Karen Bright: Zero stars. I was charged $540 for a tow from Cambridge to Malden. $125 for the hook up. $120 for mileage; they charge $4 per mile. $90 for labor. $155 for "specialty equipment" called a winch and snatch. $50 for tax. I have had my car towed from the same Cambridge location to Malden by Phill's towing for $150. I would not recommend this place. The distance from my home to Malden is 9.2 miles.
Kevin Goodwin: Good company! I had a miscommunication which caused their driver to leave an inoperable vehicle in the wrong location in my repair lot. They were able to have the driver come back, even though I'm almost positive he was already on the highway, and he moved the truck to a different spot!

Lenny Grant: Horrible please avoid I requested a tow from triple A waited about 2 hours to receive an alert saying the technician 103 Colby was here and to meet at my vehicle. I have been standing outside of the vehicle and a tow truck never drove by ( my car is broken down on a Main Street can’t miss it ) I called triple A back they stated the driver said he could not find me then I call the Bostonian company and dispatch says he can not contact a driver directly even thought I gave them the name “technician 103 Colby T”

Maia Schofield: After battling on the phone with AAA for hours, and AAA telling me they called every tow company in the area and they all supposedly refused to tow my car from south of Boston to NH, despite it being covered by my membership, I decided to take matters into my own hands.Ralph at Bostonian Towing was professional, patient, thorough and explained my options. Jessica Blake-West: The mechanic I had was so incredibly rude. The first words out of his mouth had attitude and it just got worse. He wanted me to move my car away from the curb and when I asked one clarifying question he seemed irritated and impatient with me. Once I actually began moving my car he immediately started yelling and just wanted to do it himself. If he wanted to spend his days with people that know about cars he should have stayed in the shop. Midknight Mechanics: I can't stress enough how I never want to see this guy again. And I was told he was the owner of the company. No hello, how's it going, nothing. "Let me see your AAA card and your license". I needed 14 minutes for the owner of the car to show up with the spare key. This clown said "Na, I got stuff to do, it's 3pm Friday afternoon". AAA said they have a list of complaints against Bostonian Towing and they would add mine to the complaint list. You couldn't get a more typical, tow truck driver than this clown.
