Ray Charles: This place is great! The people who work here are the best version of retailers - give you space while you’re browsing, but the second you ask for help, they’ll help you find what you’re looking for.Also, the selection is great- w/ lots of variety in colors, styles, fabrics, & sizes.I went out of my way to go shopping here, and it was absolutely worth it.
K B: Wonderful selection, great prices and friendly, caring knowledgeable staff. Great place to buy flattering scrubs and just minutes from Boston. Went there to replace the unattractive baggy scrubs I had ordered from Amazon. Was great to be able to try on different brands and fits. Wanted multiples of something and they were short a couple in my size so they will ship to me for free. It’s nice to support small local businesses and I will definitely go back as it is hard to find good customer service these days. Wonderful shopping experience!!!

Brett W: We visited to get scrubs for a new position at BI. This store has astonishingly low prices ($15!?) and the cashier helped us get the right size in everything. As my girlfriend and I were talking, saying perhaps they can refer us to a tailor, the cashier brought us out a shorter variant of the size we liked.

Juli Hannan: I’m so glad I discovered this place. It’s hard to find good scrubs for work and they actually have tall sizes IN STOCK!! Dansko clogs littman stethoscopes and the staff is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful- offered to special order anything I didn’t find. Prices are totally reasonable too and actually less than work n gear. I love to support an independent small business - I’ll definitely be going back (or ordering from their website!!)

Henry Sainlaire: The store is well located easy to access, they have good quality uniforms & new arrivals, they also have a sale section although the facility is not big but it is nice, clean & well organized. Pricing is reasonable, the personal is very nice. There is a public parking right behind the store. If there is something you wanted & not available in the store at the time you visited the store they will ship it to your house if the item is available in their warehouse. I have been shopping there for some years & I don't have no complaints but positive feedback.

Debra Obinna: While working as a CHHA I would get a lot of tops from here. The selection and sizes are huge. Being stingy I always headed to the back for the unisex selections. There wasn't much to choose from those but, I didn't need them to be. They're scrubs. period. I grew fat, I grew much less fat, I didn't need to make an investment.I was suppose to be put on their emailing list for coupons etc... but never was. I'm retired and don't care anymore.If you're looking for a place to get good scrubs and want to try them on first - look no further.

EMILY Morton: Apparently, this store does not need anymore business.The sales person was unfriendly and unpleasant with no offer to help mefind what I needed.I left the store empty-handed with no intention of returning.I will not have to put up with an attitude when I shop Amazon.

Nanda Mota: Awful customer service! I got 2 jackets - 1 that I was going to pay and another for someone else. So I asked to pay separately so I could get two different receipt. That blonde lady with glasses asked me in a rude way “why I wanted it separately “ and gave me an attitude.I am a customer that is paying almost $300 in that store and I don’t think I need to justify why I need two receipts! This is ridiculous. Just do your job right without asking too much questions! Come on!
Liliana Salguero: Make sure you buy shoes that you are sure of and have worn the same before.I just threw $ 125 in the trash for some slip resistant shoes that made me tighten after wearing them at my work (obviously I measured them at the store) but one day after my purchase they did not want to return the money, nor did they offer any other solution.

Gilberto Gutierrez: I would leave 10 stars if I could. So long story, I bought shoes that felt great at first try, I’m an electrician so I’m on my feet all day. The shoes were about $150 and after about 2 days my feet started to hate these. So I exchanged them and they took back the shoes even though I had used them at work for about 3 days. Then I got a slightly more expensive pair from them, also loved them at first try, but realized they were a half size too small and I went back to exchange them. I would be considered a bad customer and they still went out of their way to make sure I had the perfect fit. Customer service is out of this world. Will no longer shop anywhere else! Best you can get
Paris France: Rude and no help at all. The cashier had a bucket of blueberries on the counter and was eating them while talking and ringing up items. Very unsanitary.

I picked up the shirts yesterday and they looked fantastic. It was a pleasure to work work their team and I will definitely use them next time I need customized apparel.
Laura Wallace: The team at Action Apparel worked with our logo and made suggestions on size for the apron that we chose to put it on. They reassured me that the colors from our logo image would come out exactly right on the final aprons. We were very pleased with the product quality and for the embroidery work.The embroidery work was even better than I envisioned it. I look forward to going back again.

I simply emailed my logo to JJ my sales rep there and he got me a quote and sample print with hours. My order was ready within a week or so. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for printed or embroidered apparel.
Cam Casassa: I agreed to help the high school girls basketball team order sweatshirts without any idea of what I was getting into. Instead of ordering online, I emailed four local shops. Two did not respond and one quoted higher than Action Apparel. Jack was extremely responsive to my many questions and had my order ready quicker than estimated (even after I added embroidered names). The girls all loved the shirts. They said the fit was great and the hoodies are super comfortable. I highly recommend this company.
