I truly enjoyed my experience from the moment I pulled up and saw the painted VW Bus on the window with the real thing inside, to finalizing the purchase with the finance rep. Cameron was amazing, kind, and super knowledgeable about the difference between the models I was looking at. We had so much fun chatting with him and test driving that when it came down to two choices, I went with Minuteman because of how welcoming and comfortable they made the whole experience feel. Cameron also helped me on his day off, and when I bought the car, showed me how to work all the new gadgets. Really appreciate everything!

It was all completed on time and within the cost estimate.

Thank god for the women working in the service center, otherwise this business is a joke.

Laura Whitaker: I leased a car from this dealership with scheduled maintenance included. 2 years into my lease my 2021 Tiguan failed state inspection due to excessive wear on the front tires (which now need to be replaced). I called the dealership and they confirmed that a tire rotation had never been done (or suggested) during my scheduled maintenance appts and they blamed me for this. Neither Volkswagen nor the dealership are willing to do anything to make things right and they have now lost a lifelong Volkswagen customer (this was my 4th and last Volkswagen). Only go to this service center if you know exactly what needs to be done to your car as they are not experts and they will not inspect your car and give suggestions. Overall very disappointing.
Christopher Bergstrom: Have all my service done at this location. Went in a week ago for an inspection and needed new tires for my Atlas. Service manager said to buy two to pass inspection and come back to purchase the additional two. Few days later received a promotion from Nucar with a buy 3 tires and get 1 for $1. Called in to ask for them to honor the promotion and was told that they would not and that their location doesn’t take part in these promotions even though the mailer had the Norwood location as the dealer who mailed the car. I have always had my service done in Norwood, but will now be finding a new dealer to have work done at.

Emily Florio: I am writing on behalf of my mothers experience and I (her daughter) am mostly a witness, but I would HIGHLY suggest finding another car dealership to go to and you should really read this before even considering giving this place your time of day.My mother was looking for an SUV, a new car and wanted a specific interior/exterior whatever I'll spare you the details. They didn't have the car she wanted at this lot so they had to drive to Rhode Island pick it up and bring it back. But it turns out it wasn't the car she was looking to purchase. In the beginning they took a $500 deposit. After my Mother changed her mind, the car salesman (Frantz St. Jutse who IS NOT the issue here he was truly an amazing person and we have no problem with him whatsoever and wish him the absolute best) came back and told us his sales manager Steve said the $500 is non refundable if she doesn't buy the car. We asked to speak to him to get more information about exactly why we weren't getting the money back. Frantz returns with the Sales Manager ANI Mullick, now mind you my mother did not sign any papers or anything at all stating the $500 was NON-refundable. We brought up this to ANI MULLICK and said she did not sign any papers so nothing was official and to give the deposit back and he said there didn't need to be any papers and it was "common sense". He repeated multiple times that it was "common sense" that she wasn't getting refunded the money which was super unprofessional especially with his tone. My Mother did tell him that she felt offended because he kept saying "its common sense" He also said "sorry if I 'offended' you" with a condescending tone as well and there was no respect on his end at all.This went on for about 5 minutes before he finally didn't have anything smart to say back and went to go "work it out" with some other person.He came back and said they really wanted to sell her this car and to name a price and the "ball is in your court" .My mother named her price which was 4,000 less than the price they were giving her and ANI MULLICKS response was "we don't have $4,000" saying it like she was crazy for even suggesting that. Then counter offered $500 off.My mother then turned down the offer and we left to go find some place that actually respects their customers.After coming home we wanted to find the names of everyone involved and the man on the phone that answered said he knew nothing about HR contact info, doesn't know the last name of his own managers, and when asked if he could figure it out, said no and was dismissive. On the other hand Frantz if you're reading this we have very much respect for you and wish you all the BEST in your future. Thank you for being very kind and honest.

Kyra W: I had to get the side mirror on my partners Tiguan fixed. They saw me, had me order a part for the mirror worth over $500 and I scheduled a time to get it fixed. I requested time off of work to get the car serviced. When I finally went to the service center, they told me the wrong part had been ordered and the correct part would be an additional $633.69. I sat in the shop for 2 hours without anyone contacting me about my car. It was only when I contacted them myself that they then told me what was happening and that my car couldn’t be fixed today. I was charged an additional $160 for the partial service they provided me then and there and was told it would be another week before they can really fix it. I’m now out almost $1300 and the car isn’t even fixed. I would highly suggest finding another Volkswagen service center for car repairs.
candace robinson: If I could give this place a 0 I would. I bought a Mercedes and the suspension system was completely gone. I had to spend $3500 at Viti Mercedes to get these safety issues fixed although it was within my warranty period. THE BUSINESS MANAGER MR. RAHMEH WILL NOT RETURN MY EMAILS NOR MY PHONE CALLS TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION. They also charged me for an inspection sticker that they never gave me and refuse to refund me my money. I am taking this dealership to court and will post the monetary judgement I am sure to receive.

Frantz Gabriel: Brace yourself going into this car dealership. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t care. Worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. LAUDS VIJEAN the salesman and GEORGE the finance manager are prime examples why people buy cars online. No sense of transparency or integrity with those employees. Bought the vehicle for more than the listed price and they wouldn’t offer the online price after I noticed it, paid for an inspection and never received my sticker, or a refund towards it. 2 weeks later I had service lights on, when I called to get the it resolved. Service department couldn’t book me for appointment for 3 months out. Also, gave me a spare tire that doesn’t fit my car. I highly advise anyone who deals with those employees throughly review the paperwork and make sure they stand on their words because you’ll have the same outcome as me. Customer satisfaction for this dealership is below-average.

