Gene Gorokhovsky: They sell liquid nitrogen at very reasonable rates to the masses. Bring a sturdy styrofoam cooler and you are in business of instant ice cream and other science demos. Friendly, inexpensive, knowledgeable, an awesome business. Look no further.
eddie thomas: They was great and efficient
Paul Belenky: Had a great experience here. Folks are super kind and exchanged my c02 tanks at a great price and set me up with an affordable argon tank lease. Recommend. Much nicer than other places
Bob Zemeitus: Very knowledgeable and very experienced staff. First class service !!! Not many places will run out into downtown Boston for you mid day for a emergency drop off of supplies !!! The owner came out personally in his personal pick up truck !!!! Can’t say enough good about these guys.
ercument dirice: Just received my brand new fire red 5 lb CO2 tank and did not wanrt to swap it. So I started looking around for a welding supply that fills my tank during my visit. I contacted IGO's at Watertown and they replied very fast fulfilling all my needs with a nice price! Today I wen there and just waited 5 minutes and got my brand new tank filled exactly 5 lb :)) People are really kind and helpful. Thanks IGO's...Highly recommended!!!
DC Vaughn: Yes, of course they've got the gas, and they have the essential consumables and more. They do not have a deep selection, like 50 different kinds of welding helmets, and to be honest I'm happy for that.
Meghan O: Great little spot to get a grill propane tank refilled. Quick easy and cheap!
Gregory Orzolek: Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
Apolinaras Sinkevicius: Updated for 2019:#1. If you are welding or do homebrewing - Chuck is your guy there. I came in with ideas of what I need to get and he talked me out of spending too much money. As he says "come back to me, when you have done this for a while and I will upgrade you, if necessary". Really helpful when you leave having spend half the money you budgeted.#2. These guys don't stiff you with refills. I have been in places where be it CO2, propane, or other gas you need, they will just charge you before filling the tank. These guys will charge you for exactly what they filled. So if you showed up with half the tank of CO2 still full thinking it is almost empty, they will weigh the tank and top it off and you are paying for actual fill. Now THAT is how you make customers loyal to you. Do I have closer LWS or propane filling stations? Yes. But I will drive extra 5 miles to be treated like this.
J Garrett: They have everything!
Joe Stenny: One of the only places i know who will fill your welding tank and not exchange it!!
James Stockwell: Ok
Jimmy Robichaud: very friendly and knowledgeable staff. i would recommend to a friend
Matt Blinn: Best in the business.
Simon Tacvorian: They really fill propane tanks all the way, unlike other tank fillers.

Apolinaras Sinkevicius: Loyal customer of this place. We get CO2 and Nitrogen here for our beverages

Hélio Oliveira: Everyone knows that this store has the worst customer service in Boston. It’s not something new. But now they don’t have bags to pack our stuff. It’s not something that happens once in a life time. It happens ALWAYS. And when I talked to one of their staff about it he laughed at me. Home Depot, please track the incompetent behind this and figure it out. It’s very annoying having lots of items to carry without a bag
George Vero: I must have asked 7 different staff for help and no one seemed to give a f. Enough to help. My crew and I do construction work all over the states. And this is by far the worse. What great location, and horrible service.
Jon Mendicina: I went in to to place an order for fencing...a $3000 order. First, no one at the pro-desk or customer service desk could be bothered to help me. You would think i was asking for a favor and not a paying customer. Once I did finally get the order place, they refused to give me any kind of reasonable estimate on when it would be ready...they said just keep calling? So I did and after a total of over an hour on holds...I finally got someone that it would be prepared on this past sunday and my contractor could pick it up on Monday. So he waited until Tuesday just to be sure and when they showed up...NOTHING had been done. Now my contractor wasted a 1/2 day waiting and going to the store to pick up. Waste of time...the LAST time I ever go to this store.
robert ruggeri: Hands down the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Good luck finding a competent person here.
