: It was my wife's birthday, and she wanted some new earrings. We went into Tiffany and Company, and were treated extremely well. While she was looking around to find the perfect pair, they gave us champagne and chocolates. What an awesome way to experience her birthday!!! Wie Wang and the rest of the staff are simply amazing. Service like this is hard to find these days. Keep up the excellent work Tiffany and Company team.
Deena QK: G is the best!
Elvira D'Andrea: Low class personnel, pretty rude.
Alex Freund: My engagement ring, wedding band and anniversary rings are from this location. Incredible customer service. Very quick polishing turn around time too! I will be going to this location going forward. Amazing experiences. Lifetime repeat customer.
Julie Boisvenue: Very poor service , look online for the Tiffany home item , ok I will not bother you more I will stay home and shop online ….
G Y: Very pleasant experiences with sales experts! Ended up buying my wedding band here!
Harshita Saboo: Thank you for making my dream come true ❤️
Tim L.: We walked in ready to buy two wedding bands, and were so repulsed by Liz the sales associate's demeanor that we left without purchasing. Disgusting, demeaning attitude from someone whose job is ostensibly to provide sterling customer service, and this is coming from someone who worked in luxury retail for eight years.I'm shocked that Tiffany & Co. would employ someone who (1) is unable to fake a single shred of respect, (2) acts as if she openly hates the people she's talking to, and (3) is so spectacularly terrible at sales. I've never written an online review in my life, that's how much of a joke this experience was.
Consumer OneEightEightSeven: Out of style yesterday items.
Caroline Adduci: Liz helped me and did an amazing job! She gave great advice and was extremely knowledgable about the Tiffany products. I am so glad I got her style advice and will continue going to her for any further purchases at Tiffanys! Liz had the best customer service and made me feel so welcome and comfortable making my purchase. She is the reason I will go back to this Tiffanys!
John Avery: My favorite jewelry place
david kess: great staff....out of stock on the sterling silver dice so no five star
Toni Walker: Dropped off repair a week ago an still don't have an estimate.
Elmira A: It stood for 20 minutes while someone came up to me. Although the sellers were free. But they pretended that I was empty space. talked among themselves and laughed. Tired of standing. They did not offer to sit down. Although they chose an expensive thing. Basically, I didn't buy from them. The salesman was annoyed.

Tiffany & Co.: what do users think?
Out of business: "I recently visited this Tiffany's store with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff at the store appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm, which made me feel unwelcome and unimportant. Despite the high prices of their products, the level of customer service was extremely disappointing. As a customer, I value personalized attention and knowledgeable staff who can guide me through my purchase decisions. However, my interaction with the staff at this store left me feeling ignored and unappreciated. It seemed like they were more interested in going about their day than in catering to their customers' needs. If you're looking for a high-end jewelry store that values its customers and provides a pleasant shopping experience, I suggest looking elsewhere. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone. This one does not compare to the one in NYC.
Rue Liew: The sales associate was very dismissive the moment we walked in the door. She practically tossed us the box then walked away to talk to her friends. When I looked at the piece (it was a special gift for my husband) it was totally smeared in greasy fingerprints. We tried getting her attention, and eventually a different associate noticed and helped us. I’ve always had such nice experiences at Tiffany back home in Cincinnati and at the Chestnut Hill location, so I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism here. It felt chaotic and we left feeling kind of awkward. I get better service at my local Chick-Fil-A😅
Alan Abramson: Newbury Street is the Rodeo Dr of Boston.
Elena Ortega: Brought in as a wedding surprise, was gifted my "something blue". Janice was extra helpful, showed me options for the gift and then showed me all the earrings I wanted to try and helped me pick a necklace. Janice is sweet as pie and the store was beautiful.
Oscar Sanchez: Love this store. Great gift purchases come from this place. Great quality jewelry to say the least.
Ines Choe: No greetings and was very awkward. Security closed the door when I was still being assisted in the store when it was getting closer to closing time but didn't even notice I was struggling with the door. However, thank you Gina for helping me choose the right gift for my friend!
