Joel Hurd: Terrible quality vapes. 2 of the 4 I bought here started leaking before they were empty. When I asked about replacement of the defective product they refused and said it’s not their problem. I asked if their vapes were made to break before they were empty and they hung up on me. Terrible businessmen too if they’re willing to give up $60/month in revenue just to avoid the $10 it costs to replace a clearly defective product.

Emily Granger: They sell fake THC carts, likely containing synthetic cannabinoids. I bought a cart that said LUNAR on it, and I had to go to the hospital after smoking on it for 2 days. I got a chest infection. My homie also bought one and he has been vomiting for a week.

I thought about going on Amazon, but I thought “hey why not support local small businesses in my neighborhood a real smoke shop should take care of my needs”. Went in they only had one vape, whatever I bought it. I instantly knew it wasn’t great. Whatever $10. She talked about CBD. Go in buy CBD couple of times. Went into a convenience store close by a week later, they had the same on and 3 others. Looked on Amazon CBD there is 30x stronger, they basically sold me candy. No wonder I kept finishing it in like 3 days trying to pace myself. The first time I went I bought a grinder. I figured they all It’s my fault I wasn’t an educated customer. I thought about going on Amazon, but I thought “hey why not support local small businesses in my neighborhood a real smoke shop should take care of my needs”. Went in they only had one vape, whatever I bought it. I instantly knew it wasn’t great. Whatever $10. She talked about CBD. Go in buy CBD couple of times. Went into a convince look and work the same they should be the same, asked the professional he agreed. Nope. All in all Worst $70 I spent at a store. No wonder every bluemoon location stopped selling preroll weed under the table.
Thomas Crowley: Pretty weird, I bought a vape that stopped working within three days, exchanged it for another that did the exact same thing, and got a speech about how they "don't honor warranties".They still gave me 20 bucks when I asked why they're selling broken stuff and I bought another vape that hasn't broken yet, but I'd avoid this place in the first place given the chance.
Austin Doolittle: If I could give them 6 stars, I would.I bought my fiancé a water pipe for Christmas. On Christmas Eve at 9:30 pm I discovered a leak in the stem that prevented it from holding water or being smoked. I called the store just before they closed, and they offered to stay open long enough for me to run over and replace it. Wonderful customer service, they saved Christmas!
Harper Lee: First time ever posting a negative review--by far the worst experience I've ever had at a smoke shop. I went in there looking for a vaping device, and after asking a couple questions the person working there (he said his name was David--don't know if employee or owner) told me to leave and "do some research." I then told him I had done some research and actually owned a couple vape mods (either way, since there was literally nobody else there, I'm not sure why he couldn't just kindly explain things--is that not part of his job?), and then he said something like "okay, well are you going to buy something or not? It's like you've never done business before." (super weird, as I've been to vape shops and other "businesses" countless times without anything close to resembling a negative experience like this).At this point, even though the interaction was clearly going south, I tried to calmly explain that even though I was not a total beginner, I still wasn't completely sure what to buy and valued his advice, which is why I asked questions in the first place (note, again, that the store was completely empty at this time, so it wasn't like I was wasting anyone else's time asking these questions). However, for some reason this guy got increasingly hostile and difficult, and after a couple minutes out of nowhere said "Honestly, just get the f*** out of my store, you f***ing idiot, and don't come back."As I said before, I'm not sure if this guy (David) was employee or owner (I've been there a couple times before with different people working there, and the service then was "okay"), but in any case I do plan on heeding his advice and never coming back, as that was the worst experience I've ever had at a smokeshop (and maybe even any other shop).

Colin O'Brien: Really awesome new shop. The people who work there are really helpful and have a lot of knowledge, they helped me fix my vape without charging me a cent. I was about to throw the thing away and he fixed it for free! They also have a great selection of really nice glass, plenty of vapes for nicotine and THC, as well as a HUGE CBD selection... they pretty much have it all. Plus the store is clean. And I mean REALLY clean. Thanks again guys, I'm sure I'll be back soon!

But last month I noticed that the manager over charged me on 10 packs of cigarettes, 4 lighters, 4 lighters holders.The cigarettes are marked $7.99, but got charged $8. Lighters are marked $0.99, but charged $1. The lighter holder marked $4.99, but charged $5.The subtotal should of been $103.82 before taxes, but my subtotal was $104. When I questioned the extra 82 cents , I was told that I was being a penny pincher. I bought a carton of cigarettes a day ago and it costed $88.29 which is $3.59 higher then what the cigarettes are marked.When I asked why it costed more, he responded by saying it was because of taxes, which is a lie. He charged me $83 for 10packs, instead of $79.90. They're chargeing extra for everything. It's not right and it's against the law. Customer beware and make sure you get a receipt for your records. Which they don't always give you.
