JANAKSAUD 1220-4: I enjoy BJ's Wholesale Club for its variety of foods and reasonable prices. The only bad thing carts tend to not be put away in the parking lot, which is inconvenient for parking. On the whole, though, it's a great place to shop.

mantianfei xuehua: I call the tire center to tell them that the tire get a nail this morning,they asked me to call them back and at 1pm,and then I call them back at 1pm,and they told me they made a schedule at 1pm,said I didn’t come,so they have to reschedule for me,when I ask them if they already made schedule for me,why don’t you said that you made a schedule at 1pm for me to come to you and why did you ask me to call you back at 1pm,also while I hanged up the phone before and I asked you back again if I need to call you back at 1pm,you said yes.and the guys just keep saying they made a schedule for me at 1pm,but I didn’t come,so they need to reschedule,just like trick someone,you know guys doing like that was so disgusting,however not responsible for anything, regret to the bj’s tire center

Beau Cote: Definitely Costco. Always busy and kinda crazy. Staff is always nice (very pushy to get you to upgrade). I can’t really stand 80% of people who go there though. You can tell it’s a “me first” mentality for many of the people who shop here. They always have everything and some times too much. Hot dogs are always a 10/10.

The basic Costco membership is $60 annually. But no! They only offered $120 membership if you want to step foot in there.The carts are huge, so if you are a small person like me, it may be hard. There were super rude men around, very loud families and they all give women shopping alone a strange look.This is not the 12th century anymore.Women can shop wherever they want.I obviously didn’t get to go in the store because I didn’t get their $120 membership. They turn you away at the door if you don’t show your Exclusive membership card!Sad to see how much Costco has changed and how inhospitable it is now. It was honestly, a traumatizing experience. There were so many loud and rude people around and men didn’t mind hitting their massive carts to others if they didn’t get out of the way fast!I went to Target instead. It was super nice and calm and employees were polite and helpful and nobody forced me to get a $120 membership or any membership. Target has higher prices than Costco but it is much nicer and I had a whole better experience there. No body screamed at me to show a membership card, nobody pushed me out to get a $120 membership, nobody hit me with the cart. Target was really nice. Everybody was calm and polite. Shoppers were clearly happy. Their Starbucks was also awesome! They saved my day for me.You can do better, Costco. I will stay with Amazon Prime where I can pay monthly and have nice deliveries and be treated with respect. Costco is a nice business and used to be my favorite place to shop. Probably will not come back. Congratulations on losing a huge fan.

Tina Wen: We love Costco. It’s amazing, and they typically provide very decent products & support, regardless of online or in store. With that being said, this post is more like food for thoughts.It looks like something’s going on with their internal processes.Our visit date was Mar-18th, and it would be the worst experience in my experience with Costco. At the merchandise return, the supervisor messed up with our return. At first she kept pushing back saying it’s not in the system. And finally when she’s able to find the items in system. She returned our product against wrong receipt - We directed her to the exactly which receipt we’d like to return against, she rejected so, and do whatever easier for her, and everything messed up from there. We had to communicate what happened, and after a couple of back and forth, she just ignored our perspective, and almost in the edge out of control. When we felt the need to escalate, she’s like she’s the supervisor here. She’s in control, and she blocked further communication channel, which was very im-professional. By the end, she gave back the money, but I mean, those communication was unnecessary, if she followed the instructions to return against the receipt we suggested. I glanced at her tag, it looks like she’s a long time employee since 2008-ish. But come on Costco, with all excellent performance all over the states, you guys can do better that that.

Rice Yang: I visited the Optical Department at Costco this afternoon and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. One of the staff members seemed disinterested and unengaged when we had questions about the services. She did not take our questions seriously, and gave misleading answers, which caused us to waste a lot of time and energy in vain. It was frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor service. I expected better from Costco and hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