Joci St. Jean: My husband and I had a few errands to run on Newbury Street so we popped into Tiffany to pick up a necklace I’d been eyeing. I’d been hoping to compare diamond sizes prior to purchasing, as I was looking for a small, dainty necklace. We were not helped quickly, but waited and I asked to see the necklace. The associate showed us only the display size and audibly sighed, appearing annoyed when asked to see smaller options. I was so shocked and embarrassed at how we were treated that we left without the item we specifically stopped to buy. The necklace was beautiful, just like my other Tiffany jewelry, and was just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I will look elsewhere.
Arena Girls: Seamless returns and gracious service by Jeanne.
Joannie VH: I was helped by Sheryl Williams when I went to the store. The bracelets I was looking for were not on display and Sheryl helped me in the most wonderful way. I was hesitant between which bracelet I wanted- she let me try them on, inquired on the earrings I had previously bought to understand what I wanted and explained the pros and cons of each bracelet and helped me find a third bracelet I didn't know existed to perfectly balance everything I was looking for. She also made sure my customer file was up to date, gave me her phone number and to contact her on Whatsapp if I ever have any questions. She also told me that the Flagship store will reopen next Spring and what the new customer shopping experience will entail.Shopping in this store under the care of Sheryl was an experience I won't forget and a sweet memory of my trip to Boston that I'll get to remember every time I wear the bracelet.
Daniel Reimann: I went there with my love to surprise her with a gift from Tiffany for her birthday. I knew what she liked to have from earlier visits and this time she could choose it, try it and have it. We got treated like royals in this place although I was "only" about to spend ~$400. Store manager Sandra made us feel very special and served us Champagne in the store manager's office where we could sit on the couch. My girlfriend felt so special, she had a blast and is still talking about it every now and then. Very polite staff, Sandra is great (thank you!) and they also had a wide selection.
A. O'Moose: Spent a fortune, the ice cream treats were a welcome distraction $$$$$
Lee: I LOVE Tiffany's and half of my collection is Tiffany's, but we were very disappointed by this location. I've lived in the Boston area all my life and had never stepped foot in the Newbury St location- I guess I can see why I haven't! My boyfriend and I stepped in to purchase a ring for my birthday- the doorman didn't open the door for us, and the three available sales attendants made no effort to even talk to us. Once my boyfriend kindly flagged over the woman so that we could see the ring I was most interested in, she explained it was out of stock in the most cold, unfriendly, dismissive manner. She didn't offer alternatives, she flatly said we could do shipping, no smile, no etiquette, no nothing. Usually the doorman kindly opens the door and a sales attendant is with me almost instantly- here I was treated as if my boyfriend and I were unwelcome mosquitos. I was there about to spend a small fortune on gold and diamonds, and felt shooed away like a stray animal.I understand that we weren't dressed to the nines, even though I had been wearing exclusively Tiffany's that day- maybe it was because of how we looked or maybe it was because we were young and perceived as not having the money to spend. Either way, I was dismayed by the way we were both treated and will be sticking with my usual locations for the foreseeable future!
G Y: I visited this particular store around 1pm on January 7th. It was my first time visiting a Tiffany store and had horrible customer service. The salesperson was cold and rude. For instance, she interrupted while I was talking and, even if I told her my ring size, she took my ring with her hands (amid the pandemic!) and measured it once again. Regardless of our taste, she just showed us several rings in a nonchalant attitude, and that was it. Such a series of behaviors made me very uncomfortable, and all I wanted was just leaving and not coming back to see her again.
Hermann Spicker: Incredible staff. Kristen, Sophie, Souad, Penny and Sandra are AMAZING! Always feel like family here.
david kess: really nice place, Tiffany & Co. Boston. one of the nicer places. European Watch has the better watch choice
Curtis Hubner: Beautiful store with lots of new designs.