Joe Burke: There were a few miscommunications. First, when a part needed to be ordered, I was told it would be in by 9:00 the next day. When I called at noon to see if the car was done I was told the part just arrived. I was told it would go in as soon as a tech was available. I called at 3:00 and was told the car would "definitely be ready by the end of the day." Based on that I went by at 6:00 to get the car and was told it wasn't ready. I was told they would have to look in the AM. I called at about 7:45 and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I went to pick it up and it was ready.To their credit, the staff offered to deliver the car.Most of the frustration I experienced stemmed from the fact that it took two whole days to do a 20,000 mile service and replace a gas cap actuator.
Peter Chapman: We’re told it would be in overnight, it ended up being, in the shop for 11 days! We have still not received a statement of work for what was done and no explanation was provided when we collected the vehicle. There is also an alert indicating that the emergency call license has expired. The updated software provides a much improved user experience but the customer service was lacking
Frank deBros: I brought my car in for a few nagging issues that I wanted taken care of. The repairs took longer than anticipated, and the person I dealt with (Oscar) was very friendly and understanding. He offered to cover a rental because they had had my car so long. The rental place is on site and the person that got me squared away there (Bill) was also very friendly and helpful.

Michael Collins: I told the guy I left the car with that I wanted an oil change and that Carfax emailed me that my tires were due for rotation. He said he'd check about that and call me. When he called me, it was to tell me that they already rotated the tires and to tell me about another issue with a vacuum seal. He should have said, yes you need to rotate your tires and also you have this seal issue, do I have permission to do both? When I came to pickup the vehicle, I had to go to 3 separate cash registers to check out because the service dept computer wasn't loading, the other guy in the service department didn't seem interested in helping his buddy to check me out on his computer, so we had to go inside to the vacant checkout office and do it there. The 2nd guy seemed pretty sleepy/lazy. The usual guy I deal with, Marc, was busy in the service bays, otherwise I would have said something to him. But I'm still happy, you just aren't getting a 5 this time.

Upon check-in I asked allowed to confirm that all three items were on the service ticket, I was told yes, they were. When I got home after picking up my vehicle I reviewed the paperwork to discover that the recall was neither addressed nor even noted in the paperwork. I have now had to schedule ANOTHER appointment and take time out of my work day to have work done on the vehicle when it could have been addressed during the first visit.
Que D: Great group of guys over there at VW. They really took the time to address my needs and i was happy before i left. And the Managers are great to work with. Very sincere and understanding. Marques was outstanding. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Arielle Cormier: While the purchasing experience at Commonwealth VW was an amazing experience (everyone was friendly, we got a fair deal, and they were very prompt which I truly appreciated) - the service department is terrible. I originally went there 4 months after purchasing for them to look at an error message I was receiving which ended up taking a few hours (as expected for a last minute appointment) - when they called to let me know they were done they called my fiancé only, not my phone, which was odd and I told them it was my vehicle and to please call me. Fast forward 4 more months or so and I needed an oil change. I went online and made the first 10,000 mile appointment (TWO WEEKS OUT) which included an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I went in expecting to wait maybe an hour and they quoted me 2 hours, I then had my fiancé pick me up. When I called 2.5 hours later to check the status they had just taken my car in to be worked on, truly made me wonder what the point of an appointment was in the first place?! Then they called my fiancé AGAIN to let him know they were done (5 hours total later) even after I told them repeatedly it is MY car and to call me. To add insult to injury they never even checked or rotated the tires. I know this because the day before my appointment I had noticed a low tire pressure on the back right tire and filled it. Sure enough, the day after my appointment the light came back on for the back right tire for the same thing and after my father in law took it to his shop, there was a nail in it. not only was that tire low the front left tire had a PSI of 19! Plus he could clearly see the tires were never rotated. So I’m very curious about why any shop doing a milage service wouldn’t routinely look at tire pressure and would take 5 hours to do just an oil change ! I will never go back there again and suggest you avoid their service department after purchase.

Matt Rodenhiser: I was early for my 1PM Appt for a DSG service on my 2017 AllTrack. They took me right in.Only took about an hour and was considerably less than I have paid in the past, not to mention I waited more than 3 hours the last time I serviced the DSG at another VW dealership.
Cameron Ray: When I purchased my vehicle everything was great with the sales process. The car was purchased with a certified pre owned certificate and sold to me as a 2 year 24k mile additional warranty. When it came time to use the warranty, I was told it only had a 1 year 12k warranty. Unfortunately they do not keep a record of the listing showing the warranty so I have to pay for the repairs out of pocket.
Robert Pollina: It was impossible to reach anyone at the dealership. No one ever picks up the phone and there is no follow-up contact from the dealership. Things got so bad that I had to take off from work to drive to the dealer to find out what the status of my delivery was. The salesperson said they were waiting on the insurance stamp; however, no on every contacted be about the issue (the salesperson claims he sent an email; however, that simply was not the case -- even checked my junk folder). The salesperson seemed not interested and non-engaged. I would never purchase a car from this dealer in the future and tell others to use a different VW dealer.
