    Donna Payette - Bandar: This guy was a character my belt broke on my Bissell shampooer and I tried looking online Amazon this that they couldn't get it to me for five six seven days of course they charge shipping and they charge you an arm and a leg so I just look local and I found this place went over it was $4 and he was just very helpful very kind so it's always smart to look local first
    Steven Lappen: Mr. Macauley was perhaps the most unusual man associated with the sale and repair of every manner of vacuum cleaners. I had an academic like experience as the man I called Abe waxed eloquently about how to identify my particular needs rather than him being governed by the craven desire to close the deal. Though I left empty handed, I was filled with the kind of knowledge that will guide me in the right direction.I would highly recommend Macaulay's House of Vacuums for all your vacuum needs.

After going to several different vacuum repair businesses and getting lousy service I finally found the perfect repair shop.The gentleman I worked with was very friendly and informative. He was very straight forward with me and extremely knowledgeable about all makes of vacuums. He even took the time out to show me other models of my vacuum that had the same problem. He wasn't trying to up sell me on anything nor did he try to inflate the cost of the repair. We also had a good conversation about antique vacuums when I arrived to pick mine up. He let me test one of them out as well. Only problem I had was getting a hold of him by phone. So you might be better of dropping by in person. Long story short I ended saving so much money here compared to what I had previously been quoted at the other shops. Save yourself the hassle especially if your vacuum's warranty is expired or if you didn't purchase one