Lisa McCarthy: My daughter was there today and purchased a bracelet that matched a necklace I bought her. She is a college student at URI and said she was a bit hesitant. After all said and done she said she was treated like a princess. She had the most wonderful experience and felt like she belonged there. Thank you ladies for making her whole day❤️ She will be returning.
Maurizio Nanni: Had an absolutely lovely experience today to buy my first Tiffany & Co bracelet. From the second I walked in the door, Penny remembered my earlier call asking if appointments were necessary and was genuinely thoughtful throughout the process of getting the right size. They even gave my son the cutest blue bag with coloring pad and pencils. Absolutely blown away with the impeccable service. I felt like a Queen while I was shopping today. -Amanda Nanni
Jacob Melo: It was my second visit to Tiffany & Co, I cannot thank Sophie enough for everything she did for me throughout our engagement ring purchasing process. she is very friendly and accommodating, Couldn’t have had a better experience, this is the best customer service I ever had, I am here for truly grateful to her enthusiasm and kindnessParhat Mohammad
Bud Thorpe: Always excellent service!
Pamela: Discrimination. Really disappointed. I ordered it online instead.

Tiffany & Co.: what do users think?
Andrew Murphy: This store does not live up to the Tiffany name. Every time I go in the staff seems judgmental and rude. Lucky for me, I had an amazing experience at the flagship store in NYC. Now I just use my sales rep from NYC for everything. If you’re looking for a true Tiffany experience, don’t go to this store. Also, if you’re looking for an incredible sales rep, call the flagship and ask for Phoebe!
Edgar Pollak: Wife loves blue box. Good quick attentive service
Traci Dalton: I frequently shop Tiffany’s at the Natick Mall. Each trip in has been enjoyable, informative and a very lovely experience. The staff has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. I have shopped at Tiffany’s Boston, Providence, NYC and Natick by far is my favorite!
Carlie Muehlbauer: Just save yourself the headache and go to the Tiffany in Boston. Long story short this Tiffany location is BEYOND rude & unhelpful - the managers are just as rude as the sales associates. If you need something & want to enjoy your shopping experience go to the Tiffany on Newbury or in the Prudential :)
Terri Jones: My husband ordered me a beautiful Tiffany bracelet online for my birthday. There was a noticeable gap between the beads on one end. We happened to be in the area, so we took it to the Natick store. The sales associate was wonderful. They had the same bracelet, and sure enough, the one at the store had an extra bead in it. She made the exchange with out any issues. She was so courteous and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my present.I am! Ecstatic!
Martha Bourke: You’re Audrey the minute you walk in the store. Everyone from security to the staff and manager just want to see you smile!
sravan k: Bought a ring here to gift my partner. Went back to return it in couple of days as she didn’t like it. They were horrible. They said there were micro damages to the ring. How could it happen with wearing it for few hours?. We didn’t play baseball with it. We just wore it for few hours. Although they have a return policy of 1 month apparently they don’t honour it. They should be honest with the return policy that they can’t take it back once it is sold. We had a very traumatic experience trying To talk to the manager and the sales person. They were very adamant and it was not worth arguing as they threatened consequences. I went to another Tiffany location instead and they happily accepted an exchange for a bigger ring. Please do something about your staff if you care at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIFFANY LOCATION!!
Crystal Roberts: Very kind and attentive staff.
Zhaoling Meng: The manager is extremely rude (I wonder whether she is the same one others complained). I bought a pair of earrings 10 days ago and tried to return it. I was told they cannot take it back as it was not saleable condition as there was a scratch. It is only their excuse for not returning. Also, if there is a scratch after it was simply tried on, it indicated the poor quality of its products. Do not trust it’s return policy. Or you can spend your money buying a better quality brand.
John Bomba: Attentive and prompt personalized service.
Leandra Ninobla: Beautiful jewelry. My new favorite perfume is the Rose Gold by them.
