Maya Chadda: We went into the store front to pick up our Uhaul and Beatrice was incredibly helpful. They had Kurig cocoa— Dlish!

Ash Tomaszewski: Called several times, never received a call back despite promises otherwise. Upon attempting to pick up the uhaul they literally shut the front business door in my friend's face. When we called again we were transferred to the 'uhaul department' who told us quote, "I don't know anything about uhauls". We ultimately ended up having to cancel and prolong an expensive and stressful move another full day because not a single person knew anything about the uhauls they service.
