Mario DJ: I am not sure which Culligan to write a review for so I went with the one that came up. We are new to the water softener world. I will be very transparent and say we got the brand new softener put in two years ago for our irrigation system only. It does not get used for the house water but just for the summer months for our irrigation system. We had too much iron in our water. I was up sold from a single softener system to a double softener system which I was fine with as I was told with the amount of iron I have, I’ll need two. I was told the salt will need to be replaced when it goes low. The salt has never gone low but because we are new to this we just figured we would wait until the salt goes low as we don’t know when and how long it takes for the salt to go low. My irrigation person told me I need new sprinkler heads and I said why have I replaced so many in the past two years. He said there’s too much iron In my water so the rust is clogging the heads and breaking them. I said I have a softener why is this happening and that’s when it dawned on me that the salt hasn’t been changed and hasn’t gone down and by now it should have gone down. The only explanation is something is wrong with the system. So Culligan wants to charge me for parts and service fee to come out and fix their system which never worked I. The first place. And even when speaking to them to see if the fee can be waived due to the fact that it seems the system isn’t working I wasn’t told if that’s the case there wouldn’t be a charge. Doesn’t seem they back their products which a softener is not cheap! Very disappointed. Also have a reverse osmosis system for drinking water and am very disappointed because I would assume such a company would back their products. Find another company who will back up their products when it doesn’t work as it was supposed to.
Havatselet K: Chris Rendigs, a Culligan salesperson, is the ultimate "Culligan Man"! Not only did he fix our broken system, and not only did he do it on his own time, on a Saturday night - - but he did it remotely by giving my husband and me detailed, easy to understand instructions over the phone! Did I mention he is actually in sales, and not a technician?! I cannot say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of this man, and how well he represented this company. Thank you, Chris, and thank you, Culligan!

Linda Shea: H20 Care installed a new AquaSystems Water softener and the quality of our water has greatly improved. We no longer have staining of fixtures and the iron/sulfur taste is gone. Bill Haugh: I'm very pleased with my softening and filtration equipment from H2O Care. In particular, Steven Theriault recommended a 5 micron whole house filter, which I had included with the softener package. Needless to say, after one year's use, you can see clearly all the nasty crud that would have gone into our showers, laundry and cleaning. We are on Hamilton Town water and the water is nasty. Our filtered, softened water is wonderful. Bravo to Steven and H2O Care.

He also tested the R(everse)O(smosis) with his TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) tester for me so I could see it was working correctly that same day!I ordered my own TDS tester so I can know at any given time that the water is @ acceptable RO level. And my tester worked great! Also, I mailed the tap water bottle and happily await those results! Arvind Narayana: based on the very good reviews, I decided to go with the company. Prior to the installation, overall they seemed good and did not try to push me into expensive options. The pricing was high with significant markups compared to what you could purchase online. Their technology also seemed a bit outdated. I don’t think it has changed for 15 years. Nonetheless, I decided to go with them. The day after my installation, we noticed that the dishwasher next to the water filtration system was overflowing. We then noticed significant damage in our basement. The insurance company paid approximately $5000 to fix this damage which obviously was an unpleasant experience. My insurance company and agent did make it clear that another claim they would drop me. Unfortunately, I had another approximately $8000 claim which I could have submitted and got reimbursed, but I knew that if I did this I would be dropped. Thus this particular incident actually costs me $8000 as well as numerous hours dealing with the damage and repairs.

Deb Sweeney: I am just loving my new H2O care water system installed about a month ago. I live in Dracut MA and am on the Dracut Water District Supply system. The water has been terrible for some time now. The manganese in the water had stained everything from toilets and appliances to my new white sheets. That is history now!! I did a lot of research on water systems and Steve T was more than happy to take my many phone calls. Pricing was right considering the quality of the system as compared to other vendors' products. Everything was perfect from sales and service to installation. I would highly recommend H2O Care Inc to anyone who cares about clean water.

They listened to my requirements (instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive solution possible) and were extremely thorough in answering all my questions. Our installer was also FABULOUS! The install is incredibly clean and his care and craftsmanship with the piping really shows. It kind of makes our old existing piping seem sloppy by comparison. I would recommend H2O care again in a heartbeat.

Sean Strausser: Steve and H2O care came out to our house and were a life saver. We had spent 2 years with another company that had been a nightmare to work with and had taken a large chunk of money from us while we still had to deal with really high iron content in our water causing it to turn yellow. Steve was able to get us the systems that we needed to make sure that our water is now clear and H2O care was able to re-plumb our existing system so that it was no longer breaking code for our town.