Charles Y: Every special girl deserves a special gift from Tiffany!!
michele lavanga: I just went there with my daughter to return a ring she got for a Christmas present. The ring was too small, and she could not wear it. (clearly not worn) The two people at the front entrance stood stone-faced as I was told we could not return it as it had been past 30 days. Not even an exchange. I explained that we had a significant death in the family on December 26, and I was not thinking of her ring. (i was clearly upset) I couldn’t return it online as I did not know what size she wore. They told me I could purchase a necklace and she could wear it around her neck! I asked to speak to a manager who was of no help. I asked for the customer service number, and she gave it to me. I called while in the store. I explained everything on the phone to her (as the people who worked there looked at me like I was crazy). The customer service lady understood my concerns and allowed for an exchange. She said, given the circumstances and covid (surge in December in New England), she was glad to help. Too bad these people at this “upscale” store didn’t have the heart or compassion to help. It wasn’t a huge ask, just a return for a size up. I feel bad for the people who work there; they genuinely need help in customer service.
S. C.: Horrible, rude, disrespectful associate (Chinese lady, never introduced her name either). She tarnishes Tiffany customer service reputation. I always had excellent experience, until today!
K.C. DeCastro: I had a wonderful experience here this past Saturday with Jingjing. She helped me track down the gift I wanted for my partner, checking stock in other stores and advising what would be best to do in case resizing would be needed. 10/10 would go to her again while shopping here :)
sharat menon: Friendly staff helped us out with what we needed. Resizing requires them to send items to New York. Any online purchase can be exchanged in store so that's good.
Rosanna Pecorelli: Something affordable for everyone. Excellent customer service. You're treated like gold here.
Luis Rodriguez: Went for a last minute bday gift. 10/10 customer service. Sage helped me. Very helpful and kind!
Sara Pacheco: I love Tiffany’s! Who doesn’t, right? But the customer service at the Natick mall NEEDS toBe addressed! The blonde sales gal seemed annoyed she had to sell me something today! Did not take her time to show me much of the merchandise... I felt totally uncomfortable being there despite spending over $700 dollars. The store was very slow, not like they were busy at all! From now on, my purchases at Tiffany’s will be online.HR: please train your employees on how to deliver a decent service that coincides with your prices!
Ted Negussie: Excellent help from saleswoman.
Calvert's Convertibles: Purchased earrings for my girl. Elisabeth was promptly at our side to help with choices, from earrings to rings, keychains, et al. Was very patient, and we loved our experience here. Sounds like it is time for new management at this location! Condescending, aloof service will not win you return customers for generations. It would be heartbreaking to see this All-American icon fade to anything but the status it has enjoyed for many decades. Maybe Elisabeth should be the manager.

Tiffany & Co.: what do users think?
Kateryna AG: Absolutely terrible service, disrespect to the customer. I especially want to cancel the rudeness of the salespeople. My jewelry broke, no one called me back and told me that it had come to the store. I do not recommend to buy anything there, they do not sell quality products. Necklace broke after 3 weeks, and they did not want to change it under warranty. As a result, they repaired it, although they had to change it and give me a new one. I can not believe it is Tifanny
Hui Xu: Carolina helped me on the issue I have. She is super helpful and willing to help. I ordered a ring online around a week ago and then found there were scratches on the bottom of the ring. So I went to the store to see if there is any way to solve. Carolina was very sweet with smiles and was willing to help. She polished the ring few times. Although there is still scratches, I appreciated that she tried very hard to polish it. In addition, as the scratches can't be removed, she did come up further plan and went to ask manager on exchanging or returning solutions. I was very impressed on how she help customer solve problems. Very organized. Recommend her to everyone.
