Joseph D. Federico: I spoke with Coleen on Monday, April 4th, and we discussed that my repair bill for my tractor was $871.69. Keep in mind they never gave me an estimate for repairs. They picked it up months ago, and then called to tell me its ready and I owe $871.69. I pay the bill on April 6, and they charged my card $903.57. I asked Coleen why the increase, and she could not give me an answer. I have used this place for years, screw me once and we are done. They always gave estimates before, Coleen told me they were too busy, my guess is that they will loose business with the way they operate.

Mind you i was upset, but Colleen was extremely calm and sent someone to pickup my machine in the middle of the Northeaster. They were extremely accommodating. They reimbursed me for my earlier repair and I bought a new machine from them.Excellent customer service! Customer for life!

tony jeter: at first i was skeptical when my snowblower died, they picked it up and said it would be ready in 2 weeks. after 2 weeks it wasnt ready, i looked at the handful of bad reviews and got nervous. a bad snowstorm was coming and i was calling every other day. the nice lady never lost her cool with me and promised the machine would be in my driveway the day before the storm. not only did they keep their word, they fixed a couple items i forgot about. machine was like new. i understand the extra effort f+p must of gone to for their customers.
