Dorjee Gyadatsang: The reviews are true, Long couldn’t have been nicer and gracious. He took my phone call on his closed day and waited past normal business hours while I was stuck in traffic trying to get to him. Greeted me with a positive attitude, still waiting in results of the prognosis from the professional but I know my tv is in good hands. If you are looking for tv repair which is a rarity as is, Long is a top contender if not the best around.

F O: Awesome service. I got a new mother board because both my hdmi connections blew. He reapaired my 65 inch samsung smart tv for $220. That's a fair price considering the board was $80 from amazon. Long ordered my part it came in just a few days. He called me to bring in my tv and repaired it in less than 3hrs. Bonus: he even updated my software which he didn't have to do. He was very kind. A smile goes a long way. Thank you longs tv repair.