Sena Kwun: This 5 starts is for Jessica. She is attentive, super friendly and very professional. She knows exactly how to treat the customer well. I and my husband really had a pleasant time purchasing our wedding bands. I will definitely go back to get my necklace next time from her.(I love when the entire staffs were welcoming us with all the smile as we entered the store unlike other branches)
Oscar Sanchez: Love this store for ever and a day. Great trinket gifts for loved ones. Can't go wrong by going here to purchase nice jewelry.
e (e): 10/10 matt is the best
Rue Liew: Carolina was super helpful and sweet
Jlp613: I had a horrible experience here while delivering a couple packages. The employee I dealt with is EXTREMELY rude. I politely said I had a couple packages for them and she said "what are you doing?, why is this package open? Let's start with that". She started this attitude, telling me how I shouldn't have come in the front door, how one package was accidentally opened and she didn't have to sign for it (which it was because it was previously sent to the Apple Store by mistake and I explained this to her twice.) I also told her she didn't have to sign for anything. Then I start walking away because I don't want to continue to be berated by this woman anymore and my job was done because I delivered packages addressed to her store. She starts yelling at me about how I should've waited for her to look at the package contents and how she's going to call my supervisor. She asked for my name and I told her, but she wouldn't give me hers when I asked her because "it wasn't any of my concern". Keep in mind she's acting like this in front of customers. Then I called the store an hour later to complain to her manager and unfortunately SHE answered. I found out her name is Elizabeth and she's actually the manager. She told me she already called my station. I told her she was rude and she could've handled the situation better. And that was that. When I got back to the station, I subsequently found out she LIED when she called my station and said I was calling her and harassing her, saying I'm not going to deliver packages for her and all this crazy nonsense, and that she was going to call the police. LOL.Tiffany & Co.... If you are a professional, high end business that focuses on customer service, please don't have unprofessional, immature people like this managing your stores.
Eric Roberts: Friendly staff, but no holiday decor/tree.
Anastasia Lyapina: Carolina is awesome. Super sweet and helpful. Love every experience we have at the store because of her!
Brendan Saur: Exceptional service and first-class treatment. Jeffrey Roscoe was great to work with in selecting my wedding ring to complement my engagement band!
Onna van Eyk: Great jewelry and the best service.
Rose Siersdale: Gorgeous space with such a lovely staff! They are so kind, welcoming and absolutely elegant - which makes it easy to trust that you'll make the right choice 3 I'm planning a few return trips
G L Rutan: We bought my daughter a necklace for Christmas so a little over six months ago. My daughter mentioned the clasp was not staying shut so I figured I would pop in Tiffany’s while we were upgrading her phone at the Apples store across the way. As soon as I walked into the ghost town, I was greeted by the woman at the desk. She was friendly enough but when I asked if they could take a look at it, I felt like she was giving me the runaround. Finally she said they would look at it and see what they could do. When I came back they said they would need to send it out for repair. The man that wrote up the slip was soooo snobby and annoyed. But I was even more shocked when they said it cost $110. I remember when Tiffany’s stood by their brand and went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Definitely not the case anymore. So we went up stairs to The Goldsmith at Chestnut Hill. Gold spring clasp on the spot, $30 - super nice!! I wanted to buy earrings just because of the level of service!
shane smith: Great gifts and wonderful customer service
Steve Carbone: Top notch service
bigdee5658: I entered the store with my daughter in law and we proceeded to one of the counters where an associate was assisting a customer and to the left another associate was finishing up with another customer . We stayed at the counter looking at merchandise waiting to at least be acknowledged by one of the associates. The associate who was finishing up then comes from behind the counter walks by us (still not acknowledging us) says excuse me because we were in his path I guess and went to speak to another waiting customer. I looked at my daughter in law and said, out loud, so no one even acknowledges we are here. No one says hi we will be with you shortly, nothing. We waited 15 minutes and still no acknowledgement by either associate. Mind you we are 2 African American women and EVERYONE in the store was caucasian. I felt extremely disrespected. I have several Tiffany pieces and wanted to look at something and also see about getting a piece repaired. Instead I left very upset and disappointed at the level of customer service given at Tiffany & Co.
A. D.: Had to bring my 200 dollar bracelet back twice to get "fixed" and do u think it broke a third time? Yes! This time I barely had even worn it...
DP: Beautiful!
Eleanor Friedman: Nothing special. Over priced
Tareq Khreis: Yeet
jose luna: Great place to buy a good gift for your significantVery nice customer service
