Boston & Cambridge Appliance Repair, Inc.: what do users think?
Sean McKenna: Our technician Jay was very helpful and honest
Nilesh Rana: Service:Freezer repairCritical:Quality,Value
Stacie Calixte: Very prompt, professional and polite. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
George Stevens: Been using them for years. Excellent repairman.
Katie Campbell: I had a very positive experience with Boston Cambridge Appliance. Jay, the service technician, was nice and respectful, never spoke down to me and really explained the ins and outs of refrigerators. You can tell that he is passionate and educated in the space. I did need them to come back once or twice to check on things, but they were always prompt in sending someone out the next day. Will definitely call then for other appliance needs in the future!Service:Refrigerator repair
Marvin J: Service:Washing machine repair
Ashutosh Sharma: Its crazy how much they can charge for a 15-20 mins job. I paid 189 (90+99) to fix a spring in washer (no replacement). Can't believe it!
Sophia Mantell: Positive:Punctuality,Quality,ResponsivenessThey repaired my washer on the same day and I was very impressed how efficient and helpful everyone I interacted with was! Excellent service!Service:Washer/dryer repair
Madison Meaney: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness,ValueI have used BCAR a few times. Every time they have been very professional, quick to respond and reliable. They are definitely the best in the area! I would recommend them to everyone!
Jacob Hooker: Our Samsung dryer belt gave out. We hired Boston & Cambridge Appliance repair to come out and replace it. They told us on the phone that the service call would be $89 and that the labor would be $80. Parts would be added to this. They gave an invoice for $99 + $90 for these two fees and also charged $135 for a belt and idler pulley which costs about $30 online - maybe $50 at their supplier at most. I realize that they need to mark up parts, but this was ridiculous. The entire repair took less than 30 min and we were left with a $333 bill for a dryer that brand new is like $500. I called and complained about the price and they said they would credit back some of the charge and that the parts should have been $85 (still a big mark up I'm sure). I was told that technicians have "discretion" for how much they mark up parts and evidently on the service fee and labor too. I feel taken advantage of and I suspect that many others have been. I do not mind paying a company for good work, but lets do it with an honest fee structure. I will not use these guys again.Update: The owner ended up waving the part fee, which I appreciate. I hope that transparency in the process increases.
Fanny Bautista: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness,ValueI’ve worked with Boston & Cambridge Appliance a few time now. They are alway transparent with zero surprises, reasonable when it comes to price. I recently worked with them for a dryer maintenance and the work was done fast and efficient. I will continue to use there services for my appliances maintenance.
Gina Walsh: I called Boston Cambridge Appliance to repair my fridge and they did an amazing job. The man who came to repair the fridge was so nice and did the job fast. I will recommend BCAR to everyone.
George Scott: Great service!! Jay was fantastic, arrived on time, had the needed part and fixed the oven in less then 30 minutes. The price was both fair and honest. I will not hesitate to use them again.
Matt Kafafian: They're quick to make repairs. With that being said, they PayRange app they use for payments can be updated to add features such as notifying you when the washer and dryer are done.
Leopold Grinberg: I used Boston&Cambridge Appliance Repair two times.first time my refrigerator stopped cooling. The response was very quick, a technician came, a problem was identified, a part was changed. Two months later the refrigerator started to make an intermittent knocking noise. I have called the company again, and as in the first time the response was very quick. A technician came, spent about 15 minutes and could not find any issue and left and asked to record the noise next time it comes around. The noise continued, and was recorder. A technician came again, "checked" the refrigerator again said "i have took few things apart, put back and now it is fixed" , I have asked to retest it again to make sure that no noise is coming, he said "absolutely no need and left" a day after .. noise came back. I have called the Boston$Cambridge Appliance Repair again ... I was told that the operator will speak with the technician and get back to me ... I've got no phone call from them .... meanwhile I have fixed the refrigerator on my own, and about a month later Boston$Cambridge Appliance Repair called me and asked to pay a bill . I understand that a technician spent some time trying to fix the issue, but at the same time he did not fix it and refused to retest the machine ... now was asked to pay for the work that was eventually was done by me ....
Alfred Porcaro: Problem solving and easy to work with!
Rich Kelleher: I used Boston & Cambridge Appliance Repair for my office when our refrigerator stopped working. Bill came and was very helpful, informative and knew exactly what the problem was. He came on time and was great. Would recommend them!
Isabella S: I have used Boston & Cambridge Appliance twice over the last year. Both times they responded right away and provided outstanding service at a great price. I highly recommend this company for any type of appliance repair needs!
Shavar Babb: My company uses Boston & Cambridge appliance repair frequently and they're great. Can usually get someone out within 24 hours and always call with updates.
Dominique Brogna: I called for service on my garbage disposal ,they suggested I check little button underneath before they dispatch a tech . It worked they saved me money and time . I plan on calling for any future needs.

Marcone Supply - Wholesale Only: what do users think?
Raphael Sharta: Excellent service
J V: They always have what I need
Ejay Colon: Nice n fast ...good prices
jack mckenzie: Way, way overpriced. Typically 3-4 times cost of online order. Only go there if I am desperate to get something immediately.
Johnny Kelly: Hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life. But don't take my word for it do a search for the main company and look at their rating all of these people cannot be wrong they are horrendous. You need to try another appliance parts place before you buy from them
John Daniels: They had exactly the parts I needed for a 12 year old refrigerator.
Sean Timmins: I work for an appliance sales and service company that does not sell parts for retail, and we get calls all the time asking if the part can be purchased from us.Almost all of the time, their problem can be solved by Marcone, who we are happy to refer customers to. I believe I must give out their phone number several times a week, but it's too bad that out of all of the customer's they help they only have a small handful of reviews.Great inventory, and great to work with.
