JJ LL: Quality is not very good. I waited 5 days to lower the windows in dry weather and noticed many imperfections. Cracks along the top, misalignment by 3 to 5 centimeters on the sides, along with air bubbles. It probably because he kept taking calls and being distracted from doing the job. He also doesn’t have a VLT device which sucked since the tint was a few percentages too dark. He then kept pushing the redo job to fix it which was very frustrating. I went to another more professional vendor to get the job done and they did an excellent job. Unlike him, the new installs had No cracks, chips or misalignment after the five days waiting period. If you’re looking for quality and not wasting your money, this isn’t the place.

Mike Jones: They do a great job on the tints but they’ll leave dirty streaks all over your window and even chemical residue on the interior of your vehicle door. With no regard of cleaning their mess, I’ve been to other tint spots and my car is as clean as it was when I dropped it off.

Daniel Shallberg: WARNING!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TINTED HERE. I requested 35% in the rear and 70% in the front. I could immediately tell when I saw the vehicle something was off. The windows were way lighter then would’ve thought to be. I called and asked to clarify what tint was applied. I was told 45% I’m the rear and 80% in the front ? How could this be possible as this is not what I asked for. I’ve had over 20 cars tinted from many different companies and they’ve never installed a shade of tint I didn’t ask for.Their explanation was that in order for my windows to read 35 they need to install 45. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of this “logic” in the NH law it literally allows for up to 2-3 % over and under because tint meters are not 100% accurate. I went to get the car inspected to prove their theory wrong and I did just that. My rear windshield read at 42% and the rear windows at 40%. I asked for 35 so it should be reading 32-38 and that not any were near what it’s reading. Once again I’ve never had a tint Company install a shade of tint I literally didn’t ask for. I was very specific of what I wanted. 35 in the rear and 70 in the front.The tint looks nice but it’s just not what I wanted. It’s not like I can just go on a app in my phone and change it to the 35% which was requested I actually need the 35% applied not 45%. Be careful of this buisness applying a shade of tint you never asked for then never even being told they applied 45 instead of 35 and finding out on your own ( if you’re lucky). I paid for 35% not 45%. I guess it’s true when they say you pay for what you get. This was the cheapest place around and now I know why.Service:Vehicle window tinting

Heather Ann: I had a terrible experience with this company. From the start, the customer service was subpar. Dylan made a mess of my car and left streaks on the windows and water in the door handles. To make matters worse, the tint had small dirt particles underneath it causing a bunch of small bubbles and scratches everywhere. When I tried to get in touch with him the same day, he was unresponsive. I was eventually able to get ahold of someone and scheduled another appointment to get the sun strip removed and the windows redone. Afterwards I had noticed that Dylan left a bunch of glue like residue where the sun strip was and another imperfection in the window tint. The glue was one thing, I would have happily taken care of that myself, but with the window imperfection it was unacceptable. My fiancé called today to complain and was offered the opportunity to go back in, for a thing time, and get it redone. We both had decided that it wasn’t worth it and we wanted our money back. The job should have been done correctly the first time and should have been flawless after the second. Dylan refused to take responsibility for the shoddy work and got agitated when we asked for the money back. He quickly said that we could go in, get it off, and get out money back. We were satisfied with that response, but while my fiancé was asking for an appointment time he was hung up on. Overall, I would not recommend this tint company. They are professional, honest, prompt, and great at what they do. I have had 4 cars done in 5 years. I don't hesitate to refer others to them.I wouldn't trust anyone else w my cars. John Tarpinian: Made an appointment with Dylan over the phone a week in advance. Confirmed via text and even received a text reminder the day before. I showed up but the office was closed. No call, text or email that it was cancelled. I waited a half hour in case he was running late or something came up - I get it, things happen. But looking a other people’s reviews this has happened before and I never received a follow call or anything. This is unacceptable and no one deserves such poor customer service. Covid is no excuse. That’s time I’ll never get back. Just let me know it’s cancelled or reschedule, rather than make me drive there to find out. I’m in business and communication is an essential part of service. I’d get fired up if I did this to one of customers.

Sky high prices and terrible tinting jobs that Randy would never have approved of. There bubbles and dust stuck in the tint. I complained to them about and they re-did the windows, but they didn’t fix the problem. They also scratched my paint up when tinting the windshield and denied it. Derek Barnes: Had all 4 windows, rear glass, and a sunvisor bar done in the Fall of 2022. I did want to get the sun/moonroof tinted, but they explained why they weren't able to do it and I agreed with their reasons. I got the sun blocking highest grade I could at 35% and paid around $600 or so. Aftercare was pretty much exactly as they described. Bubbles and streaks should disappear after some time and they did. I waited in the very nice waiting area/lounge and watched some shows on my laptop while I waited and it was done before I knew it. Not to mention a very clean work station and spotless waiting area with couches, TV coffee etc. Had a Cadillac SRX sunshade issue and instead of spending $1200 to fix this Brian agreed that a product they supply would be a very nice alternative. They applied a ceramic window tint that completely blocked all the heat from coming through the sunroof and while they were at it, had them do the front windows. Amazing reduction in heat and no glare from the beautiful panoramic sunroof which can now remain visible all the time. Rudy Bazelmans: I went to Tint King to get protective film put on my new Ioniq 5 EV. The film was applied to the entire front end, the backs of side mirrors and half way up the hood. It came out great! Between the high quality film they use and the color of the car - you can't see the film at all. (Pic attached, shows the side angle and even then, it is almost invisible.)I have an extremely complex car, with over 30 pieces that needed to be cut and applied (my past cars have had less than a dozen). There WAS an issue when the film application on a couple spots but they noticed it and needed my car a little longer, to fix the issue. I am really pleased; the car looks great.BTW, I did look at a few other places that focus on tinting and although some places are cheaper, their reviews are not nearly as good as those from Tint King. I figure I get what i pay for - I am happy my decision.Service:Paint protection
