I contacted the store and they asked me a bunch of questions and promised to do something. I followed up and they said they would get back to me. This went on for over six months before they stopped responding to emails and stopped returning my calls.In short, their mattresses are poor quality, customer service is lacking, and they do not honor their guarantees.

Zavin onsite supervisor was the first to arrive and he explained all the details of the job. Minutes later Luis the lead worker arrived with his crew. Luis and his guys were phenomenal. They started working the minute they stepped off their vehicle and the worked their backs off continuously until the end of the day. They were extremely professional passionate about their work. It took them 3 1/2 days just as planned. They even got a second crew in the 3rd and 4th day to complete the job on time. Debbie Sheahan: My Dad first did business with B-Dry back in 1992 when he had a small section of the finished basement covered by B-Dry and a sub pump installed. He has NEVER had a problem with that section of the basement since! The past few years water has been an issue in another part of the basement - which came to a head a few weeks ago. It then went to another level with extremely heavy rains resulting in the family all jumping in to help my dad - spending 24 hrs vacuuming water non stop and the entire weekend monitoring wet vacs and pumps.
